Great disc golf course, amazing hiking trails, fishing access and sports fields. Awesome for everyone 10/10 would recommend to a friend

Its nice to have the monthly family swimming pass. My family of 4 loves to use the pass in the Curtis park pool and Woodlands pool.

A pleasant place to walk the trails. Well marked. Not crowded during the week. Enjoyed a picnic with grandkids.

Played the Disc Golf Course here. Would definitely recommend it. The course is mostly in the woods, which is ok for most avid players. Beginners might find the trees a little more challenging. Overall I think the course played well. There are some nice challenging holes, uphill, downhill, through openings, short and long. Ill definitely be back to play this course.

It seemed nice I was there for a short period of time. I lived here for years, I never heard of this park, since I know about it now, I hope to visit under different circumstances.

We just happened upon the park as we were looking for somewhere to eat lunch.Beautiful and well maintained with very clean restrooms!

The area where the ramps are could use a repaving but overall not bad.

The pool is large and thats great but the real steal is the disc golf course. Also plenty of shaded walking trails in the forest.

Good shaded playground with 4 swings, 4 slides and room to run plus covered picnic table area. There are soccer fields, tennis courts, a disc golf course in the woods, tons of trails, swimming pool, golf course, pavilions, plenty of parking.

Nice park, and decent disc golf course, however feels like some holes are just impossible and the concrete tees do not feel good on the shoes

I wish they would roll the fields flat and mow it properly. There are so many twisted ankles happening, something has to be done.

I love the trails in the woods. Clearly marked and oh so peaceful!!!!

Great little spot to come do a little fishing or just sit on a chair under a tree. Especially during this covid season.

Everytime we go is a good hike/walk with our two doggos. We went Sunday evening around 5 pm on 31 May 2020, the best day of the year so far. The park is always in great shape and the grounds crew are great at clearing debris or trees from the paths. There are snakes out here so please use caution.Many folks fish in the lake as well so use caution while canoeing or kayaking but take time to do so if you have the means.There is a very nice frisbee course as well so while walking be cognizant of them as they are usually looking out for you.We tend to have runners come along the paths so if you are a runner PLEASE announce you are coming up on people well in advance so dogs and people have time to respond for your safety.The Gauntlet Golf Course is here as well. Take some time and be humbled by the course. It is usually pretty well maintained.

Great park for beginner kayaking, disc golf course, hiking trails, and fishing.

Close to the house with nicely marked trails. Nothing difficult, fairly easy to navigate & the water is nice.

I wish we knew about this place earlier. We loved our visit! Nice little playground area but it was dirty with trash laying around which is unfortunate. The pool opens at 12 and I love that you can bring your own food. They do have hot dogs, chips and drinks. The pool is huge and the baby pool is awesome! The baby pool has a little splash pad area which is fun! A lot of the reviews stated that the place wasn’t overly crowded and we found that to be true. It was a great experience and we look forward to going again. It was $5 to get in and they had plenty of chairs around.

I can only speak about the disc golf course: It is fun and very challenging. This is 100% a woods course with quite a bit of diversity between the short and long tees. There are some elevation features but not very severe.

Great park. The disc golf course is challenging and beautiful with 3 levels of tee boxes ( Pro, Intermediate, and beginner) wish I could rate higher however the disc golf shop was closed during business hours with directions to call a number. Called the number 10 times between two people. And called their main office line twice. No answer.

I go here for the frisbee/disc golf. This disc golf course is the hardest one Ive played- Im a beginner, played for around a year. I suck at this course, but its a really good one and has great trails and hills to hike around on.The trails are clean and garbage free, few folks come out here summer. No noise really. Also no poison ivy from what Ive ever seen.

This is a nice park and not too crowded. It has a small soccer field, several nice tennis courts, a skate park, a playground with a gaga ball court, public pool, public golf course, public boat launch, and a disc golf course. Lots to do for free here and lots of shade.

Pool was not crowded and they play music which could be heard throughout the pool ground. Classic rock was awesome. Didnt get any food from the snack bar but the variety of choices (chips, candy, burgers and dogs) seemed good and prices reasonable.

I walk my dog here almost every day. Fairly extensive trails throughout park that are easily traveled, pleasant and peaceful.

Was great fishing. My buddy and I went down to do some cat fishing for our first time there and caught 10lb cat. Was amazing and the park is clean and very well kept together.

Super nice park, very well maintained and staff seem pretty friendly and helpful. Also has a great disc golf course and a really nice pool (It’s huge, and the kiddy area looks like a resort).

Great place to walk, ride bikes, play, picnic, swim, fish, and golf. This gem offers a skatepark, playground, pool, picnic sites, ramp access to the lake and plenty of open space to relaxIts a personal favorite of mine.

Very wonderful place for a night stroll with the kids or a place to take the kids play.

This is our place! Our family has been visiting this park for over 12 years! My husband and I got married right on the water. It was a beautiful ceremony! We also celebrated our daughters birthday here and come frequently for the pool and playground.

This park was beautiful and it is well-maintained and very clean by the support staff. There is a pool and there are clean restrooms by all the Pavilions.

I love Curtis Park. The lake was amazing, so were all the trails, and even the pool. They even have internet and reception.

Let me tell you this place has gone way down hill the last 10 years of me and my family going. You just lost A family of 6. You can tell there kids and dont know how to deal with there guest. The water is dirty. The mosquitos are horrible, theres bees everywhere. Have to worry about biting flies, Im worried one of my kids is going to get stung. They need pest control. I will not ever go back and spend my hard earned money there. The bottom line is the experience is bad.

Love going here with my kids. It is a great park, with tennis courts, skate board park, playground, picnic pavilions, swimming pool, disc golf course, fishing lake, and 18 golf golf course. It is also 5 minutes from my house, so it is the park we go to on most occasions.

Lots of wide open spaces, hiking trails, a lake and a pool. Great picnic areas and park is always clean .

I go for the golf. I took my grandsons swimming once, and they made me pay as well, when it was obvious that I was not going to get into the pool. Because of that I dont swim there. The park is well kept.

Personally this is the best Stafford park because its the only one that has a park and a pool and the variety of trails it offers is just amazing! I can go on a walk there and throw a little spice in by going on the the nature trails or I can go see the little waterfall they have if you know how to get to it! I would recommend going to this park for any tourist or just anyone looking for a good time!

Great place to take the kids or go for a hike. Open and clean. Large shaded playground, golf course, tennis court, skate park, lake and pool. Just wished we lived a little closer.

Overall a very nice park for children and adults nice playground and swimming pool. Nice Trails for walking. Very shaded to keep you cool on the hot summer days. It is not over crowded so plenty of room for the children to run and play.

We rented pavilion 6 for 150, it was perfect. So much space and time for a great price. It was very private and we had our own parking and bathrooms, the pavilion had horseshoe pits as well. We were there from 10am-7pm.

Awesome place to sit and reflect

Ive been coming to curtis for my whole life (19 years) I partake in everything there is to do there. It used to be a pretty nice, until a couple years ago the staff switched up. The skatepark has not been kept up with in ages and when you tell the staff what things to fix they say do it yourself, most of the staff are underage mountaveiw high school students that ride around in the park trucks not doing anything. I went in the office after injuring myself at the deathtrap of a skatepark and they called the cops on me and said he was intoxicated not asking if I was okay or anything. Dont come he its not safe and the staff is outrageous.

Gorgeous place. One of my favorite places to go.

Played disc golf here and had a fun time. The course offers some nice tee pads, multiple tee boxes, and a good variety between each hole -- its also just a pleasant walk through the woods that takes you by a scenic lake.

Never really fishing good here but besides that its pretty nice.

Clean and beautiful. There is so much to do here. Pavilion prices are fairly cheap and reasonable.

Really great park. They have fishing at the lake, swimming at the pool. Tennis courts, Frisbee golf course, and a large kids playground.The kids really enjoy coming here.

Great place to golf.

This is a great place to witness the outdoors; with its abundance of wildlife to scenic trails weaving through the forest and over looking a beautiful lake. Although Im not much of a frisbee golfer; the course is pretty good. A place to play ball and a place to swim recreationally and competitively makes this park a personal favorite.To keep this park in such favorable condition this park also offers many Eagle Scout opportunities as it has given me. I give this park an easy 5star rating.

Kids love the park and i lived taking pictures of the kids having fun. Parents should remain with little kids bc older kids will be smoking and being older kids but for the most part they are respectable.

Walk here with dog and grew up here swimming and grew up with the family that gave this land to have this park and always try to take care of the greaves in the woods with flowers

Both my daughters learned to ride a bike, and fish here. Memories that we will have forever.

Many Family Reunions attended at this park....most recently a Bridal Shower. It was a lovely Day.

Skate park, soccer field and volleyball area

Great family park! Skate board ramps, golf course, disc golf and dock for boating or fishing. Pool area had been long overdue for repairs and maintenance. Floors in changing area and renovated pool deck have been spruced up since 2011(?) The 3 meter platform was removed and 1 meter spring boards replaced with new.Warnings: Horse flies still plague you while in line for the spring boards.Just about every child care facility/summer camp in Stafford will be at the pool on any given day.Line at concessions stand will block entry to the pool during adult swim.
