Great kids place, but we grownups like it for the mini-golf. Wish they still had the Boiler Room restaurant. Loved the ambience of sitting in the train car, which they did keep.

Wow, just wow! This place is amazing. Kids and parents alike can have a blast, and its not overpriced at all. We will for sure come back! Indoor golf! Laser tag! Go carts! Jump zone! Whew! Im beat just writing about it!

Covid-19 killed the experience... No arcade games and very limited things to do. But the kids had a blast on the trampolines nonetheless.

Kind of disappointing. Multiple machines where broken and we had to get employees on three occasions to put tickets in machines that where out.Not a bad price though we payed $25 and got an extra $10 free for the arcade. We didnt try the trampoline/bounce area, mini golf, or go carts so it does have options (though they do cost more). It just seemed to need some TLC on the actual arcade games.

We love this place!!! It is a hidden gem! Great place for adults and kids. I think the prices are good. You go to a bigger town and the prices are much higher.

The staff is amazing here, they go above what anyone would assume is expected. Our family is a big one and most people get nasty when they see us coming. But they made each one of our kids feel like they were the only person in the whole place. The prices are great we feed our group of 10 dinners for $65.00. The refill cup is $3.00 and its all they can drink. Activities are the same way we were there for about 10 hours and we got the gamer pass $40.00 unlimited all most everything. The kids had a blast, my littlest one said it was the best day ever.

Great place for family fun and didnt have to spend a fortune. Make sure to stop by Jack the Dipper for ice cream on a fresh, made right in front of you waffle cone! So good!

Great place to take your kids or grandkids. Our granddaughter especially enjoyed the trampolines and the arcade. There’s something for everyone to do right on down to the smaller kids.The staff is super friendly and helpful. A great place to spend your day!

It’s the best place to go

You have to visit Jack the Dipper if you go to the Factory. The Fun Factory is also pretty cool. I remember going when I was younger and I made so many good memories. 10/10. I would recommend taking your kids there for a day trip!

The best place to go, especially if the weather is questionable on vacation. Dont stay cooped up in a cabin or hotel room with kids bouncing off the walls. Go to The Factory! They seriously have it going on their. Laser tag, putt putt golf, bumper cars, extreme bouncing arcade games, pizza cafe...etc.

This is a fun place for kids and young adults if you have a group for laser tag or the bounce area.. But be aware that they are pretty pricey. The arcades were typical as were the prices. The mini golf course was large but there was not a lot of light, which was just a tad sketchy!

Came in today because we loved the pizza buffet. Now it has changed my grandson got a cheese burger and it was hard as a rock. I had a grilled chicken it was really small but tasted okay for what we spent it sucked. Most likely wont be back

Really awesome entertainment facility. We played the Putt-Putt miniature golf and games and ate pizza all for under 40 bucks. my kids enjoyed it and anytime Im in Franklin we will definitely be back.

Great place for my 11 year old granddaughter to play. Lots of different things to do such as bounce area, bumper cars, go carts and games to play earning tickets to redeem for prizes.

Definitely not like it used to be yet too much like it used to be in some ways. Pizza buffet was cool but gone, Boiler Room gone, many of the same old games etc. Plus its VA shame there are so many kids gambling games as I call them. Where u put the coin in and hope to win like glorified slot machines. Chuck E Cheeses is full of them now. Its like we are training them early to waste $.

Always a fun time for the kids. The jump factory is fun for kids and adults alike. Both kids loved the kiddie area, but they have outgrown that. It is a cheap flat fee with unlimited play time. There are some games that we just keep going back to and some that dont look like theyre ever used (bumper cars, some of the smaller kiddie games). When nothing else to do, go to The Factory!

The family and I spent 6.5 hours here today and we really had a lot of fun. From Lazer tag to jumping on trampolines to putt putt to go carts to video games to a pizza buffet we had a ton of fun.

The Boiler Room is gone, it was a nice place for adults to wait for theyre children but still be able to watch them. No grown up foods anymore. Most of the same games there from over 14 years ago when I took my son there. Yes some changes but not much. Good place if you want to take your kid with $100 each kid. Between games food drinks so not worth it.

If you are a child between 3 and 12 this place can be fun with lots of activities and games. Any older though and the novelty will wear off quickly. The staff are generally teenagers who obviously wish to be elsewhere. A quarter of the arcade machines were broken or out of order. If you want to ride the go-karts you will have to wait as they do not run them until enough people are in line. The golf course is indoors which is nice on a hot day but the course is not long. We are from out of state and were treated fine.

Such a fun place for the kids to play around for hours. I love that they have the indoor play area. That alone was enough to keep my little ones busy for hours.

This place is awesome! They have so many fun things to do here. Theres a trampoline park, arcade, go carts, mini golf and a restaurant. Its a great place to have birthday parties or just a family outing.

Wow! Such a big establishment!Definitely exceeded my expectations regarding all the options of gaming and other fun for kids as well as adults! My daughter loved the jumping area with trampolines and big foam pits. The arcade games varied in prices and not all of them sput out tickets after playing them. Definetly be prepared to come with nice chunk of money. You will have fun but you will pay for it! Also not impressed with food options. My daughters friend held her birthday party at a Party Room which was nice and spacious.

We enjoy taking our 5 yr old granddaughter to the Factory. We have a blast on the bumper cars, merry-go-round, and the blow up slide. (Slide is for the kids!) Theres a jump factory (that Ive not tried) but it sure looks like those jumping on it are having a blast! Theres also the pizza factory where they serve more than pizza! And Main Street Coffee And Yogurt is there now! Yummy coffees, frozen yogurt, and some of the best baked goods by Carolina Cake Company. And in better weather theres go-carts outside. Laser tag and indoor mini golf. A fun place to play and eat for the entire family!

Awesome experience for families. Large comfortable seating for parents with full view of their kiddos and staff is very attentive to kids safety. They are strict about time if you pay for 30 min they will ask you to step off the floor and purchase more time if you want to continue jumping. Works wonderful for our young kids who are reluctant to leave. Overall our favorite fam outing.

This place was amazing! All of my kids (ages 13, 9, and my 6 year old who’s autistic) loved it! It’s difficult to find a place that all my kids like, but this place was perfect! Prices are great, staff is so friendly, and the little coffee place they have in there is wonderful! Can’t wait to go again!

It was very expensive. But maybe thats because their what call quality looked nice when the machines could have been sat for a lower cost. To me quality is better customer service.

Pretty good for the area. Ultimately they need a few changes. They have games from the 80s that theyre charging $0.50 for when they should be no more than a quarter. The service is okay they have a lot of high schoolers working there I dont think Ive ever seen a manager. They dont have a yearly plan if you want to go regularly so every time you go for a family of four youre looking to drop between 50 to $100. They do a good job of keeping it clean and nice. They could also stand to gain a few more modern games considering the prices they charge for the games. They have Halo and and Ninja Turtles as their most recent games. Skeptical to give him four stars but feel like three is not enough ultimately feels like 3 and 1/2 Stars.

A fun place for all ages. They have bumper cars, go carts, laser tag, arcade games, and a jump space. Most of the employees are friendly and helpful. It can get a little pricey depending on what package you get. I would not recommend you eat here. The pizza isnt worth the price and you can easily go get something to eat close by and then go back.

The go carts finally worked and when they do they are the best thing there, if first time going would recommend.

Fair prices; the main damper in our visit was the teen staff in the jump area. They constantly yell, One person per trampoline! even when kids are just running from one to another- sucking a lot of fun out of the small area. Otherwise, the attractions were fun.

My son had a lot of fun and he was able to get a bunch of prizes with only 545 points. The only thing is i thought the playground looked a bit dingy and dirty. Will definitely be back.

Lots of arcade game options. Updating with newer VR options. The pizza is why we went there. Price was good even for the GF ones. Drink prices were pretty high. Pizza had too much oil and center was soggy. Liked it at first, but later regretted eating it.

Used a Groupon deal to go. Found it to he a little pricey if we didnt. However, the staff was great, the place was a ton of fun. Spent a few hours there that went by quickly. Wish the pass that we bought included ticket games. We really enjoy skeeball but we had to purchase a separate pass to play that and other ticket games. Not a big deal. Great overall experience.

What a great place to take the kids! Lots of stuff to do, Lazer tag, jumping area, bumper cars, go carts, Indoor golf, video games and play station with slides and balls. The food port had great food with a 100 present food rating, clean restrooms. What a place to spend a rainy day.

They have everything! (and something for all ages). My mom and my 3 siblings went (I was 21 and they were 19, 14, & 8) and we all had fun being there. Very versatile place with an efficient layout. Look for awesome Groupons too! :)

I took my 5 year old grandson to the Fun Factory and he had a wonderful time. The Factory has great things for kids of all ages. There is a restaurant with a selection of food and drinks as well as party rooms for Birthdays and other events. Out doors is a motor car raceway that older kids love. The Factory is a great place for fun.

Its a lot different than walking into an arcade in Orlando FL. Simply because noise levels are insanely different. In Arcades you can actually hear the games you play because everything is built properly to maintain the sound projections. At the Factory everything is open range so noise travels. The Jump factory is a lot of fun if youve never tried it before and can be a really good experience. Theres a few food selections here as well. Prices are actually higher here than Alladins Palace in FL. but overall is a good stop for the kids if youre passing through the area.

A really fun place to go for a couple of hours on a rainy day with the kids. My husband had as much fun as they do. There is go- carts and indoor minnie golf, as well as a trampoline jump park.

I went into this place last week with my kids on Easter weekend hoping to have fun with my children and my card was debited amount and I had proven evidence on this on my phone and the person refuse to give me my refund. And then when I called my bank and got it confirms that that money has left my account and walk back over to the service desk its like I felt like I didnt mean anything I love the Fun Factory until this night but they need to get more older intelligent people working that will solve problems for people especially when theyre on a budget with children I dont think Ill ever return to the Fun Factory they dont even have the pizza.

Needs to stay open later on a Friday and Saturday night. We also found several of the machines to be broken. The workers in the trampoline area are on a major power trip. Blew the whistle at my child for throwing a foam square!

We take an extended weekend trip to the mountains every year and our son always enjoys visiting The Factory. They have a good variety of family fun. You can play gamevideo games, put out, laser tag, trampoline park and even eat pizza.

Its very likely the only indoor fun to be had in Franklin, NC. Even if it wasnt the only one, it would still receive a great review from me. I would give it five stars except for a couple of items. They need to keep up with the maintenance of their arcade games better, getting rid of the Boiler Room steak house and replacing it with a pizza and hot dog joint was ver disturbing discovery, and lastly if they would sweep the place it would be little be nicer. Other than those items i will be going back and i will be bringing my nephews again too.
