Awesome! Very few people here right now. This place actually has very little Coronavirus exposure (Garden City); but the governor mandated masks.WorldMark amenities as always. Reserve swim times for social distancing. The office has a small store of food and assundries--yes its open. The lake is gorgeous. Wild turkeys and deer around. No problem with parking.I really dont want a lot of people here--Id like to keep it secret; but I highly recommend it!
Had a fantastic stay here, after a fun motorcycle ride from Logan, through the canyon and changing fall colors. Units were clean, well outfitted, clean BBQ on patio, FIREPIT outside our door, sunrise in the morning over the lake. If youre thirsty for adult beverages, youll have to travel 9 miles north into Fish Haven, Idaho at the gas station/convenience store. They have a great beer and wine selection there.
The only thing I like about COVID is pool reservations. Our group got the whole pool to ourselves for 2 hours...best girls weekend ever!
It was amazing. Love the vew of the lake. The condo was beautiful and for a short person was easy to reach everything.
The desk clerk had a hard time checking us in and then put us in the wrong room. We were notified the next day of the mix up and had to load everything up again and move rooms. Also, the indoor pool was very cold.
Great service with very clean and spacious suites. There are tons of things to do in Bear Lake even with COVID. The beds are a little bit firm for my preferences but the bedding is great. Everything you could need is already there except clothes and groceries. Be sure to bring a laptop or DVDs since the TV doesnt have Netflix and the On Demand thats available is $20/movie.
Clean, well maintained, good location, friendly staff! This was a great place to stay. Our kids loved the playground and the indoor pool. It was close to downtown (Zips, La Beaus, QuicknTasty and the grocery store) and the Idaho border for more adventures up north.
Overall great experience. The staff was courteous, the room was clean & bigger than I anticipated. I loved the individual porches with BBQs & that you coukd reserve a time for the indoor pool. The only complaints I had were that the mattresses was a little too hard, so we woke up sore & the ceiling was thin enough to hear everything going on upstairs. If there was a white noise machine, it wouldve been nice at night, so we couldve slept in longer.
WorldMark Bear Lake condo has everything you need for living in about 3 to 7 days, to let you have a very relaxing vacation. Such as very well equipped tableware, dishes, kitchenware. There are also a microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine. They even provide you some dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and some washing powder.Talking about entertainment, they have decent TVs, DVD player, and CD player. Also, theres a big indoor swimming pool with warm water, a small pool for kids, and a spa pool (I love these especially for wintertime!)By the way, WorldMark Bear Lake has the best location for go skiing(20 mins driving to Beaver), snowmobiling(15 mins driving to snowmobiling area), and the amazing scenery(just right beside Bear Lake). So if you are a big fan of those beautiful sights, snowmobiling, snowboarding, and skiing, like me. You will not want to miss it!
This resort is composed by 6 nicer/newer well designed buildings with 10 quality units each (this is what they advertise) and 1 older/dated unattractive and poorly designed building with 7 older/smaller units. Apparently, its first come first serve so if you book well in advance you get the newer units. If you dont, you may be placed in an older unit... but members wont know it until check in and will be charged the same amount of credits. The only way to make this situation fair would be: 1.) WorldMark should disclose to member at time of booking (at least the possibility of being placed in an older unit due to availability and allow member to make an informed decision) and if member still wishes to proceed with booking then 2.) they should allocate different credit values for the superior/inferior units as they are NOT at the same level in age, size, quality, beauty and design. If they were the same as they claim they are why dont they ever put the preferred first-in-line members at the inferior units to being with?
Great place! I will be back. Washer and dryer, hideaway bed, king bedroom, stocked kitchen tools. Kids playground, in and outdoor pool access. Tennis courts. Fire pit, no smoking, easy parking for car and boats.
What a wonderful relaxing experience. Calm peaceful and tons of things to do around town. It was nice to come back and relax in the evenings. The only negative I would say, would be the master bed in the bedroom wasnt near as comfortable as what Im used to at WorldMark.
As always, its ridiculous that worldmark refuses to provide free WiFi or allow streaming from personal devices. This location was beautiful; loved my stay. But I just cant get over the nickel-and-diming they do at worldmark. As an owner, its just beyond me. It cannot be bringing in that much profit. It just cant.
We had a great time and at a very beautiful part of the country... Would love to go there again..
Nice location, clean rooms. Huge year round pool...
This is a great place to stay. The staff were very helpful with all our questions. Location is nice, 20 minutes to Idaho State park (North Beach) and 10 to Utah State Park (Rendezvous beach). There are two small grocery stores in the area, or eat out at one of the many restaurants. We loved our getaway! Check out our view.
Its a ghost town after the end of September.. so if you like ghost towns this is a great place to be but if you like a good amount of people it isnt going to be your cup of tea and a lot of places are closed
Amazing view of the lake, and the softest beds Ive slept on in a long while! Soft on top, but still very supportive. The rooms came with enough towels and two movie rental cards. Front desk people made sure everything was very sanitary thanks to Covid.
Incredible location! Nice amenities and a freshly renovated feel. Just needs better bedding.
Great vacationing place. The beds are really comfy. I would definitely go here whenever I go on vacation
Love the location and the timeshare. Would visit here again.
It was okay not one of the better places Ive ever stayed at I didnt like the fat being a window owner I had to pay for Wi-Fi if I wanted it
Nice big clean rooms. Helpful staff. The pools were clean as well. Easy to find location. We were pleasantly surprised by the 2 tiny grocery stores nearby. We were a little worried about having nothing nearby but they had everything we needed. We enjoyed our trip very much.
Awesome place to stay with family awesome customer service
Awesome place to stay! Beautiful view of Bear lake
Beautiful lake and great place too stay
Nothing impressive it’s got the quality of a days inn room but a little bigger
Great views of Bear Lake. Close to amenities in nearby Garden City.
Very nice location. The only disappointing thing was that it didnt seem as insulated as other places weve been. We could hear the people and children above us walking/running across the floor and we had to turn the heat up higher than normal, with the colder weather.
Nice place to stay with family to visit Bear Lake
Big spacious rooms. Clean! Pay WiFi seems ridiculous in this day and age. They could use some curtains on bedroom windows because the outside lighting makes the room glow. Great place otherwise
Quiet, on the lake and was available for the Cisco Disco.. Our family great a great time hanging out and catching first
Great place! Pool mostly clean, but couldve used a cleaning. Definitely would recommend to others!
Beautiful resort in Bear Lake. Weve been here twice. The three bed condos are amazing - two stories with tons of room. Bear Lake is a rather small town, so other than the lake, there isnt much to do. We like to swim and catch up with family. Their indoor pool and hot tub are very relaxing.
I ordered a game free burger and fries. My wife ordered the pot roast special. Gluten-free hamburger bun was one of the best Ive had. The pot roast was delicious.
Weve stayed at this location multiple times over the last 15 years and have always loved it. The staff is friendly, the rooms are pristine, and the units are spacious. The parking lot is a bit tough to find from the main street, but thats not a big deal. Would recommend this location year round, with water sports and great golf nearby in summer, and snow sport rentals in winter. Love this place!
100! Perfect place and the swimming pool is amazing! Check in service ladies are kind and the complex is comfortable.
These condos are the perfect place to escape. The condo is always very clean and spacious. The grounds and facilities are very well kept. Its our favorite get away spot
This is amazing facility. The staff is absolutely wonderful and met every need we had. They were even able to get us in a little early to setup for a surprise birthday party for a friend. The location was amazing and the grounds were beautiful. I can’t wait to go back!!
Clean, solid rooms with lots of room
Very nice facility. Rooms were neat and orderly. Staff was anxious to help, however they did not realize that Rendezvous Beach was so much better than North Beach. Rendezvous does cost a little more to get in but the park and the beach access was much better. The rest rooms have running water and there are places along the parking lot to wash off the sand. It was very nice to have shade trees and picnic tables, too.
Pretty great place overall. Come here lots. One thing you should know, though, is that the water for like baths and showers isnt too hot. But its great other than that.
Enjoy this place so much, great vacation. The condo was very clean, staff excellent and always available for any of our requests or needs.
Outstanding guest services from the office staff. The staff worked so hard to accommodate our specific needs as a family that week!! Thank you!!Wonderful indoor pool and hot tub, sledding hill right next to the pool area, Beaver Mountain Resort within 15 minutes for outstanding Snowboarding and skiing. Also visited Beaver Mountain Lodge had great snow mobiling as a family!! Great winter get away!!
Awsome. Thanks
Rooms were nice and well kept. It felt clean. Balcony in back with a well kept grill. Plenty of sleeping space. The bed I was in was comfortable. Well working kitchen and a nice living room area with a gas fire place. I didnt get over to the pool so I cant give feedback on that. Really enjoyed our stay.
We stayed two nights and I was very impressed for my first time stay. Volleyball quart, indoor pool and hot tub (baby pool if interested as well) with showers. The room was clean, came with dishes, and very homey and comfortable. There was a grill on the back porch as well with full propane tank. We were about a 10-15 minute drive to the north beach entrance. Very good location.
Excellent services and condos and very quiet! A close drive to Bear Lake with many wonderful shops, restaurants nearby. Highly recommended!
The resort was great. We went during the off season so the amount of restaurants and places to buy things were few. The few places that are open like the restaurants are great and the service is fast and friendly. Great place to get away and relax.
Clean, kept up, great location, Ang great staff. The only reason I did not go 5 stars was lack of outside equipment for children. I guess that is what the lake is for.
This place is awesome and they have everything you need will be back
Great vacation destination
Has both indoor and outdoor pools.
Super clean and good view - pool was really nice and big as well.
Great indoor pool. Fun kiddy pool!!
We had a short stay at the Bear Lake Worldmark Resort and really enjoyed our time there. The staff was great even being available when we checked in late at night. The condo was in good shape, bed comfy and a/c kept the place nice and cool. The ice maker on the fridge seemed really really loud as did the washer. We had to keep the bedroom door closed when we washed clothes at night or it kept us awake so plan on washing clothes when your out having fun on the lake. All in all it was a great place for the 4 of us to spend a nice couple of days.
Only 3 stars for me because you have to pay for your wifi past the first two devices. Its the 21st century.... you dont do that anymore. Also, they only exchange up to 4 towels at a time for clean ones. So if you bring a bigger group this place is not for you. Other than that its ok and well maintained.
Very nice condos, had your basic needs. Friendly staff, indoor and outdoor pool. Playground, volleyball pit, tennis and badminton, BBQs. Great view of the lake.
Really nice place
Friendly service, very clean property, beautiful views, kids love the indoor pool
The condo complex is in a good location with our second floor room having a view of Bear Lake. The balcony was nice and we enjoyed the gas fireplace. The condo was very clean, spacious, and provided adequate amenities. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, we did not take advantage of the pool. The rate we received with Hotels.com was excellent. We stayed two nights, and were very disappointed when we were not allowed to extend for an additional night. (noting that the building we were in was almost empty!) We stayed in many different accomodations during our month-long trip, and this WorldMark was at the top of our list!
Very clean. Spacious with large bedrooms. Fabulous view of Bear Lake.
Spacious units with nice views, very peaceful place. Good communication from the team with their texting app.
Clean and fun. Always a great place to stay.
Been lovin it for years
We had a very nice and relaxing time. The condo was beautiful. It was so nice to have everything you need in one place. The scenery was beautiful. The staff were all very accommodating.
Amazing place to spend your days. Love it here. Staff is amazing.
We always enjoy our stay at Worldmark. Everything was great as usual. Their staff is wonderful. Thank you!
Fantastic place. Great place to relax and unwind from life. Love it there
It was quite the drive out there. The entrance was a bit hard to find at first. The rooms were spacious and clean. The front desk was nice and helpful. I would like to visit the place on the fall so as to enjoy the lakefront more.
Overall nice but starting to show its age.
Bear lake is a popular summer destination. But there are great things to do in fall and winter as well. Snowmobiling is fantastic. For hunters, theres a lot of game. There pool is covered so you can swim or lounge in the hot tub, too. We also enjoyed the tennis courts. Staff is really friendly and the units have full kitchens. Condos are a great home away from home.
Beautiful, restful
Presidents Day Weekend. We have been coming here for years. The staff is SO accommodating and the rooms are clean and well stocked with essentials.
Well you need to buy a timeshare if you want to stay at one of these resorts. I wont state any reason to get a timeshare thats up to you to figure out. However if you have one and want to know what this place is like then read on. Great size units updated and full kitchen. Dishwasher, washer and dryer in unit. View of the lake is fantastic. Theres indoor and outdoor pools and a hot tub. Grounds are well maintained. Enjoyed our stay
Nice condos in a good location. Friendly staff. Be aware that the 1 bedroom condos are ground floor and there can be quite a lot of noise from upper condos.
Great times. Pool is clean. Nice bedrooms. Grill available. Movies for rent. Close to the harbor and beaches. Lots of other things. Just right for a nice vacation.
We love coming here, the property is awesome. Location is perfect.
The condo is spacious, clean and very comfortable. Location and views are wonderful. Staff members are friendly and professional. Highly recommended.
Check in was fast and easy. Friendly staff! Stayed in a 2 bedroom unit w/murphy bed. Walked into the smell of bacon, which the previous occupant cooked that morning, so had to open the windows to air it out. Unit was pretty clean, except for accumulating dust on the fan and bathroom vent in master bedroom. Kitchen items fully stocked and clean fridge. Loved that there is a Bbq gas grill on the balcony. Pleasant stay all in all. Love Bear Lake! Would come back!
Better than we could have ever expected!
Its right next to the lake and the marina for fast boat access. Its cute and quaint for simple vacations, but not a place for long term. Its also a time share owned business, so you cant just walk right in. I enjoyed my stay for the most part. Despite the fact the beds where very hard and they ran a fire alarm test in the morning, I guess Id go back. Because it was remote, very few people where around, I got to enjoy the pool virtually by my self. Loved that it was open so late. Unfortunately, the city its in is a complete weekend place. Most businesses only open for three days and will completely shut down during the winter. That include fast food as well. So all in all. The service was good, didnt need to ask a lot because everything had already been prepared. You wont get any complaints on Worldmarks bear lake location, but you will have to entertain your self most of the time.
Location overlooks bear lake. I love the balconies. The condos are very high quality. We didnt hear neighbors at all, so if privacy or a true feeling of getting away is what youre after, this is the place to go.
My wifes family from Guatemala and I stayed for a couple days and really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were large and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel living room was large and very clean. Having a stove, microwave, and large refridgerator was great and convenient and saved us money as well. We had an enjoyable experience.
Stayed here about 5 years ago but it was awesome with the indoor pool and the local tavern down the road. One of the coolest towns in America I would come back again. Our room did look a bit dated in technology such as the old thermostat and metal stairs up to the room but still was great.
Amazing staff. Clean property inside and out. Live it!
We love staying at Worldmark. Theyve always been clean and predictable. Having a small laundry room and a kitchen is super convenient when traveling with small kids. This particular location had the master bedroom upstairs and the second bedroom on the main floor. Not the most convenient floor plan if traveling with small children. We had family in another unit and heard their complaints about how there are only 3 units at this location that are on one floor and dont have stairs so it can be a bit difficult for seniors or people with physical disabilities. Beds as usual are hard and uncomfortable.
Perfect for families! Clean, convenient, and helpful staff. Big bedrooms, lots of space, fully equipped kitchens, great for an economical yet luxurious vacation!
Excellent service. This is a great time share to own or rent from someone who owns it. Right across the street from the marina, wonderful hillside view of the lake
Nice place. Bed was hard as a rock, other than that the room was nice. Nice town but not much for shopping for food or anything else.
We really enjoyed staying here. We stayed in 3 bedroom which had upstairs and downstairs. Upstairs stays pretty warm but downstairs is nice and cool. Located pretty convenient in garden city. We enjoyed playing tennis and swimming in pool.
