This is a great park. Lots of space. Picnic tables, playgrounds, a skateboard park, and so much more! It’s a safe place that is very popular with families and people wishing to get some fresh air.

Beautiful space to relax with family and friends!

The park is fine. Its big and it sees a lot of use. Its quite loud and close to the road but its not a bad park I suppose. I just dont feel as though I stumbled across some gem after having come here for the first time.

Nice and big park.. plenty of shady areas with all the trees. Unfortunately, be careful around the tables and trash cans as we found a couple of needles and literally 100s of cigarette butts..wish people could be more considerate and toss these things in 1 of the Plenty of trash cans near the tables and throughout the park.

Nice quite park with a lot of room to sociallydistance from other park-goers. It also has a playground for kids and a restroom. There are nearby hiking trails you can take while everyone enjoys the picnic area.

I love this park we I go do yoga there and my kids can walk the dog and enjoy outdoor

Verdugo park has a big open space. You are able to have picnics, barbecues and parties. They have a baseball field. And also 2 playgrounds that I know of.

Lovely spacious lawn thats shaded with sycamore trees. They have picnic benches and a playground for young children too.

Very big and full of shade with a skate park and a play ground. Would recommend to anyone it is also close to a Boba shop and a few lunch places

Great place to go for a walk, eat lunch, or play with your kids on the play ground. Lots of space for parties, grills and SO many picnic tables! I liked the short dirt hiking trail too!

Its closed but not the grass. The grass is open to the public.

During this pandemic, its easy to get bored. But all one has to do is just come here on a walk and the boredom just goes away!

Clean park not to big mostly bowls must ware a helmet and pads to skate.

Nice park! I visited there to attend a kids birthday party. There was nice shade by the picnic tables, courtesy of the trees. The park is well maintained.

Great park for everyone singles couples, young, old, groups .From opening to closing time.Summer time community organising and staged live bands playing variety of different music chairs and tables provided by city bring your food and beverages if you like thats what most people do. Dancing floor is always very active even little kids and teenagers join on dancing floor.Anyone or groups are welcome there is no cover charge there is parking for that you pay, there are bathrooms. Its fun!.

The playground here is terrible. For a park this size, and the number of folks who use it, the playground is outdated, too small, and very poorly maintained (weeds in the sand, graffiti, and faded paint). Basketball courts are crappy and oddly configured. Oh and parking here is a nightmare. The lots are too small, spread out all over the park, and some even have meters (granted, the meters arent in effect on the weekend).

Great place to take your kids and to exercise. There are special event that occurs. You need to check for upcoming events. There is a skate park next to it. I have been going there since my kids were young.?

Visiting from another state & googled parks nearby. I’m so glad we did! My kids (5,4,1) had an amazing time here & there was so much to do. Clean & beautiful!

Was out for a bike ride and came across a summer concert in the park. very nice venue live entertainment, food truck & good people vibein.

Lots of huge trees and parrots enjoy it. Cool place to stay for summer weather...only not enough parking spaces.

Park was ok, but they wouldnt give out a permit for the bike race this year after years of doing it.

Verdugo has a skate board park, baseball field, bathrooms, grills, plenty of sitting benches and tables. The playground is great.The park is very big and can accommodate big crowds. Next to it there are running/hiking trails. Parking is free on the weekends. Parking meters available on weekdays.

Perfect distance from my house for a good destination run. Once Im there I can use the jungle gym, walking path, stone walls, benches, etc. to do HIIT circuit training. There are usually a lot of people there (I.e., families, kids) which give the park a safe feeling.

One of Glendales gems and a park that I associate with my childhood, its located in a convenient location and has multiple playgrounds, a small hiking trail, basketball courts and even a skatepark.Spacious, clean and beautiful; its a great place for the family. Love the wide grassy areas, multiple play areas, and all the crazy trees!! (Indian trail trees are abundant here and its a really cool thing to see with a lot of history.) Parking available but coin operated. Great place to enjoy bbq and have group parties. (Dont litter pls.)My favorite park in SoCal...maybe Im being a little biased but its one of the best in my unbiased opinion.

Clean park with plenty of parking and restroom facilities available.

Parking is limited around the park and you have to pay. The meters are also outdated and only take coins. The park itself seemed rather clean.
