The idea of this park is lovely and when visuting I can see maybe at one point it was physically lovely as well. However, the grounds maintenance it currently sports makes me sad. There is trash all over, including in bushes and cacti, quite a bit of graffiti on the seating areas, dead grass all over and just overall very disappointing. The water feature totum pole has a yellow caution tape all around it, with pieces missing off the sculpture and no water running. I would not come back here and hope perhaps a clean-up effort was done.

I love this place so beautiful and peaceful

This is a cute little park with Pokestops and a few gyms. I would give it 5 stars, except the transients who often hang out in the park leave trash and graffiti, which seriously detracts from the beauty and charm of the park.

The Serenity of this place is breathtaking Lovely for the picture maybe after a special event. I went for a walk and its so peaceful.

Theres no .... .-N- bathrooms and theres hot water at the drinking fountain. who supports this BS and why is there no cold water? its a necessity not a privalage who cares not anybody they dont have to deal with the slack of our well payed county parks they deal with way too much for park rangers Who can fix this PROBLEM. Nobody cares and nobody will maintain a park in a Arizona.

What a nice park. Saw some cute little bunnies playing in the bushes. Nice reading areas, playground, and large grassy play area! Never knew it was there until today!

Ok, so this park has some good things going for it, like the sensory garden is pretty cool to check out just because its there and its artsy. Not sure if its the same park or a different park right next to it but theres a basketball court which is lit in the evenings. Theres racquetball courts, a playground and large grassy area. Theres no restroom and l dont think theres a drinking fountain, which is probably a good thing because this park always has homeless sleeping there and lowlifes hanging out regardless. Ive never felt threatened by them but yelling matches sometimes break out amongst them, and Ive never walked in during a drug deal which Im sure take place in the sensory garden part which is a separate area with fencing around it. I primarily stop here to play Pokemon go because theres 2 gyms and 3 pokestops within close proximity to each other. With the games expanded reach because of covid-19, I can hit all 3 without getting out of my car, except maybe the one in the back corner of the sensory garden.

So Im jogging past ya dig, when to my right outta nowhere it appeared after big clunky houses and hard arizona concrete and walls a lush green chill Oasis of natural grass and trees that provided calming shade. I stopped jogging and did some stretches in front of the green wind kissed grass and it felt like I was in some kind of martial arts movie. I could almost hear the Oriental sounding music playing softly.I saw a small cut with benches where I could have smoked my blunt but it was right next to a small kids jungle gym. I felt I might be viewed as a bit too hood for the neighborhood so I chose to keep it moving. Lets go Champ

Was very saddened to see how far down it has come. Used to really enjoy going to this place. All the water features are off or gone and the center piece was covered by plywood. They did a renovation and 2015 but its lost much of its charm do that a loss of the water features. The plaque says the pride of Glendale but they dont seem to be taking pride in it anymore.

Its a little run down and there are homeless people all over.

This area is a nice little tranquil place. The person who created it put a lot of thought and time into. What makes it great was that she funded it all herself. As a sensory garden its very relaxing to go to. I usually just stand there and listen to the different sounds if you ever get a chance I recommend you check it out.

Took the kids, had to be mindful and watch out for syringes on the ground, and the local homeless that call this park their home.Other than the chances of an infectious disease or getting knifed for my wallet while just trying to let the kiddos burn off some energy... Great place to go... Not!

Even with all the people leaving their trash everywhere, but in the trash bins; the is lovely. Great to let aggressive dogs run loose, while inside. Very quiet. Would like the ground star shaped water feature to work. But a great place.

Secluded at the edge in a small recreational park this gated garden encourages visitors to physically interact with sensory design elements placed along a circular granite path . Good place to relax under some shade trees.

Its a beautiful place, great place to go if you need to relax or think. Its also very peaceful and has plenty of fountains and interesting desings

Tucked away just north of historic downtown Glendale, this fascinating little city park offers something different for the visually impaired. Definitely worth a stop if youre in the area.
