The staff here was great and we really enjoyed the Tempranillo.
We went here early Sunday when they opened while we were shopping. The gentleman helping us was very knowledgeable and kind. The wines tasted really really good. Very VERY good fine wine at a reasonable price. The tasting was very reasonable as well in price. Very pleased. When we return to the small town, we will visit here again and actually sit with a glass or bottle of wine and enjoy our time.
Very strong 4.5 if they allowed half points.Very nice selection of wines. The staff were super nice and knowledgeable. Dakota was extremely into wines and really able to educate us on the various different selections. He knew his wines. Overall very nice place. One has to get used to Texas tasting where they pour right into the same glass for the different wine tastings. The tasting was a bit overpriced at $15 for 5 wines but the education one received and explanation of the wines was very good. Still should have been a bit less like $10.We purchased some wines. They were very nice and were on par or better than any other European or Californian wines.
My wife and I did 6 or 7 tastings over the weekend and this one was hands down the best. Bill was the best host, and the wines were the best tasting out of everything we had. We purchased bottles we had not planned on buying, and came back at the end of the day to have a few glasses. We will definitely be repeat customers in the future! Not a single bad wine. Thanks again Bill!
We went to 3 wine tastings and this was our favorite. Staff was also super engaging and added a new flavor to the wine. Definitely worth a stop!
Bill is very knowledgeable about the wines and an entertaining storyteller. I like that I was supporting a local family business. All the wines we tasted were delicious and the price was reasonable. Would definitely go again and take my friends!
High-quality, approachable wines and an extremely personable experience. Narrow Path specializes in bone-dry wines, but also carries a couple sweet/semi-sweet wines as well. For the tasting, John recommended wines based on my preference - highly recommend Rock Pile Red, the Rose, and the Texas Viognier. In an area where you see a new winery pop up every week, Narrow Path does it right.
Narrow Path Winery was by far my favorite stop in Fredericksburg!! The view is breathtakingly beautiful!! Everyone we met was knowledgeable, welcoming and kind. Our experience was so personal! I can’t wait to go back! It will be on my “must” list every time I’m in the area!
Dakota was very informative and helpful. Just what we needed.
Nice wine and good presentation. Dakota had a lot of knowledge.
Great Selection of wines. If younpovw Merlot, o highly recommend Dreamchaser! My favorite overall!
Great atmosphere, great staff! Wonderful wine!
They were awesome!! Very informative and great conversation!
Great experience - friendly/knowledgable staff and fantastic wine. Personal favorite is the Rock Pile Red!
Not a very large selection, the wines were not that great
John was the best person youd want to help you explore Texas wine tasting. He was funny and knowledgeable and knew how to cater to each taste. He even dealt with two drunk parties while he was helping us with patience that he must have learned from master oogway. He knows Star Wars and wine and I cant wait to come to get more viognier!
John was such a good teacher, you can tell that he is passionate about what he does. I cant recommend this place highly enough. No hoity-toity frills, just great wine and a genuinely authentice experience.
Nice people here.
Very humble and cozy place to taste wine.Love it!
Great host, very well informed on the wine, husband and I loved it. Thanks!!
Loved the entire experience, and the wine was fabulous!
