This was the only place in FW showing Ammonite so we went to check out. Glad we did and will definitely be our go to for Indie films. The screen is a good size and the sound is amazing. They have beer and wine options. Candy, popcorn, sodas, and water also available. Great little theater! Thanks for hosting us!
Not great lighting in parking lot so at night when you leave, use a flashlight! VERY few spots available, so plan on parking in the street. Small place with awesome indie flicks and honestly the root beer float alone is worth the trip. I went in October and was blown away by the awesome customer service. Fresh popcorn just for me and yes, that root beer float was delicious and deserves a second mention. Support this local gem. It IS a gem.
Groupon purchase. Attending a weekday evening movie. Completely dead, only employees cars on a very small parking lot. Glass entry door opened, greeted by two pleasant young ladies. Was asked to return in one hour for the movie. Returned in one hour only to find the doors locked no one answered the door. Same amount of cars in the parking. Highly disappointed! Exchanged my Groupon purchase for a different item.
This place is really great for private screenings! I highly recommend it if you would like a nice (Covid safe) date. Their response to emails were always super fast and friendly.
Did you know you can rent the theater for up to 4 family members for on $50? It is worth the money and peace of mind. Wear mask..
If you love movies you have to check out this theater. It specializes in independent and limited release films that you would otherwise have to drive to Dallas to see, or wait for them to come out on a streaming service. Their selection is great, the venue is intimate and awesome for the types of films they show, all while being unique from any other theater you could visit. The owners and employees LOVE movies and are so friendly to chat with. I highly recommend checking out this theater and supporting a local Fort Worth small business.
I want to love this place! As it is I like it okay. The heart is there, the selection and staff are great... But why does it sound so bad? I predict that this cute little art house will fail if they dont address the pressing need for sound treatment, and that would really be a shame. Having seen two English language films here, I can say that I had to view both films again elsewhere because so much of the dialogue was incomprehensible. I will only see foreign language films there until this is addressed.
I am so glad this place exists! Ive been dying for a Fort Worth art house theater to catch all the smaller releases in lieu of driving to Dallas. Ive watched 3 movies here now and have enjoyed myself every time. The place is clean and comfortable, the staff is friendly and helpful, and I have yet to run into problems with parking. I just use the lot across the street. Go check this place out if you havent and spread the word!
This theater expertly makes patrons feel that theyre apart of something too cool while helping them feel entirely at home. The space is beautifully curated and apportioned, striking the right balance between artsy and approachable. The staff was warm and helpful, from first greeting to exiting goodbyes. We loved getting to chat with the owners and some local filmmakers while there for the opening. Fort Worth has needed this, and were glad to see its in good hands with the Sweeneys.

This place is a gem. never seen nothing like it. stopped by on a saturday afternoon and it was a great venue. felt like i really at a sundance festival limited to only certain people. i love the whole vibe. i love the location. would definitely recommend watching a flick here just for the vibe, i wish the seats had more back support but overall still give it 5 stars for creativity and customer service. i would return again
Such an intentional spot to watch and talk about movies! The staff is great at engaging on whatever youve just seen (or any other movie you may love), the couches are comfortable, and its just such an intimate place to find other movie lovers watching some great films!
Amazing theatre! The owner, Jimmy, cares deeply for film and creating a great experience for every person. I highly recommend having a date night or friends night out at the Grand Berry Theatre
Great set up
Its really great to have an indie film cinema here in fort worth! love the lax atmosphere as well as the great pricing. cannot wait to go back
What a secret treasure. A wonderful small friendly movie theater. We had a bottle of wine and some fresh popped popcorn and a wonderful movie.
I like it. Support your local businesses. I had to fiddle with my seat cushion a lot during my movie to stay comfortable, but Im mutant huge.
Super fun theater playing indie movies. Only complaint is the comfort of the seats after sitting in them for over an hour.
Beautifully well done up and coming art house cinema. Perfect variety of screenings and charming staff. Truly a gem in the community.
Love this small local theater. They show small, limited release films and the staff is very friendly.
Cool local theater, friendly staff
