Awesome park in the little town of Montrose CA. I usually take the little one to get his exercise in for the day and he loves it. He runs all around the field and climbs on all the jungle gyms. Would highly recomend.

This park was beautiful, very well maintained and a pleasure to enjoy. I didnt have the right equipment to enjoy the amenities, however it was a nice calm place where I could kick back and enjoy a book at the picnic tables. It was nice enough and close enough to the restaraunts that I later returned with a friend after having purchased dinner to eat at the park. (Reataraunts around are currently takeout only) and this is a nice convenient place to enjoy yourself alone or with others.

Great playground for younger kids and good baseball fields. Nice facilities. My kids have been playing here for 12 years

Fantastic park. I come here to play tennis except no one adheres to the rules of the courts. Extremely unruly group of people coming to use the tennis courts.

This is a nice and cozy place to take your kids to. Playground is clean and picnic areas are well maintained. Mostly not crowded and easy to find a parking spot on weekdays.

One of the best sets of play equipment in town

A very cool park to take the kids. We just did our two kids Birthday event here and all the kids had a blast. From playing basketball, to playing on the swings, slides, to running around on the grass. Also, its a family friendly environment and the few times weve been here, its always been a pleasant environment.

Its a nice park with a playground, 2 baseball fields, plenty of picnic areas, and a mini hike.

Great place to go for a picnic dinner during the week. Picked up dinner from New Moon just up the street and sat at one of the picnic tables. Everythings is green, clover in bloom, bunnies on the lawn, and nice and quite. Lots of parking and the bathrooms are open and clean. Playgrounds are also now open.

My favorite place for playing tennis. 2 courts, free of charge. Sometimes have to wait in line but usually not more than 15 minutes. Good lighting if you are playing after dark. Calm and quite, except on weekends when there is too much people on the playground. Fresh air, the court is surrounded with green and trees. Lots of rabbits in and around the park, i am assuming other animals who prey on them would be abundant too.

My boys love this park. Theres a nice grassy Hill and some fun places to explore. The only drawback is it can get very busy.

Excellent place for kids to have fun. Family friendly environment. Lots of things for kids to do, from slides, swings and basket court, to bike track. All surrounded by a lovely mountain view for parents to enjoy their time too. Barbeque places available. Great place for outdoor parties

It has a lot of fun activities for toddlers, tennis court, baseball field, tiny basketball court, slides and swings. Also there are spaces for making a barbeque. On the weekends it is crowded. Parking space is small.

Great park! Clean, great baseball fields, tennis courts and playground. Very spacious and never really too crowded. Parking is a bit on a pain when theres a little league game on but not too bad. Four stars because there is a drinking fountain that is a HUGE WATER WASTER, I mean its been like a year and no one has fixed this! It just runs and runs .

Always lots of kids running around during the day. The play structures are pretty safe and there are wood chips on the ground in the play area. There are swings, slides, and a firehouse pole. Theres plenty to climb on and it usually pretty clean here. In my experience its very busy in the mornings on the weekend.

I used to bring my children here all the time. They always loved their time at this park, and we would bring a picnic lunch to make a day of it.

I hate to advertise this i wanted this place to be a hidden gem place and to be unknown but it would be a selfish act if i was not to give the stars it really deserve... if I needed to think or do some soul searching, this is the place Id go to the same beautifull, UNSPOILED, Peacefull, CLEAN and well maintained, its a picture perfect family park in a nice small clean community.

Such a beautiful park and my dogs had such a lovely lovely experience it was amazing there was great great great things to do lots of fun things to do there the only problem I had is with some of the people there they are very stuck up and if you look a little different youre going to get stared at and judged very hard!!!!!!! They might even call the police on you so just be prepared if you go there!!!!!!!!

Would be a great place to too some frisbee except during the organized league play. Also a nice place to sit and watch a game. They have two baseball fields both have electronic scoreboards. Great location.

Very kids friendly park, it has a decent play ground and a little basketball court along with bbq grills and some concrete benches,However; the most attractive part is one entrance, and you exit the same way you came to the park, this makes it very safe for kids.

Great park, ball field is in really good shape. If you look for Sparr Ave or Rd whatever it is. It is an alley not really a proper street.

Modest size park in Montrose with multiple levels including tennis courts, childrens equipment, shaded picnic areas, basketball courts, baseball fields, and more. It isnt normally crowded unless a baseball game is going on but this is is nice place to take the family and relax without going too far. There is something for everyone and plenty of space for other activities like soccer and frisbee.

Hidden gem. Our kids (7 and 2 year old girls) love this place. Jungle gym, path for bicycling or riding a scooter. Tennis courts for adults. Flat grass areas to picnic.

This is a nice little Park. They have some Fields for you to play soccer on. Just bring a jacket if youre there at night, it gets cold. I believe they have tennis courts and a baseball field as well.

Though I miss the days when the play structures were made of lumber, but the park is just as nice as it has always been. This park is always one of the better places to go ice blocking in the area.

Montrose park is a very nice midsize park with great views of nature . It also in a nice friendly neighborhood. Its a great place to bring your family.
