So much fun, staff was great (opened by bumper cars which my son really wanted), definitely going back!

The only thing that was good about this place was the pizza. I recently had a party for my 11 Year old 3/17/2018 it was absolutely horrible. Her and the kids was bored out they mind. This place is suitable for little kids dont waste your money. The bowling alley has two small lanes with small balls that weigh no more two pound. They say they have laser tag but its just laser bouncing off the walls its not the kind when you wear vest and shoot each other. The bumper cars area is so small and you literally cant do nothing but spin in a circle. The arcade games are so boring and I payed for kids to have unlimited access to everything and they put a limit to how long you can stay on one game. Now the employees are so unprofessional and they seem like they want to be there. They are not friendly with kids and seem to have attitudes. My party host was horrible and so rude she literally told us her name and didnt say nothing else to us the whole time we was there. We had to do everything ourselves as far as servings the kids, but wait thats not it we was out the room playing games and came I came back and caught a random employee in my party room taking pieces of my cake for him and his co workers without my permission. Im warning yall dont waste your money here if you want a real fun center that dont have unprofessional employees and really have games stick to the one in Hendersonville

Recently we had a birthday party for our 7 year old Son at Goofballs family fun center this summer. He and his friends really loved it. Also, parents of all kids enjoyed a lot. While the older one gets to play all around the play area is great for little ones as well. My son specially liked bumper cars.Customer service is very friendly and great.

Awesome. Martha did an outstanding job accomodating our needs. Denise, who hosted our party was the best. Every one that came to the party said that she did really good.Pizza was good and kids enjoyed and did even realize 2hrs was gone so quickly and they wanted to stay longer.Good overall experience.

My son finally received his wish to go to Goofballs! We threw his seventh birthday party there and everyone had a great time. It was so nice to have a party representative handle everything so that I could relax and take all of the pictures I wanted - ha! We will definitely return and recommend it to others! Additionally, when I was looking into it and called Goofballs to book the party, the man I spoke to was so pleasant and helpful. I always have a lot of questions and he was very patient! Thanks, Goofballs, for a great time and great memories!

Do NOT go here. The manager told us when we walked in if I put &15.00 on a card for each of my 3 kids then attractions would be unlimited but they werent. The first attraction the girl said each card has 1 free credit for every attraction but charged for them anyway. (said she was scanning card so they knew we used the one time). We went to play some arcade games and there was no money on their cards. They then went to say it was $15.00 for just whatever we wanted to do. Wow what a scam and disappointment. On top of it the manager was kind of rude because two of my kids wore sandals and said I should of brought socks to a play place. so I had to purchase socks for the bounce obstacle and shooter ball area. No bare feet accepted. Very small place and not worth it.Two of my kids were wearing sandals so had to buy socks

A variety of options for kids ages 2 - 16 to enjoy.This facility has bowling, laser tag, video games, an inflated obstacle course, large bumper cars, a lounge for adults to sit/relax, and a full food area. The food area sells various foods from pizza to wings and salad.This is a great fun spot and they allow parties too.

So sad to find out this place closed. I hope you guys reopen one day.

This place just sucks. Not many games at all for small kids. Woman tells me that I get two free rides on the bumper cars and they were not even running. Dont waste your time or money.

We had party here in last week of June2016. Goof balls is the best party place and all kids enjoyed a lot.Customer Service is excellent. We would definitely revisit for future party needs.

Ive been here several times and absolutely LoVe the girl employees there.Only reason for 1* is the manager there who is really RUDE and MEAN..when my 4 year old took an extra minute to pick her ticket win...he got all grumpy and puffed up. Next time he got rude about telling socks policy..next time he got smart about deal that they advertise but he wont honor and I can go on n on n on...;)I only come bcos my 4 year old enjoys there OTHERWISE I can care less about such attitude and service but I wont let this jerk spoil Her day ;)

As soon as we walked in the staff was very rude, even after I bluntly pointed it out they continued with their attitude. The manager did discount a $5 admission fee because of that though. The play areas overall werent too exciting and my sons did the bumper cars 1 time and the obstacle course a few times and then played the small amount of arcade style games for about an hour.

The staff was very friendly, the facilities were very clean and my 8 year old and two 3 year olds loved it. Were on a budget and we were able to get 4 hours of play (which is all my kids could handle before naptime) and a pizza for $15. Admission was $5 for 4 and up and free for ages 0-3 and adults. The pizza was $10 on special. We had a really good experience, especially since its winter and the parks arent a good option to play.There was free play with admission for: the Jungle Room where there were slides and airsoft-type mounted cannons that wouldnt hurt a fly but the kids loved shooting at each other, the playground area in the middle and the pumped up obstacle course. The tables were in the center of the action with clean restrooms and the pizza was good. No outside food/drinks. We didnt partake, but there were also lots of arcade games, bumper cars, mini bowling and a lazer room for the bigger kids. Overall a fun and enjoyable experience and locally owned!

Man at the front desk is rude. Place is not very clean. Otherwise great place for kids to play.

Just a so-so place. The manager and employees seemed bored and indifferent. The place was clean, but my 11 year old was almost as bored here a my wife and I were. We let him use up the money we put on his card, then we left. Probably will not return.
