My kids LOVE coming here. There is even toddler time on certain days at certain times where no big kids are allowed so my toddlers can bounce around without fear.It does seem like people get injured, but that comes with the territory, right?
This is a great place to let the kids loose and run out their energy. (Adults!! I go and jump too) My oldest is scared of heights but the Ninja warrior section has enough foam blocked they he has no issue attempting over and over. It can get pricey for a consistent trip but they just started offering a season or yearly pass kinda thing. Maybe be a good thing to look into. Kids get their excersice and fall right to sleep that night. Ive also had their birthdays here and they take care of everything. I can order the pizza and they put up decorations. They also hand out coupons for the guests for free 30 min jump on their return. Very awesome place.
Its a great place to take the kids the people are helpful.
We have been going to the Sky Zone quite often over the past year, building to weekly visits for the past 4-5 months since I purchased the annual family pass for last year. The boys really enjoy burning off some energy jumping and climbing in the different areas. The young people who work there have been delightful to talk to and very helpful to my sons. It is apparent that the employees not only enjoy working there but enjoy working with kids. Week days are least crowded, particularly during the late morning sessions.
What a place to go with the family. It was fun. A bit expensive but worth it.
This is a great place where kids can spend time by jumping and running.... Here Kids will get good excersice and have fun the management really take good care of everything.... Very awesome place.
Clean, safe, crowded, and loud. Kids had fun, staff was helpful. I recommend registering and completing waiver online before arriving to reduce time spent standing in line. For parents, there are tables, benches, and massage chairs, but they usually fill up quickly.
As far as the environment it was perfect. It wasnt crowded. The obstacle course was closed but a team leader open it around 530 so it was cool. Check in was good they have good customer service. My only problem was my daughters wanted to get on the climbing obstacles (not the warrior one) but you climb and you jump off. The young lady told them that she could not suit them up because there time was almost done. I didnt understand why she would say that. They are kids they are there to have fun. I asked the manager what their policy was because we did have 15 minutes left. I explained to him what the young lady told them and also stated by the time she would have suited them up they would have been done. The manager allowed them to climb and of course the young lady had an attitude but o well thank you. Definitely will not return
This place is great for an indoor retreat for kids if weather sucks. It offers a large play space alongside some other small attractions like a hurricane simulator and video games. The staff is young and generally is not very service oriented. It can take quite a while to process your consent forms and payment even during slow times. Also, after about an hour all 4 kids I was with (various ages 4-8) lost interest.
I love skyzone! It can be for kids and adults. Adults is typically more at night and on the weekends when the have the glow in the dark theme. Great way to let lose and have fun!
Fun place to be. Invite friends, have a great time! Staff are nice too.
They are still in process of building other attractions. Saturday night glow is busy and the kids seem to enjoy it.However... Cleanliness is a slight issue. Some things were closed, wich leads to crowded areas. But the big one was this... A young girl took a bit of bad landing. One of the staff helped her over to the bench where I was waiting for my son. Then he left. He returned with ice but didnt really offer much aid. After about 25 minutes of this girl crying in the dark with here parents not knowing what to do... A more senior staff came over and asked if they wanted an ambulance. Keep in mind this is during glow. So its all black lighting. NOT ONE MEMBER OF THE STAFF HAS A FLASH LIGHT!!! OR ANYTHING THE RESEMBLES BASIC FIRST AID TRAINING. Forget about a kit or gloves. If there was blood these kids would be lost.At the very least... Get some flashlights distributed around the floor for emergencies.
My first time to a place like this. My party and I had a great time. We were varied in age,and we all found something that we enjoyed. This experience made me feel like I was a child again. It was awesome!Make sure to eat before you go,but not too much. Maybe bring snacks? You are definitely going to get thirsty! They offer a concession stand with beverages and candy.
My family loves trampoline parks. We are a military family that moves every 18 months or so, so we have been to many. What sets Sky Zone apart is the staff. Even when you break the rules, the staff corrects you kindly and offers great service. The climbing activities were great, and the trampolines are far better than others in the metro DC area. The dodge ball games were great and the referee was awesome. My family from Washington State was in town and we went as a group. Our 6, twin 8 and 9 year olds cousins had a blast. Plus the two dads in their 30s (myself included) really enjoyed it. We live in Arlington and won’t be going back to the trampoline park in Springfield. My brother even got in trouble with the manager (for putting on his own climbing ropes), but the manager was kind and understanding. I’ve never experienced such a friendly staff at a trampoline park (they are usually rude), so whoever is on the HR staff deserves props. Thanks for a great day!
Its a nice place to kill some time on a Sunday. However the place can get incredibly crowded and become a zoo. If you get lucky enough to come when its relatively empty then good for you. If not, it wont be the most enjoyable experience. The attractions they have are pretty fun. The normal jumping squares are a good way to get your energy out. The basketball hoops are fun and make you channel your Michael Jordan. The foam pit is a great and safe way to get your flips out. The dodgeball is a real fun challenge that really tests your atleticiscm. I personally have LOVED this place but when it gets crowded its very hard to enjoy.
Mixed feelings about this location. I have my children on the annual pass that is set to expire in May 2020, but recently new management/ownership came in and got rid of that amazing deal. Now they are offering monthly memberships that average over 5 times the price of the annual membership. For the lack of activities at this location plus inconsistencies with the sometimes lack of available activities ie...dodgeball section being closed down because of lack of staff or mismanagement, I will not bring my children back to this location. Membership prices are ridiculous and laughable. The daily prices are even laughable considering all activities are probably not offered at any given day. It was fun, but we’ll take our business elsewhere.
This was the 3rd time I have went here. It was amazing! HIGHLY recommend!!! I played dodgeball with COMPLETE strangers, and we must’ve got hit in the head like 4 times. But there was SO much fun, that we all just got up and laughed it off!!! We all had SO much fun!!!
Poor management upon reopening after Covid. Its a matter of time before the go belly up, esp with their manager at the helm
Perfect for burning energy!!! My boys LOVE coming here. Good parking, courteous staff.
Always an amazing time at Sky Zone! The workers are also very nice and friendly with my kids. Always go at least once a week, membership great priced.
Today we had our sons 13th birthday party. The staff was amazing. We reached early and instead of one hour they let us jump for one and half hour. They set up the room earlier. Our host was Mr.Hays and he was very patient with 10 thirteen y/o boys. We also added last minute additions to our order but they were cooperative. We had a lot of fun. Will surely recommend this place. We have done a party few yrs ago but this time was even better.
So we show up at 11:25 am on a Friday for our 11:30 jumping slot (they open at 9 am) and there’s no employee here. The doors are locked and we are out $75.
Reopened, but not enforcing proper mask wearing. Employees not covering noses, and many kids had their masks around their necks.
Always a good time here. The only thing that is annoying is the rule of 1 person per square for jumping. I take my son (a 4 year old) here for playdates, so naturally, the kids want to jump and play together. They cant do this because of the square rule. I understand that is for safety reasons, but, I think it should be based on the age/weight. Two toddlers can jump on a square together without harming themselves. The bigger kids, yes, should have their own square. Other than that rule hiccup, this place is great
Lots of different activities: free-form bouncing, a ninja course (it got crowded after the parties started), dodge ball, climbing, and more. I got a full body workout: strength and endurance. If youre local, a membership is worth it. On weekends, it is best to come in the morning before the rush, but its still fun when crowded by kids. However then youll need to wait for some activities like getting your harness on for climbing or the easier sections of the ninja course. Also, the timers on the ninja course have been broken for months, so youll want to have your own stopwatch. But everything else it in good repair.
Its a great trendy place for kids of all ages and its very fun place their pizza is delicious but not the best pizza but idk what else they have to eat there but it was for my grandson 5th birthday party and him and his friends and family had loads of fun there. I recommend this place to ppl. They have lots of stuff to do there
Excellent play space! They are building a new adventure course similar to other indoor parks. Some of the staff are doing a great job while others need some more coaching from their supervisors. The facility is open with a lot of space for each activity. The birthday parties appear really good. Well have to come back again when the upgrades are finished. I recommend Sky Zone for these cold or rainy days!
I love this place. They need more attendants enforcing safe behavior and they are really expensive but I always leave with children who are dog tired.
I drove 30 minutes to this location because my last experience was excellent!! The place is small but neat, and the front desk excellent customer service BUT some of the team members were awful today! They pretend to follow the rules, but they let their ”friends” do whatever they wanted. 2 people jumping in one square... Backflips... and so many rules broken. The funny thing that frustrated me is that the same team members were telling my kids dont do this... Dont do that! They need to follow the rules for everybody or follow the rules.UPDATE: I Received a called from the owner of the place. He was very professional and listened to my corners. This act is very appreciated and tell me that they care about their customers. I am for sure going back!! Thanks for caring for your customers.I will update this post my next visit!
Its a skyzone... its plenty of fun for an hour or 2, seems clean enough, the workers were nice
Love it! Came here for my sons birthday and everything was great, the service and the atmosphere. Definitely coming here again!
My wife and I had a lot of fun here. We got the Groupon special for $10.50 for 90 minutes of access. The 90 minutes is all the time youd need here. After jumping around you WILL be tired.Skyzone has a lot to offer, they have trampoline dodgeball, trampoline basketball, a main trampoline area, a ninja warrior style course, and the foam pits.As adults we had a blast here. Try and go during the adult nights though as often times there are a lot of little kids running around without their parents supervision and they cut the lines.
It was fun for what it was, a trampoline place, the service at the front desk was amazing, we came in with a group of 10 people and the girl in the front walked us through everything very patiently. However the obstacle coruse and the climbing wall were closed. Watching dodge ball was fun and so was the foam pit, the kids had a great time.
Sky Zone was a great place to hang out. I have a two and half year old daugther and my friend brought his four year old son. It was really a great experience for the kids. They had so much fun. The staff were extremely friendly and so helpful. My daughter lost half a pair of her socks while diving Into the blocks and one of the staff replaced it for free.My only observation is that some of the trampolines did seem a little stiff and as such didnt bounce as much. Also I noticed a little rip along the edge of one of the walls which could pose a hazard and I brought it to the attention of one of the staff.Overall great experience, I recommend sky zone.
Its fun for all ages! Best when you go with friends and/or family. You can always go alone as well. It makes for a wonderful workout.
Great place for kids. Sometime eve for adults looking to let go of some stress. The management, at least based on my one and only visit didnt seem to be well coordinated. I brought my daughter to an event there. It was hard to know how and who to pay. Otherwise great praises from my daughter.
I really like place sometime everywhere employees are talking each rather than pay attention customers.
My kids enjoy every time we visit this place.
My son loves this place we go every season
My kids love going there almost every day, they wish to move over there :), staff always friendly and love to have fun with kidsThey also have a variety of games as well climbing section. The ninja part is my best thoughtThe monthly pass was a perfect deal for us
I like it. May need more variety. Staff are friendly and responsible as they remind you in necessity. One hour is enough for me who do not exercise a lot.
Was so so amazing. My first time going there n the fun was incredible
Lots of space to jump. 5 and under area which was nice. The staff was very friendly and worked at keeping the little jumpers area separate. We had a great time!
It is so fun I cant exsplan
Good place to take the children to burn off that energy
Three place seemed a little unorganized, but we were there for a party, so that might have been it. The staff was amazing!
If I could give them one star I would. I asked for a refund, and they gave me half of what I was owed.
Groupon gave us a great deal for 6. I must say my son and his friends had a great time there. The staff was friendly and attentive. We asked about the dodgeball section because it was closed when we arrived and it was opened right away. I will definitely take my son and friends back to this place. Thank you staff for making our Friday night outing a fun one.
The kids love this place and the adult kids loved it too.
Son had fun. Like options to play. But the place was kind of filthy. I had to wipe my seat down and be careful where I stepped while wearing flip flops because I feared getting something on my feet. Tables dirty too.
Lots of fun. Went for the first time with nephew and son both under 5 years old.
The staff was great and the trampoline was fun. Highly recomend.
Fun and amazing trampolines! Dodgeball is always fun. The trampolines are very bouncy and for a reasonable price too.
Our kids have the seasons passes which are a great deal. Weve had our kids birthdays here occasionally as well. Prices can be quite high without the passes. Employees are helpful, albeit young and sometimes less than knowledge (blame a tight job market).Avoid busy times as it gets tremendously crowded. If youre a germaphobe youll want to avoid as it gets kind of gross with so many kids running amok.
Awesome! Challenging.... Lots of fun
No back flips allowed and not all stations are open at opening time. However the staff was great
Great for kids really recommend this place for birthday parties.
My daughters enjoyed the trampolines and it was a good way to spend a rainy day. It was kind of tucked away so it was not busy at all which made it better for the kids because there was no waiting. The one female staff member was awesome. My youngest was a little afraid to try the climbing wall but the staff member talked her through it and got her to the top. I am glad she was there as staffIt is amazing how a parent is not as trusted as a stranger when it comes to stuff like that.
This place is rock! I love to be here with my students all the time. They love to play here and all the staff is doing really good!
Where was this place when I was a kid. Great place!
I like here better than Magic Ground, great atmosphere!
Great trampoline facility. BUT... Several of the staff are young and immature while some are awesome and very attentive and accepting of the kids. Worst part is that the place has a RAT infestation! Was there on a busy Saturday, mid-day and I saw a mouse run from the kitchen area to underneath a large cooler. The staff person at the front just shrugged and smiled. Beware!I hope the owners/management will contact a pest/rodent company to manage this.
Pretty big space with a nice variety of activities to do. Not exactly cheap though.
Good space, lacking better eating options
Good place to entertain kids for a few hours
I went yesterday for the first time with my husband and 4 kids. The kids really had a lot of fun and will more likely want to go back but for me, many things were frustrating. The place was incredibly packed and the line just to check in was big and for for my luck, I had to stay in line twice because I had no clue that we needed to fill out the waiver first. The check in staff wasnt welcoming and offered no guidance, directions to us. The only staff that seemed to be doing their job well were the foam pit and the open bounce, and the bathroom was clean. I would love to go back and hope my experience will be different now that I know the place but I believe that staff could make everything much more clear and informative for the first visitors.
I feel like over the past few years it going down hill, they are not really spending money to update equipment and it is showing its age. Kids wanted to go to ZavaZone after only 10 minutes.
Lots of trampolines like in the other trampoline park what was special about this place is that every area is really separate from each other you have jumping on lots of foam cubes on one place you have basketball trampolines in the other place and you have General trampolines in another place besides that you also have some other attractions which were not working at the time we were there since we were there for the specific toddlers time jumping which almost always has no crowds
Pretty good. A fun place to bring your kids. Great enviornment and good deals.
I went here for a field trip, and let me tell you, it was AWESOME! This place has so many places for you to have a great time. There’s Ultimate Dodgeball, a Trampoline center, a foam pit, and much more! This place is also perfect for a birthday party. At night, there’s an event called GLOW ZONE, where they give out neon t-shirts and make everything glow in the dark. I would highly recommend going to this place for a birthday party or if you’re just visiting Gaithersburg.
Bathrooms were disgusting. We arrived right after the place opened. The bathrooms must not have been cleaned. Looking around after using the restroom, I noticed the cleanliness of the entire place is neglected. Other than that, we had fun. The employees were kind and had fun with the kids as well.
Like all places geared towards kids, theres a ton of kids to every employee. Lines at the top of the hour on weekends can be long with only one register. The kids are excited and antsy. Of course in the first 5 minutes my kid skinned his knee. Staff were helpful and polite. They took time to help us and make sure to handle the wound appropriately with disinfectant and gloves. Theres trash all over, this is not a staffing issue, its a patron issue. Staff are making sure kids are safe and playing fair and thats where I prefer their attention to be.I do have one complaint on that front, there were kids doing the sky wall and the attendant walked away. I realize they are auto belay but thats not enough. One of the kids was stuck and afraid, staff shouldve been there to help them. A parent was near, but thats not always the case at these places.I noticed most staff didnt have a radio or way to communicate with other staff. That encourages people to leave their stations. Not safe.
Place was hopping, again... like everything was trying to escape gravity, continues actions of leaving the ground in a jumping fashion... and most were able to leap higher than the average... yes, the place is awsome. Go jump around and try some vertical flips as well, sure, why not!
I was there during the glow event and I had a great time, there was so much to do
Fun place to take the kids. Friendly staff.
A lot of fun, BUT POORLY SUPERVISED!You MUST WATCH your CHILDREN if they are under 10 or someone will get HURT!
Heres how to make this a five star experience: first, dont go on Saturdays when the place is extremely crowded. Go on a weeknight instead. And heres the even bigger tip: buy an annual pass for your family. The price is similar to 2 hours of jump time, and it allows you to jump every day for one hour for a year! Incredible deal. And on weeknights you see a lot of the same people--the regulars. Its a great family bonding time and great to see kids get more confident each week with flips, dodgeball, and slam dunks.
A fun place for the whole family! We go on holidays when the kids are out of school and it’s a lot of fun! They always email me coupons so we pay less....
Staff is awsome always willing to help
My daughter is two and she have so much fun jumping all the time.
Great place for the kids to have fun. The staff is very helpful, especially Lotanna she is the best. She is always smiling with an upbeat personality.
They have massage chairs for parents at 2nd level
Much better than the Hagerstown location. Spacious and less crowded. Good place for a birthday party.
My son always has a great time and his coordination has truly benefited from regular visits.
Havent had this much fun in a long time. My wife and I have taken our kids to our local skyzone but never got a chance to act like a kid and try it ourselves. We are sore now but had an amazing time
At first we went to the trampoline area to just jump, and this kid was jumping from square to square and he jumped on my square and one of the workers said, “if he jumps in your square can you just get out” so there really wasn’t anywhere else to jump, and then we went to play dodge ball and another worker said “y’all are too old to play with these kids” so we didn’t get to play dodgeball, and then we went to the sky dunk and the girl there had an attitude, and when it was 1:59 she repeatedly said “your time is up” over and over again which really annoyed us. The only place with a kind worker and where we really enjoyed our time there was the foam pit. We came in November 18, 2018 from 1-2 pm.
My daughters are crazy about this place. They always enjoy it but its not particularly comfortable for non-jumpers. Grandparents should probably bring something to read.
Great place to have a birthday party. Lots of available parking for more than a few parties. Staff are friendly and helpful. Not sure about the price because my son was invited by his classmates.
