We regularly go to the MET to watch the comedy pigs perform improv and we always end up with a great show!! Every show is always different and the cast is very talented!! Highly recommend!We have also seen a few of the mainstage shows and musicals that are also great shows! I wasmt sure what to expect from a smaller theater since most of my comedy experience have been in major cities but I was fully impressed with MET!!

Great experience taking our family to see a kids play!

I felt as if I was a character in the play. Great sets, great stories, wonderfully told. The plays kept getting better and better as the season progressed!

Had the absolute pleasure of seeing Radium Girls. The performance was outstanding...I am amazed at how well they orchestrated this play in just a small area yet you could envision the entire scene as if it was a movie. The actors are first class. Just wonderful. Cant wait to come back for another play in the future!

Located in a small and seemingly awkward space, MET serves up excellent acting plus innovative set and sound design in productions that both appeal to your intellect and thoroughly entertain. You walk out realizing you never really noticed the pillar in the middle of the stage and relishing an intimate theatrical experience.

Walk by this place everyday, never knew what a gem was right under my nose. We saw Radium Girls, and it was outstanding! Frederick got talent!

Ive never seen a bad family show here. The cast is always so cute and my kids absolutely love coming. If you pay by cash or check you save the processing fee of $2 per ticket. Great for all ages. Parking is only $1 on weekends in any of the public garages I think.

Saw Click Clack Moo there with my family and it was awesome. Entertaining production and an intimate atmosphere. The kids were right at the performers feet.

Our daughter took a Drama 101 type class here and loved it.

Stretch your mind! Youll see things here at the MET that you wont find anywhere else nearby - maybe not even in DC or Baltimore. Great ensemble of actors, crew, etc. Nice space but can be a little tight at times. Ive never been disappointed!

Sketches were hilarious. Enjoyed the band and stand-up comic, all adding briiliant variety to thw evening.

This theater group is a wonderfully talented and entertaining addition to the cultural scene in Frederick. If you have not had the pleasure of attending one of their presentations, I recommend you do so asap. You will not be disappointed.

Friday comedy night (The Last Hurrah) wasn’t a comedy night...no jokes were told and the audience paid to come in and be sound effects for a podcast. Don’t come if you’re looking for stand up comedy

The MET has consistently great performances. They attract so much talent - acting, stage design, directing, all wonderful. I have never seen a performance here that wasnt riveting.

Actors are top notch, story not so much

The MET location is small but a very personal setting for their performances. I was impressed by their acting, singing, and use of the stage. The humor and twists that they add to classic plays is enjoyable. I saw Cinderella at this location.

This is a GREAT intimate theater, and a good place to spend an evening, be it either watching one of the Mainstage productions or the Comedy Pigs. Ive seen about 5 shows here and theyve all been fantastic. Its a small, tight-knit, local theater with some people that know how to put on a good show. Some shows Ive seen have left something to be desired in the costume department, but the sets are always great and many of the actors are pretty talented.Definitely worth checking out if you dont want to do the typical dinner and a movie night out, a true good time.
