Trail was very fun to ride. Lots of hikers with kids in tow, so be careful and give them ample space when you bike. The route varies in grade, but still fun to trek. Took my hybrid bike and was surprised it was able to ride it.

From a cycling perspective, it was a blast. This was my first time on this one. There was some really challenging ascents and descents so you will need to be in a bit better physical condition if you want to make the entire loop safely. Also, going by yourself may not be a great choice unless youre pretty good on a bike already and have some basic tools with you. I would not consider this a beginner trail. Your average bike may not be the best option since youll need some more aggressive tires, brakes and gears for some parts of the trail. But a decent hybrid or gravel bike will probably do. Mountain bikes are definitely the most popular kind out there. But once youre out there, there are all kinds of fun spots and interesting side trails to explore. Theres even a couple tunnels and abandoned railroad tracks. GPS and the Alltrails app could be your best friends on this one since the signage is hit and miss. Just plan and be careful!!

First time going there with my son and his girlfriend a lot of steep hills and up hills. Its a fun trail.....I did fall on loose gravel just as I was going to start to go down the hill .....and to top it off in front of a really cute guy too.

I would love this trail more if the bike riders would learn the kindergarten lesson on sharing. But overall a great place to walk, as long as you keep your ears open and plan to spend a decent part of your walk in the bushes, so you can avoid being run down.

A beautiful, safe location for the whole family. If you walk, hike, run, bike or ride a horse, this place is for you. Come to complete a few trails, or follow the paths around the hills of Fullerton or complete the Fullerton Loop of 14 miles. Parts are shaded, parts are in the sun, some is flat, some climbs hills. All of it is beautiful.

Love this trail! Go as far or as short as you want. Shared trail with runners, bikes and horses. Well traveled. Crosses roads at times. Mostly dirt, compacted. If you go the full 11 to 12 miles make sure you know the route. It can be confusing in some spots. Mostly flat if you stay around the start of the trail. Bikes get the hills farther down the trail. Lots of dog walking and usually the owners are good to pick up after them. Water station for pups on one section.

I went rucking and followed a map from AllTrails. At 5 in the afternoon on a Thursday it was pretty empty. By 7 there were more bikers, joggers, and walkers.A mix of shade and sun, pine and eucalyptus trees. Trails are in good condition and a variety of side trails and single track parallel the main path in most areas.
