My husband and I did the Diamond tour for our anniversary and it was such a great time! Our guide Rusty was the best and got us where we needed to be in a timely matter. Every winery was unique but I would recommend Agusta and Bingham!

We took the ruby tour and it was perfect. Mike was our driver and he was fantastic. He was very accommodating and social. The bus was clean and spacious. I would highly recommend Majesty Tours.

I have used majesty tours at least half a dozen times. This past trip was excellent. I prefer the Ruby Tour. Trust me, three wineries is enough when main st has so many tasting rooms. Our driver was great and the snack was perfect. We never feel rushed with this company, plenty of time at each winery to enjoy the wine and views.

Complete lack of communication and customer service. I’ve tried numerous times calling and emailing the company to cancel an upcoming trip and they refuse to acknowledge and provide a refund.Would appreciate some contact and accountability

Horrible company. Called and emailed numerous times to cancel a tour I’d scheduled for early April and never got a response or refund. Tried leaving voicemails, emails and Facebook messages and never heard back a word. I see they’ve reopened now and they still haven’t gotten back to me. Would give them a 0 star rating if I could. Highly advise anyone to not book with this company.

My husband and I have used this company 3 years in a row and have had an awesome time every year. The people that work there are wonderful and we look forward to seeing them every time we go. Their vehicles are always clean and well maintained. We go during the week which is great because you can be more flexible with your tour, unlike on the weekends where they have to stick to more of a schedule because everything is super busy. They are super knowledgeable and they ask you what kind of wine you like and try to tailor your trip to suit you. I’m already looking forward to next years tour with them.

If you want a company that cares more about their convenience than your experience as a customer, this is the tour company for you. They cancelled our bachelorette party 2 weeks out because we complained about how rude and difficult they were being when girls were calling to book. We had to call multiple times to get our confirmation email. Prices were misquoted. They have no sense of customer service. So unless you’re willing to risk them cancelling your big event 3 weeks out and want to be treated super rudely on the phone, book at one of the dozens of other wine tour companies.

Watch your bill!!!I DO NOT recommend Majesty Tours. I went to Fredericksburg with 5 friends to celebrate my birthday. I called the day of and the lady on the phone was nice enough to book for that same day at 1130. Our driver, can’t remember his name was AMAZING! However when I saw my credit card statement I noticed they had overcharged me $1027.92 was the total, I called them directly today. The charge should have been $714 ($119 per person). The lady that answered the phone was BEYOND RUDE, she definitely should not be working in customer service. She went off on me and told me I was lying that the representative “pretty much always” disclose all charges and that the fees are more on Sunday’s. The representative did not disclose the taxes and gratuity included which was $313!!!!! She advised me I got an email with the confirmation, which I just checked my email and did not get. She raised her voice multiple times and told me I could not prove that that was not discussed. I advised her that I would contact my bank about the difference and she said this conversation is over and hung up on me. I hope all conversations are recorded so that someone can go back and listen to it. I will post this review on Google, Yelp, Trip Avisor and any other avenue I can to warn people of this terrible business practice. Not discussing ALL fees is not ok. I will also contact the Better Business Bureau to file a complaint. I hope this helps someone else, if you book with them do it in person, get a receipt (which I did not get) and check your online banking or credit card statement.

Have been requesting a refund from a canceled tour since February!!! No refund as yet and no one will return my call. Very disappointing

We took the 1:30 pm tour of 3 different wineries. 3 couples total attended. The tour guide was awesome. I’m. It much of a wine person but the guide asked some questions and determined which wineries we should go to based on our responses. He was very knowledgeable and everyone was enjoyable to be around.Bottom line, you can’t beat the wineries or the guide. The people that attend with you can turn it from a great tour to a fantastic tour.

They were so awesome. Our tour was canceled due to a vehicle being out of service so the owner drove us around personally and took us to so many places and made sure we had a great time. They were also very informative and answered all questions we had. They were fun and friendly and we cant wait to go back! Love love love!!!

My mom and I did the all day diamond tour (4 wineries and lunch) and overall had a pretty good time! We chose Majesty because they were one of the few open on a Monday and were the first to respond to us.Pros: We LOVED 2 of the 4 wineries we went to, and our favorite one was pretty far off the main highway so we would not have discovered it ourselves, lunch was pretty simple but very good at a small cafe in town, the driver did a great job of not rushing people but also making sure we all stayed on schedule, everything is included in the price, convenient pickup/ drop off from the location of your choiceRoom for improvement: we were not offered water until after the last tasting - should hand out waters first thing (cheap to provide, and hydration is important!), other wine tours Ive been on have plastic tubs or coolers to put purchased wine in and this did not - had to keep wine next to you on the seats and hope it didnt roll around too much, driver did not ask us about our preferences at all or adapt other wineries to what we liked or didnt like at the first few, our driver drove to the wineries and would tell us to stay in the car while he checked to see if they were open - seems pretty easy to have a list of when wineries are open or at least to call them before the tour before driving the whole van out to each one

Very disappointed in your customer service. While I can appreciate a 72 hour cancellation policy I do believe that your company should make exceptions. My mother in law ended up in ICU with a stroke. There are exceptions to refunds! I didnt know 72 hours prior to my trip that a medical emergency would prevent me from attending my friends 50th birthday celebration. Now I have a credit to a tour by myself?

My husband and I went on our first wine tour today with Majesty and we had THE BEST TIME! Our driver was the kindest man with loads of information, and the staff at the wineries were fantastic. All around such a good trip, and we will always use Majesty.

I had so much fun on the Ruby Tour! The wineries we visited were great and informative. Our driver, Larry, was also very knowledgeable and kind. Would highly recommend this to anyone wanting to take a winery tour!!! You wont be disappointed!

Paul our driver was excellent he really engaged everyone and made it an awesome experience there were three of us couples celebrating an anniversary and he made it a point to let the Wineries know and they had a special treat for us. This was our first wine tour and we will certainty be back and request Paul.Thanks Majesty Tours.

We have started with losing an hour, cause we waited on a group. then we were rushing up through the tour. Lunch is a rip off - edible but worth $13, snacks are in form of 1 common tray of bought in a store, mixed sausage/cheese and crackers. the driver was doing what he could but just the overall experience was somehow on a low end.

We had a fabulous wine tour for my sisters bachelorette weekend! Ron, our driver was super nice and easy going! He even threw in an extra winery because we had the time. Would recommend!

Decided on Majesty based on a friends recommendation and they had the best tours for the price. So glad we did, because we had an amazing experience with them! Larry was an awesome tour guide! They also own a bar in town, Western Edge Cellars, so after the tour go check it out for dinner, live music, and of course more wine! Kelly is also amazing who is the owner of both. Everyone we came in contact with at their bar and on their tours made us feel at home and ensured we had a good time! This was our first trip to Fredricksburg and they made it for us! We will definitely be back! :-)

We did a wine tour with Majesty for a bachelorette party this past weekend. Everything was so perfect. Paul, our tour driver was the BEST. We did the Ruby tour and had a BLAST. All of the wineries we had tastings at were beautiful. Everyone was so nice and the wine was great. I would definitely recommend reserving a tour with Majesty.

We just finished their spirit tour. Had a blast. Went to places we probably wouldnt have gone too. Im not a beer person but preferred the beer and moonshine tours more than the wine tasting. Tom did a great job making us feel at home. Lunch was great too!

We had a great time! Arthur was our driver he was a wonderful guide. My husband and I will definitely use them again!

Arthur was an awesome driver, very well informed on everything that we were going to be doing. He was also patient and was not rushing us while going from winery to winery. Very recommended.

Probably one of the best times I have ever had. As far as I am concerned, Majesty Tours will be part of our Fredericksburg trips from now on. The service from these folks is terrific, every call rings to their cell phone so they always answer or call right back. Really feels like your best friends are taking care of you.

Majesty Tours was incredible. We had a group of six. Kelly took us to four different wine tastings in and around Fredericksburg. The price was amazing when you consider the number of wineries we were able to visit and the snack. Letting them do the driving took all the worry out of where to go and when. Kelly wasnt just a driver, she was a professional guide who knew her stuff and was delightful. Everyone in our group agreed that we will come back and do this again - and we will definitely use no other service other than Majesty Tours.

Tour guide wasn’t prepared and didn’t care about his guests.

The tour is fine, but realize that an uber might be slightly cheaper, will offer the exact same experience, but leave you with more flexibility.You may even win prizes playing games en route to the wineries in our roomy, 33 passenger bus!...but you wont, bc there are no games, prizes, interaction, or added value beyond a small passenger van ferrying you from one winery to the next. The wine was poured, we drank it, we moved on.Our mistake was expecting a tour or to have any value added beyond transportation. We did not learn anything, see anything in regards to how it was made, and were barely spoken too by any winery employees or the driver. You simply drink and they drive. My wife and I enjoyed ourselves and the people we met while tasting the wines. The driver was a fine fellow, polite and punctual and we did 3 wine tastings. But the package is not as described and if you have a expectation of a tour you may be disappointed.Would have loved to have at least learned something.

First wine tour ever was with Majesty Tours - they came by the b&b to pick us up, took everyone to a nice party bus, had fun necklaces, masks, tiaras and sunglasses for everyone (mardi gras weekend). the wineries they took us to were nice and they threw in an extra stop!!! clean bus, nice driver, wonderfully helpful hostesses - will definitely use them again!

We had an amazing time on our tour. Paul our driver was an excellent host. Lewis Vinyards was by far the best spot to be. We could have stayed on theor porch sipping wine for days.
