Sunrise was absolutely amazing and the staff was so friendly and accommodating. Debbie and Cody made sure that we had the best experience and fulfilled every need of our extremely demanding group. I could not recommend this location more for any and all events!

Lots of accommodation options. Beautiful views from most condos. There is a small laundromat at the end of the hall. Outdoor grill and lots of kitchen equipment. I give the resort only four and a half stars, because there is no indoor pool or hot tub.

There is no staff in the building, that or they hide exceptionally well.The main entrance is apparently always locked as well.If you call their main number youll talk to someone who not only has no clue how to get into the building, but sounds like theyve never even been to this town. You will have to flag down another resident to let you in, who also had to go through this same ordeal.The beds are so uncomfortable youll have to sleep on the couch.The water is yellow and tastes like chemicals, DONT DRINK THE WATER.The rest of the town is wonderful though, dont let this hotel ruin your time.

Wow!!! BEST customer service I have ever had! We took our company to the resort and Debbie and Barbara were so incredibly helpful! They were willing to work with us and our large group. Our stay was beyond excellent! 100% RECOMMEND

We had a fabulous time swimming, playing tennis, and playing in Bear Lake. When you rent a ski doo at Rendezvous beach, remember that they charge you at the end of your time for gas. A charge of 89.00 will turn into 129.00.

Our family came to stay for a week and enjoyed the bottom floor of this amazing place! The rooms were wonderful, the kitchen was fabulous and the movie theater was the bomb! If you are looking for a place to have a family reunion or company retreat, this is the place for you! The staff is incredible, especially Debbie Batt, the views are amazing, the entire property is clean and spacious and there are so many things to do! We cant wait to come back!

The honeymoon lighthouse suite was really fun. My wife and I stayed here a few years back. The double showers are really nice and the lighthouse provides a fun and unique view of Bear Lake. It is a great choice for a romantic getaway.

Our room is beautiful. The mattresses kind of hurt your back on day 3, but excellent service we have been coming here for over 10 years. We have a room right on the edge of the pool, cable tv (although each room is different)

This place is incredible. I was able to go with a group of over 60 people and this was more than perfect for all of our needs and wants. Theres great gathering areas for the entire company as well as areas to break off into smaller groups. Its very comfortable, lavish, clean, and inviting. Im planning on going back as soon as I can. The suite in the lighthouse is a must-see. Book it if you can!

Amazing place to stay. Great location, views and amenities. Only complaint is a few things need to be replaced as they are getting worn out.

The rooms were fine, the service was poor.We sprung for the lighthouse suite for one evening and a condo for the next and stayed for two nights. Both rooms were clean, and the lighthouse suite in particular was a lot of fun.But the service was disappointing. We needed to adjust our reservation, which with any other host would have been a breeze. I reached out several days in advance, but calls and emails to the office went unanswered for days. The only way I ever got a response was by reaching out over Facebook.When we arrived, there was no offer to help with bags. Nobody was in the office 99% of the time. The lighthouse suite had cleaning guidelines that included that guests must take out the trash to the dumpsters themselves (are you serious? That is the most basic service a host can offer) There was no one to return our room keys to at checkout, because there was nobody around. The whole experience was unprofessional.Perhaps the poor service was due to visiting in the off-season, but I wouldnt gamble on this resort again with so many other alternatives nearby.

Such a gorgeous and quiet community. The pool area is nice as well...the pool attendant dude is a bit over zealous and rude. The homes/townhomes/condos are all very well kept and amazing location to everything! Close to Garden City shopping and 20 min drive to the north or south end. Can’t go wrong staying here. Great views!!

About what youd expect from a lake side condo. But the view is amazing!

I really like it here with the marina so close you can walk back if you forget anything. The pool is clean and the tennis courts are great. Only a short 15 minute walk into Garden City and the food places. Great spot.

A clean and modern Lodge with all the needed facilities. Its great for larger groups and activities. Doors have either electronic keypads or card scanners for access. The atmosphere is very relaxed and laid back. It features beautiful views of the lake from the terrace and balcony.

Wow, beautiful decorated and so many fun rooms. Ill have to make another visit here.

We just had our wedding there on Monday (oct 1) and it was absolutely amazing. Thank you for helping us with our special day and for making it better than we ever expected. We booked and planned our wedding there a couple months in advance but had never been to the location in person. The bridal and groom sweet were stunning, the guys did an amazing job at setting up the room and the grass for our reception and ceremony. Just everything from start to finish was amazing. The guys handling the prep were so humble and kind and made it so easy to work with. You guys are awesome and we will definitely be back.

My husband loves ice fishing and we always stay here. Winter rates are great. Weve stayed in multiple condos owned by individuals that rent them out, and have only been disappointed once. We also stay in the summer w grandkids to play at Bear Lake plus the condos has a swimming pool.

This place was amazing as usual. Good relaxation and they have a great hot tub. Nice place to stay.

Its a terrific facility with huge meeting rooms, several kitchens and plenty of sleeping space for large groups. The newly renovated conference center attached at the end was perfect for our event. The views of bear lake and the mountains are incredible.

Staying couple days really nice

A great location, very close to the lake. This is the third time my company has gone there for a company retreat and we love it there! Weve outgrown the main lodge, but there is no shortage of places to sleep in the entire complex. With the new event center addition, there is plenty of space for people to hang out and get together.

The resort was great. We used it for a company retreat. I had s cabin way up in the hill but it was give because of a shuttle service they had to get us between the resort and nearby cabins. My cabin had a full bath with a Jacuzzi tub, a hot tub, a king bed, and an excellent view of Bear Lake. There were also some wonderful excursions including a particularly fun UTV ride, as well as nearby access to the beach. Catering was ok, Im not sure if it was the resort or a nearby company though. But it did leave much to be desired.

Had our family reunion here and we loved it. Awesome friendly staff and rooms were nice, spacious and clean. We will use them again. Also, great location for everything you are looking for with great amenities.

This is an amazing event space in Bear Lake. Tons of room and areas for meetings/activities. Very clean and up to date.

Nice room and pool area. The unit we stayed in has the worst pull out sofa i have ever slept on. I didnt expect luxury but it was pretty bad. Also need to upgrade the televisions. The one in the bedroom didnt work at all.

Great location, great rooms

The new events center allowed the 150 people to all have room while also haveing space for the event. We also all sleeped in the Resort, and while it was crowded, it was not packed. The 2 kitchens were enough for feeding of said 150 people. Overall it was very nice.

Cindy was so helpful in getting a last minute reservation for a one night stay in one of their condos. Everything was clean and in good working order. Nice and quiet during the last weekend of September!

Harbor village is an awesome resort! The rooms are so clean and everything is easy to find. Our company retreat was so fun largely because of this venue.

Clean, great space, super nice, big enough to accommodate and hold our enormous party of 91 people. Loved it.

My company hosted a retreat here. The staff was super friendly and the location was great. Super easy to find with the iconic lighthouse landmark.

Stayed in the adjacent condos and the new hot tub is great, with an awesome view of the lake and very conveniently close to the marina.

Great place for a Family Reunion. We had plenty of space and things to do for 60 people.

Clean, nice decor, pool table, ping pong, big kid friendly pool with two shallow ends, volleyball, foosball, nice lawns... We are here for a family reunion, love the place, and are planning to come back again.

Lots of space to hang out, lots of rooms to offer privacy, would definitely recommend to large groups.

Its big and fits many people. For entertainment theres many options, Billards, foosball, table tennis plus you are about a mile away from the lake. You definitely wont get bored.

Small, bathroom could have been cleaner and, i didnt care for the bed. I has a lot of trouble sleeping.

Great kitchen with large and small appliances in large group area. Perfect for family reunions between 50 and 110 or so.
