Urban Adventures is awesome! I took my wife and our 4 daughters. We spent around 2 and half hours there. The sky ride was fun and the wall climb was easy and safe. There is an obstacle type coarse where you walk around above everyone while youre strapped in with a harness. My 6 year old did it with a little encouragement. My daughters are 13, 11, 6, and 4 and they all had a blast. A big suggestion from me would be to have the instructions for purchasing tickets a little more clear. I spent $25 on an adult ticket when I only had to spend $5, and I didnt know they offer a discount for military and law enforcement for tickets and the food court until after I bought everything. But, over all a great memory for me and my family.

My daughter loves this place. socks are extra. the price is steep and if it were much cheaper or had a membership we would def be in more!

This place is awesome! Way more things to do than SkyZone. Came here for a birthday party, and the staff was very professional (especially for teenagers), and the whole place was just a great atmosphere for the family. I would highly recommend this place to anyone with kids!

October 31, 2020 I took my son and his friends to urban air to celebrate his birthday. My kids and I came to this place a couple times. But after yesterday my family and I will NEVER RETURN. First and foremost, we got there around 4:11 and I spent over 100 dollars just for 7 kids to jump; after being there for only 10 mins they announced over the intercom they was CLOSING in 30 mins!!!!!!!!!! As a courtesy from your staff, as running a business, regardless of you having your closing time on the door or maybe even on your site. BUT AS A PARENT IM MOTHER BUSY WITH RUNNING WITH 7 KIDS !!!!! Common courtesy would’ve been for you to give your customers a reminder that your closing in 30mins just to make sure they still even want to continue business !!! I NEVER ASK FOR A REFUND ALL I ASK WAS THAT IM SORRY THAT I WAS NOT UNWARE OF YOUR CLOSING TIME!!!!!!! DUE TO IT BEING MY SON BIRTHDAY WHICH HE IS ONLY 7 YEARS OLD WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED. I ONLY ASK COULD I BRING THE CHILDREN BACK FOR THE NEXT DAY SENSE THEY WAS ONLY THERE FOR NOT EVEN 20 mins !!!!!!!! Finally my 30 percent was a online offer but before I purchased I specifically ask your STAFF could I purchase it at the desk or did I have to do it online; so yet again that training, education, and yet instruction that you lack as owner to train YOUR TEAM !!!! Next time come to me with FACTS AND NOT FASLE ACCUSATIONS TO MAKE YOU LOOK BETTER !!! This conversation is DONE I WILL DEFINITELY BE WAITING ON THAT CALL TOMORROW !!!

I had so much fun here! So many things to do, zip line, climbing, and of course, awesome trampolines! So much to do for kids too. Over 5 stars if I could, love it here!

Had a blast, its a fun place to be. Its slightly pricey, but worth it to see smiles on the kids faces.

We love coming here. $25 per kid but they offer a lot more options than just a trampoline park. Even my 2 year enjoyed her time. It wasnt horribly busy so even the little one got to enjoy bouncing without a bunch of kids accidentally knocking her down.

Went for a birthday party for my 3 year old niece. We a group ranging in ages from 3 to 61, and everyone had fun and found something to do. I was very pleasantly surprised by the affordability of the food. Moody places like this overcharge for simple things like pretzels and cheese. Here, only $2. We all really enjoyed the experience and will definitely be going back.

Over crowded, extremely hot with no ventilation and it was in February. Hostess for the party was 20 min late. No apologies from the hostess. When brought to managements attention, oh sorry is all that was said and done. Seriously?!?! $400+ was paid for this birthday party and we didnt get a full 2 hrs in the party room, had to get our own drinks after standing in an extremely long line. They dont provide pitchers for the drinks. Very disappointing. Will NOT be returning for any other reason. Will have all future parties at Rascals Fun Zone instead.

My favorite place so far. It beats sky zone and monkey Joes!!! My daughter and her friend are 7 had the best time. Already planned our next trip. They have plenty of seating around for adults. I cant wait to go back and play in it!!

Kids had a blast here. The pizza was actually pretty good. There are several different things to do like bouncing, the sky coaster and arcade games. It kept the kids busy for hours. Weve returned a few times and still had a great time.

Hosted a Birthday party for 9 year old daughter. It was perfect. All the kids had so much fun together. Bumper Cars were their favorite.

My son had his birthday party there this past weekend and he had a blast. This was our first time and everything went perfect from someone pulling us out of the long line to take us to our table to our host going above and beyond for all our needs. Definitely recommend and will be back .

First time visiting and we LOVED it! We got the deluxe pass so there were a few things we didnt get to enjoy, but the kids still had a blast. The place was clean and plenty of space to play. I also like how it doesnt give you a time limit to play like other places. We will definitely be returning!

Way cheaper than sky high in Indianapolis. All the attractions are fun. However, some of the staff that hangs out at the front counter acts like its a hassle if my kid wants to do bumper cars and no workers are over to work it so then one of them have to do it. Pretty sad that the kids can even tell. My son didnt even wanna do the cars after he saw how the worker acted.

I love this place and so does my kid, I try not to think about the germs too much, we can just bathe when we get home, but what does get me is the amount of people not following the rules when there are employees standing around talking. I get it you cant enforce them all but when my 6 year old is consistently waiting on unsupervised children not following the rules it makes it tough for her because then she wants to do it the wrong way because its the only way she will get to do it at all. Overall still a super fun spot, and its cheaper than the other place, and they dont always restrict the time depending on how busy they are.

My Fiancé and i took our 5 year old son out to Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park its a really cool place to take your kids your kids i was surprised! I will say it is more suited for bigger kids but use your good judgement when you go if you have a little younger kid go on week night when it’s less busy of bigger kids, it’s a little more safe for your younger child. Every time i take my little guy here or any place like this where there are bigger kids i talk to him and tell him to watch out for the big kids and to watch out for babies and he is smart about it now when we go, just a little tip. But Urban Air Trampoline Park is a very cool place to take your kids to burn off some boredom and pent up energy, be prepared though to go right to the McDonalds after wards because they’ll come out of there Hangry!

My son and daughter in law scheduled our twin grand daughters birthday party here. There was no on monitoring the doors, no one checking wrist bands to make sure someone wasn’t leaving with a child that did not belong to them. To many people going in and out and standing around outside. No adults running the place all young kids. They paid for a hostess that brought in socks and bands and didn’t see her afterwards. Told us at 250 that we had to have all belongings out of the room by 3. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

Yall, toddler time is absolutely amazing. Giving the little ones the run of the place is so cool. As a grandma going with my granddaughter I was so pleased with the layed back, less busy, amazing day at urban air. If you got little ones, you wont be disappointed!!!

Over all the place was fun. Just wished the staff would enforce the rules better in the ninja warrior course a little better. Had teens not moving through the course and holding up everyone.

It’s been almost a year since our family’s first visit to “The Park” for my daughter’s 8th birthday. All 4 of us absolutely LOVED our experience! In the near future, we may look to purchase a party package as shes requested to have her 9th birthday party at this location! It was definitely worth the money & the ~45 minute drive from Brownsburg, IN! We had a blast!

It was fun with a few friends, but pretty wild and crazy. If you bring a little one here, watch them closely.

This company messed up & redeemed our gift card on another account. The very young manager refused to give us the number to the owner/operator or corporate to call to get it resolved. In addition to being RUDE to us about the situation, he LIED about how they redeem the codes and then back tracked when he was called out on it. After he made multiple calls to the owner/operator, they gave us a discounted package & we STILL had to pay. We drove over an hour to get here. This seems like a great place for kids, but we are NEVER EVER coming back due to the unprofessional attitude we received due to no fault of our own.Part 2 of review added after the company responded below to the original: THE SAME PERSON PURCHASED 2 DIFFERENT GIFT CARDS UNDER THE SAME NAME. When the other gift card was brought in in MARCH as I stated, your employees redeemed the wrong code under that name. The other gift card ($25) was still valid. Our gift card ($100) value had already been redeemed when we tried to use it today. All due to negligence of your employees. And yes, were not happy about being charged $5 for socks when none of this was our fault. It all boils down to the fact that we should have had $30+ left on our gift card, but we STILL had to pay for more than just the socks due to negligence and now poor customer service. It would not have been near as bad if the person we dealt with had not changed their story on how the gift cards are redeemed when we were trying to get an explanation. And YES, there was an error on your part since YOU ALL redeemed our gift card in March and I just took it out of the envelope last week. I also dont know why you felt the need to put that the gift card was purchased in December 2018. Gift cards dont expire. We simply had not had an opportunity to use it yet.

Great place for family fun!!

The Urban Air in Franklin, Indiana is a huge asset to the community. Before Urban Air the only place to have a kids party was the skate club. Its great to have a place thats centered around kids having fun. The owners really care about providing a safe, clean environment, and they know how to provide an amazing experience at the same time!

I highly DO NOT Recommend urban air. The employees are very rude and are do not supervise kids at all. While I was here I landed wrong on a trampoline and broke my ankle. I could not even get myself up off the floor to walk with as much pain as I was in. I know workers may not touch you if you are injured. As an employee you are aloud to ask if someone is okay, if they need ice, and ask where your parents are if you have been injured. Not one worker asked if I was okay. While I was laying on the ground for a good 10 minutes the workers continued to let kids jump around me. Very disappointed and will never go back. Stick with Skyzone !

Very unorganized, not enough staff and the whole process of getting in, signing waivers and purchasing admission was a nightmare to say it nicely. I brought my 4 grandkids for 2 hours cost us $112 and way not worth it. The staff at the desk coming in was very rude as well. Go somewhere else.....

Urban Air is a great place for the whole family. Everytime we take our kids here they have an absolute blast. It can get a little pricey, but when there is no time limit on how long you get to enjoy yourselves, it really is worth every penny.

Onsite is amazing but online is horrible says no availability for my sons 10th birthday for any package....call the 800 number and its wide open no bookings for this location on that date at all. Yes I give 5 stars because my kids younger siblings and any other child Ive taken loves it but this location absolutely sucks as far as convenience for online booking!

How can you not love a place made for kids. Just have to remember kids are working here and for some it’s their first job. Give them grace!

There was nowhere that said the basic trampolines were only for an hour but in a very small area in fine print. What a waste of my money and my kids didnt even enjoy it. Sad

Grandkids favorite place to go and they can really burn up some energy bouncing around in there. Its expensive so try to find a deal before you go. We make it a once a year treat. Would go more often if we didnt have to take out a loan for every visit with a total of 5 kids its good for winter break.

Prices for food is wrong and the sign for the bumper cars says a child can ride with an adult but thats a lie as well.

Only reason why they are getting 1 Star is because I have to give a star to do this rating! I have had nothing but bad news from here, and continue to give it a chance and no longer will. It took 3 hours to get a pizza, staff were laying down and refusing to help the children in my group. They would not let another child on the rope course without another adult. We also had to connect and unconnect ourselves to do the rock climbing. When I brought this to the attention of the manager she questioned me like she didn’t believe me and then told her staff to act like they were busy and put on a fake smile when adults were around. She also gave me passes to come back to give them another chance for the kids to have a chance to do everything all over again. We went back there tonight and the manager on duty said that he couldn’t honor the tickets that were given to us to come back. He said that he called the manager that gave me the tickets and stated that she would have signed them... by the way they charged me for socks, before we were told that they couldn’t honor the tickets... so now that i have been questioned about my honesty, not once but twice, I let them know that I would not be coming back. Once I said that, the manager then stated that we could do just the trampolines for the passes... my question to the management team is ... why give me passes, that we’re not valid - and then give them back to me as I am leaving and once again ask for me to come back? Now I have had 2 bad experiences in a row and will never be going back

Crowded but to be expected on a rainy Saturday. Ive noticed on weekends the later you go the better as the crowd dies down quickly. I would highly suggest they evaluate their check in process as the wait times are extreme. If you purchase online and sign the waiver the kiosk should dispense the bracelets. Just a thought!

It was the first and LAST time I will go to the Franklin Urban Air. I was VERY disappointed with the facility.1st The facility was dirty.2nd It was so dark in the Tubes for 9 year olds and under, you could not see your child.3rd There were NO staff at any of the different play zones. The only staff on the floor were at the 2 that required harnesses and the bumper cars. There were teenagers in the Tubes that were running over the little ones and wouldnt take turns with them. I told the front desk staff 3 times and the 3 girls sitting on stools told me there should be staff supervising. I told her I had been there for 2 hours and havent seen a staff there the entire time. She said she would get someone over there....NEVER happened. I had to stand under the 1st level to make sure my 5yo was not getting ran over or she was getting her turn.4th There were no staff that was available on the floor and they were teenageres themselves who dismissed your concerns.The only reason I stayed as long as I did, I wasnt going to waste $85.I will say I did like the lockers that were available. (This is why 1 star)I will stick with the Bloomington facility from now on.

I took my almost 2 year old son here tonight. The lady working the counter was awesome! It was our first time and she was very helpful.The park itself was excellent. It was VERY clean. There was also a lot for my son to do. The only complaint I have is that they closed the park early (7pm instead of 8pm). We checked in at 6:20 pm and at 7pm we were told that it was time for people for the blue wrist band (our color) to stop jumping. We had traveled from Indianapolis to jump (about a 30 min drive). I also specifically brought my son on Tuesday to avoid crowds since he is so little. I understand that the operating cost probably outweighed the profits (there were 2 kids including my son), but it was not fair to us and not good business practice to close early and shorten our time. Overall though, I was happy with our visit and we plan to return. We will just make sure that we go when it is busier to avoid a park closing.Update: The owner responded and was incredibly friendly and apologetic. They clearly really care about their customers. This has to be the best customer service that I have ever experienced! We really look forward to going again.

The only thing I didnt like was the lack of security leaving. Otherwise i cant wait to take my children again.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, I brought 3 of my little cousins here for a fun day & it was completely CHAOS. I took the kids to their play area where they call it the “ninja warrior obstacle”, kids were hanging under the objects, playing in the ball pits. Entering from both sides (when one is an exit). I went over to the coaster part & got a worker & I was told they aren’t supposed to be over there unless they get a complaint. We then addressed the issue to the “GM” Taylor Raines who decided to argue that there was a worker there the entire time when I have videos which clearly state otherwise. She was completely rude & unprofessional. If it wasn’t for the manager Chad who properly addressed the situation & did everything he could to make it right I would NEVER be back. As a professional customer service worker myself it’s sad they have this Taylor Raines girl running as the face of the company when she is very argumentative and rude. We came here for a good time & spent almost $100 doing so and we can’t even get workers to watch the children, instead we get the response “it’s at your own risk”. Very sad representation of this company!

Staff was rude. Ive seen similar reviews with the same complaints I have So,I know Im not the only one. There needs to be supervision on all the attractions. There was 0 on the trampolines warrior course, and dodgeball. There were itty bitty kids playing in the balls at the warrior course and kids coming from both directions. The trampolines were a free for all and very scary when so many kids were jumping and paying little to no attention to whats going on around them. There were big kids playing in the tunnles. Nobody to moniter who was going in. If you dont have enough people to safely run a business like that you shouldnt run it. Food was not properly cooked and took way too long to receive. My kids did have a good time, but Im not sure I will be going back. There are similar establishments that are more organized so you might benefit from treating people better. And I did speak to a manager, and no they werent helpful.

Last week we choose 1 fun thing to do with our kids over fall break. We came across an event for Thursday night here, $35 for a family of 5 to jump and you get a large pizza with a water bottle. Wow, what a budget friendly event!! My kids were excited because they have never been here before. Thursday came, my husband took off work, we loaded the car, drove for 40 mins just for them to tell me upon arrival that the deal (that was advertised for that date) was not bring offered. Super disappointed doesnt come close to how I was feeling!! They said the advertisement was wrong. Well wrong or not you should have honored it! I had to call and tell another family (I invited to meet us there) not to come. They were coming from farther away! I then could only afford for 2 of my 3 kids to jump!

My daughter just had her 13th birthday party here today. The experience was great. It was very easy to book the event and plan it to fit our needs. Our party hostess was very attentive and did a great job getting everyone set up to have a good time.I would recommend Urban Air over SkyZone or Zip City if youre looking for this kind of activity on the south side. It is MUCH cleaner than those other places, and was much less chaotic (at least during our time there).

Clean and safe....really enjoyed meeting the owners and appreciate them for bringing such a cool spot to the area!! Best experience yet for my children!!

I have been here a few times and I am overall pretty happy with my experiences here. I only have two complaints and they are that this business seems to be run entirely by teenagers and that it is not very well lit! I understand they have this night glow theme but maybe some more lighting could fix this. The playground area is entirely too dark and when my toddler goes in he gets freaked out and I cant see him at all. I also wish they had some sort of extra security at the doors for parents with small children. For instance, where the kids cant leave the building without matching the wristbands of their parents especially if they are going to keep it so dark inside.
