Best trampoline park around with great prices.

We have had a membership with urban air for two months now. It is extremely affordable, clean and wonderful hours for younger children. The morning toddler time is so nice. The staff is awesome!!

Literally the employee Jordan needs a raise and a management position.I was super frazzled babysitting three kids and didn’t realize I have to purchase the tickets online before hand.She was so darn patient and nice and helped me find the best tickets for me and all the kids.Amazing!

Very nice place to take the kids to get out of the house for a few hours. The whole place has been redone totally different than when it was jump street. They have numerous large TVs at the lunch area so guys can watch the game while the wives and kids are having their fun. Staff will change channel to whatever you want to watch. That within itself gets 5 stars.

Be prepared to lur your child out with ice cream because this place is like drugs for kids... Seriously. I have never seen my son so stimulated and obsessed in his life! I also made some cool mom friends which was a plus. Bottom line, prices are good, the facility is super clean, the staff is pleasant, and the owner is very nice (oh, they serve beer too! nice surprise because I was walking around wearing my infant for hours) My husband and I are already talking about coming back here with our 4yo. We had such a great experience last night. I took my youth group kids, and they all loved how clean and safe and everything was. We loved working with them, and we look forward to doing it again!

Wow! We were so excited to see Urban Air Cool Springs open. We took our 8-14 yr old nieces and 6 yr old nephew. They had a blast. Logan at the front desk was so lovely. She explained the pricing for the day and told us the best deal: if we were going to visit more we should consider buying the platinum pass. Definitely a better deal! The food was great and the park was awesome. We stayed for 5 hours. The Sky Rider, the Warrior Course and Virtual Reality were their favorites. The best place to play for anyone!

We had a family day here yesterday and was amazed at all the things this place had to offer. It was honestly pretty cool. Saying this I was less than impressed with the staff, excluding the manager we spoke with and helped us later on. I understand this place is relatively new, but between a staff who doesnt know how to run the front desk, swears in front of my girls to the point that they were uncomfortable, and cuts in front of kids to take turns on the zip line; I couldnt help but be disappointed. Im really hoping this is just a business that is new and these things will work themselves out on their own as the business develops. Saying this, the food was pretty good and I didnt think it was crazy expensive.

Mason at the Cool Springs location was AWESOME. He personally helped me get my online account up and running and also helped me find my kids as they were running wild all over the place. He made my experience so much better and I’m so thankful they have awesome employees like Mason! We loved Urban Air and will definitely be back frequently!

My boys had a blast at Urban Air! My 4 year old and 9 year old were entertained for hours and burned so much energy. I appreciated the various levels of pricing depending on what you want to do . . just pick a package and stay as long as youd like! The parent pass is a great add-on if youd like to join in on the fun too!

Urban Air is an awesome concept. It’s a huge fun play space where your kid can enjoy themselves all day long. I love the stuff that kids can do. Unfortunately the staff is a little too strict. For example, only one kid per trampoline regardless of size. The rule makes sense but imagine have 10-20 kids wanting to jump. It’s a nightmare. Also, they don’t do free refills. It’s a $1 per refill on drinks. It is only a dollar, but that’s a little silly and poor customer service. The tickets are outrageously priced, but worth it for an day event. To not give refills is a terrible customer experience. I give the place 2 stars because it might be fun, but it can become costly, inconvenient and unfortunately a rude experience.

Couldn’t be happier with the new Urban Air! Hosted a birthday party for my son and the service and friendliness of the staff was great! Also, the cleanliness of the park was on point. We have been to several other urban airs and this was one of the largest which doesn’t make it feel like kids are crawling over each other. Great experience!

Love the facility but they open at 4:00 PM weekdays. There are plenty of stay-at-home mothers who would love to enjoy time for their little ones to play without all the big kids running around. Adding a toddler time once a week would be a nice addition.

The kids loved this place. We were there for 3.5 hrs!

Amazing! There was something for all ages! From an amazing indoor playground and oversized legos for the little kids to the zipline for the bigger kids (myself included). We were entertained for hours! The climbing walls are so much fun. Check out their memberships. 100% the best deal in town.

Grandkids live this place. Drinks are pricey, so bring your own.

Lots of fun things to do, and the best part is that you dont have to pay by the hour. Also the prices arent too bad if you get the adult pass.

I waited, waited for food so long, ordered simple cheese, fries, but they never said sorry to me, it took over 1 hour. Never come back. The staff so mean!!Terrible service team
