Ppf threals rap spree I love my kluck
This place was a pigsty. As much as I want to blame the customers, it looks like little to no effort was put into cleaning it up. Sat through a 3 hour movie and it looked worse coming out. The seats are extreamley uncomfortable. It could use a remodel. Only came here because it was the only good tickets we could get for endgame. The employees were really nice however and I appreciated the fact we had an officer there for the lines for Endgame. The theatre also sounds great. But this place is definetly in need of some change.
Since they open back up ... everything very clean, Clorox wipes and hand sanitizer every where... just bring the $1 hot dog’s back !!
The facility is nice and I would have given it four stars if it werent for the seats. I was in theater one and the seats were just horrible. I cant say if the other theaters are as bad. I would definitely avoid theater one.If you are still up for coming here you will find a nice clean concessions area and clean bathrooms. The floor in the theatre was pretty sticky if you are easily grossed out by that kind of thing.
Three things:1. With so many newer theaters with recliners, this theater must catch the vision. The seats are definitely smaller and do not recline plus the space in front of the seats is minimal.2. Without patrons to fill the seats, last nights popcorn could very well be mixed into the bin with fresh popcorn. Not happy with the mix.3. Sticky floors. Surely with vinegar readily available for cheap, the floors could be less sticky. Though a good thing was that the carpeted areas were picked up.... Not clean, but swept regularly and free of popcorn spills.I only went to Lake Worth because it still had a movie the other theaters had removed from their list. I will just wait for the DVD next time.
I do enjoy a theater that is very low key and never too busy. Even when I go watch bigger movies that attract heavy crowds...I always get a good seat! They lines are never too long and the staff is friendly. The picture quality isnt the best and can be a little dark, but is still clear. Volume is good. Food is mediocre, but the popcorn is decent. Drink machines are outstanding. Definitely recommend a watch at this theater.
They are convenient location for me and show the new movies. Environment is homey but not too clean and kids run it. Soda machine often runs out of flavor
The movie theater was dirty, they were still cleaning as the trailers were going just a minute or two before the film started. There was no one to take our tickets so we had no idea what theater it was at. Venue was very small and compact. I got my money back and went to Rave Theater.
I recently came to this theater to watch Bad Boys 3. The seats in this theater are unacceptable! They are styled to stadium seats! They make you feel like your going to go forward, dont recline, no leg space to stretch out & are not made for larger people. I will never go back to this location! AMC TAKE THESE CHAIRS OUT! We pay way too much money on food/tickets to be tolerating uncomfortable chairs through a 2 hour movie!
Good turnout for a Friday night.
CHL signs 30.06 & 30.07 on door like most theaters. Asked about a security guard. The employee knew of him, but he was no where to be found. Not cool and Friday night late also. If I was able to find the guard, I would have sent him up front and reported it. Previews lasted way to long and M&Ms and a drink was nearly $15. The ticket itself was less than $10 at the kiosk (self-service). Overall, not impressed.
Id like to say I got a ticket here and sat down in the theater and I have a bad back and hip, I couldnt take the old seats here and they were super accommodating and nice about it all. Gave me a refund and didnt even question it. I wish the seats were updated because I enjoyed the customer service. Maybe I can come back when they update the seats. Thanks for being so kind about it.
I saw a movie here by myself. It was very depressing. But the theater itself was great. Big screens and quality sound. AMC usually does a great job.
Thought Id go see Terminator late on a Sunday so I could enjoy it in peace. Some guy brought about 7 or 8 little kids who made a ton of noise and ran around theater whole time, not to mention it was totally inappropriate for these kids to be there in the first place at 11pm on a Sunday. Some other teenagers were in there filming it on their phones and talking the whole time. Ill never go back.
Price of the tickets, popcorn and drink wasnt that bad, but the floor was piled with popcorn kernels everywhere, napkins all over the counter at the concessions. Printing out our tickets wasnt to bad, but being unfamiliar to this location, there was no one there to check our tickets, or tell us what theater number our movie was playing in. We didnt really understand the ticket, but eventually figured it out but still unacceptable for not having someone there directing customers where to go. We finally got the chance to sit down, and the seats were so uncomfortable. As soon as you sit down, the chair is almost angled downwards making it feel like you are sliding off the seat, not to mention how cramp the space is from side to side. Lastly, the sound quality wasnt the greatest. The sound quality sounded like there was only speakers working in the front and the rest were turned off. Very weird experience at this theater without a doubt. I most likely wont ever come back, unless they change.
Kiosk makes tickets easy! There is also a website. Comfortable seats and theater. Normal mix of people visit, so you will have typical crowds. Clean, friendly, showing newest movies! We loved it! Of course it is a modern movie theater so prices are high, but typical. However, there are quality restaurants near such as IHOP, Cheddars and On the Border. Great location off Loop 820 near Lake Worth, but convenient from NRH and White Settlement! Built in about 2011, place has been kept very clean, nice!
Visited this theater to watch an 2315 showing of Jumanji (12/18/19). Getting straight to the point, I can’t leave a -7 stars so 1 star will have to work plus will NOT be going back.Upon entering the establishment, the employees were already closing the concessions. I understand that it may have been the last showing of the night but allow the customer to purchase snacks for their showing. After purchasing popcorn and a drink, I headed towards the theater and was surprised to see that it looked as if it haven’t been cleaned since the night before. There was empty cups, popcorn buckets, trash etc. all over the seats and floor. This was my very first time visiting this location and will definitely be the last.I didn’t even sit, I got a full refund for everything including the snacks. I will never revisit this theater even if the movie was free. The two kids that were working the theater seemed as if they wanted to get off early and it sucks for the establishment because I wasn’t the only customer walking out, there were at least two other groups leaving without seeing the movie.AMC y’all need to get that place in line!
Beautiful theater. Lovely employees. Great job with cleaning and showing the film. We hated the chairs. Moved a few times. Felt like we were going to slide to the floor the whole time. Made my knee hurt terribly. My knee is normally ok. Something is WRONG with the design.
The theater was so/so. I liked the reclining seats and the sound and video quality was good but most theaters are excellent now. The low rating comes from the concession stand. It was not yet 10pm and we were watching a 915pm showing when I went to get a drink for my wife who had a cough from allergies and needed to take medicine and wanted a soft drink. After waiting in line behind what turned out to be a female employee getting a drink for herself, the young man who just served her told me they were closed already and there was nothing he could do. I asked if I could get a cup for water (my wife was in a wheelchair from a major knee surgery requiring 6 weeks of non weight bearing) anyhoo, he said nope, sorry, come back earlier next time and walked over and actually proceeded to get himself a solt drink. I dont think he was doing it intentionally to be rude. I just think he was so self absorbed that nothing crossed his mind more than he was thirsty. It was still upsetting and thoughtless. Thats a bad work culture. For a service industry like the theater business Id think theyd do better to sell me a couple drinks for $5... but nope so will we be going back? Nope.
Not crowded. Really friendly staff. The arm rests go up and the seats lean back some. I didnt find the seat comfy for the full 2 hours but they werent horrible. The concession stand is reasonably priced compared to most other theaters. I will definitely be going back.
There is now an improved menu with mac and cheese, pizza, sliders, large pretzels and sweetly flavored popcorn. They still have a bar. There are kiosks to purchase tickets. They also have the new coke machines, but they look and smell old. The theater hallway smelled like cat pee to me. Just really gross. They need a deep cleaning.
Experience is good. Much movie variety. Concession needs more variety. Seats were uncomfortable, when person to my left or right moved, the whole bench moved, also the seats tilt even if you do not want to tilt.
These are the worst seats in a theater. You have to force yourself to lean back and stay in that position or you will fall forward. And they are very narrow seats. Every other theater has nice wide seats and most of them have the recliner style today. Desperate need of an upgrade.
Very comfy/ nice amenities/ anything you could want to eat or drink including something for the adults too. If I could give 6 stars I would!
The facility it self is good but the seats... Are HORRIBLE. There has to be a way to update the seats to the recliners with heated seats like the other locations. Half the time they are broken and there is not enough leg room or body room. It’s a shame actually.
Good movie theater. Quick. Expedient ticket process. Requires reserved seating which I have not learned to appreciate yet.
This is my go-to movie theater. The foyer is spacious and well decorated. The employees are always excited to help. And this theater is very clean. The auditoriums themselves are extremely nice and theres plenty of seats. The temperature is comfortable which is always a plus. I love this place and I will definitely go back.
The Movie HIT 2 CLOSE 2 HOMEINVISABLE MAN BUT THE PLACE WAS REALLY CLEAN,NICE EMPLOYEEsAND THEIR MOONLIGHT PD WAS VERY NICE
Extremely busy, not enough employees to deal with the crowds. They ran out of butter for the popcorn and the area was really dirty. The floors were so slippery and no one was keeping up on them.We were able to just walk right through without anyone checking our tickets. The girl that was suppose to be was too busy chatting with a coworker. The theater seats were uncomfortable and the kids couldnt push them back to be able to watch the movie comfortably.
Decent ticket price. Dirty bathrooms. Cramped seating on busy nights. Also, like everywhere else, the food is a bit overpriced.
This place is horrible. The seats are the most uncomfortable Ive ever sat on. The seats make noises and The place is dirty( as you can see on the picture). We were stubs members a long time ago( before they had assigned seats and back when their hotdogs were one dollar) we stoped going because we noticed how it was going downhill. If you just want to seat on an uncomfortable noisy chair, in a dirty environment and dont care about customer service, go ahead and give it a try. A plus about this place is that you have free refills on drinks and if you are a stubs member with a large popcorn you get free refills on it. But hurry and get the refill bc if you go to a later showing, the concession stand will be closed before you even need a refill.
Comfortable environment and staff was fairly courteous. Theater was clean. Concessions are more on the pricier side than Im used to. 5 drinks and 2 popcorns shouldnt cost $40. Give me a break with that b.s.
Theater was decent for my first time there. To every aspect of the theater from the self-serve butter stand to the self-serve soda and Slurpee machines, if they are not monitored tends to run out of ice and flavors for drinks wanted. Seating was decent and screen was just as good. We enjoyed our movie and left satisfied.
Covid-19 aside, popcorn with stale
Great movie theater and delicious concessions. If you like drinks with your movie this is the place to be.
The convenience and price were excellent. Just wish the seats were a little more comfortable.
If I could give it a 0 I would.About 30 minutes into this and we still haven’t seen it .The previews started about 10 minutes late and the movie 30 minutes late. Supposed to start at 3 and about 3:30 and nothing, just blank screen after the previews for like 10 minutes so we got up and left.We were sitting alone in a movie theater in secret life of pets for 10 minutes of black screen waiting for the movie to start with a theatre full of children and you know how still and quiet kids like to be when there is dead silence. This is the second time this has happened .the first time this happened they had the lights come on in the middle of an avengers movie . Get it together AMC, won’t be back.
This place has its pros and cons. For me and my wife we enjoy this theater because its super affordable and really has everything you need at a theater. It isnt a newer theater by any means and probably does need an update. But for the price you have to expect some give and take with the experience. I will say this in the past this theater has been known for over flowing trash cans and overall just messy. BUT I was there yesterday and it was by far the cleanest I had seen it. So kudos to the staff and management for stepping it up on cleaning up. Overall its good its cheap and the audio video is plenty good enough for me. If you go early enough in the afternoon you can catch 2 movies for about 10$.
Great theater. Inexpensive and clean. The seats were smaller than I expected but it didnt take away from my overall experience.
The concession were good and the employees were friendly. The projection was beautiful but the seats were uncomfortable and noisy. It may have just been the ones we were in but mine sat kind of crooked and any time I moved it made noises that could be heard by those around me. It may be time for some new seating.
The seats are plain uncomfortable; they are leather which is good, however they are too tightly packed (way too close to the stranger next to you) and from the times Ive been there, all seem to lean forward a bit to the point it seems as if youre sliding off. They do have a drink menu so with a couple of drinks you should be okay and for those that dont drink, be prepared for constant movement for comfort while trying to enjoy your movie. This isnt a, bad theater, it just wouldnt be my first choice to go see a movie at.
Save your money and go somewhere else!!... Seats are extra small and very uncomfortable! Also there was an extremely bright exit sign in the theater that was very distracting. Food is very expensive $42 for two large popcorns and four drinks.
Great movies. Good popcorn. Good surroundings
Clean theater and friendly staff. It is difficult to keep from sliding out of your seat. Continuously felt like I was slouching. However, every seat seems to work and offer a. good viewing position.
Seats were uncomfortable. The people that work there were really friendly but theres no sense of hospitality; after asking for sole mozzarella sticks, I opened them up and they didnt even look like mozzarella sticks, the sticks were in suck a bad condition I had to return them and the employee said to me Theyre nor coming out better than that, but I can get you a refund The manager was really nice about it. Other than the food and the seats, some employees would yield obscene words across the hallways in Spanish. For the price youre paying, Id definitely recommend you going Downtown Fort Worh, or Rave Cinema at Ridgemar Mall.
Its clean and nice but the seats are so uncomfortable. It was very bad and hard to sit there.
The seats really werent too bad in theater 2. Picture & sound quality were also pretty good.
THE PLACE WAS AMAZING BUT THE SEAT WERE OK I GUESS
Staff served us stale and old popcorn so we had to get fresh, she had to sort out her till before giving me my change, seats are awful and not much room for people to get pst which is pretty annoying to everyone trying to walk around. And to top it off the coke and other drinks are so watered down you can almost see the coke pouring out of you look closely.
Terrible sound system, I really couldn’t get over how low the volume was. You could hear every movement, popcorn crunch, cough, you name it! The exit signs are sooo bright and distracting. The floor is so dirty it’s sticky, trash all over the floors. Do not waste your $$ and come to this theatre. You’re better off watching a movie at home!
Its a good theater. Theaters are always clean, and the ticket price is almost always good. Concessions are fundamental basic and as usually overpriced but free refills on all beverages so get the cup size that fits your style. I hold the 5th star cause its lacking that extra something that makes it a must go to movie theater. It just happens to be the easiest one to get too.
Very helpful employees! The cashier helped me pick a concessions bundle AND recommended getting some cardboard containers that were down by the butter to help portion out my large popcorn amongst my husband, myself, and four children. Lost a star due to the uncomfortable chairs. It was almost as if the chair could not hold my weight which put strain on my legs for the duration of the movie.
The last two times I have been here they do not turn the lights off for the movie. So frustrating. Somebody from the audience has to go tell them to turn them off. The bathrooms were filthy. The food and drinks were good! Temperature of the theater was great!
You pick out your seats only to be squeezed in with no reclining chairs. Horrible seating. I couldnt even finish my movie cause my legs were cramped and back started hurting. Will NEVER be back. Cheap prices for a cheap movie theater.
Great its not actually the bad i rate it 5 star tbh
Today I went to go see Annabelle (one of my favorite movies) and I had a horrible experience. When I got there it seemed alright so I went to go get food. I got the nachos and the nachos were cold. Next we went inside the theater looking for the seats we reserved. We reserved the seats at the top center but we saw that they had moved us way lower than what we wanted. We sat down anyways the seats still had popcorn from the last movie and they were so small and uncomfortable. The movie started playing but it was glitchy so they restarted it and that kept on going for a while so we just got up and left. Before we could they tried to bribe us saying if we stayed they would give us a free movie we denied the offer because we didnt want to experience that again. When we went to get our refund the workers kept playing around with each other. Overall it was just horrible.Someone also brought there children(looked younger than 6) to a SCARY MOVIE
Great movie theater price was very good. Highly recommend
Dont like at all the new sitting system. It makes me mad. It makes me think of going to other movie theaters. I spent good money to become an A list member and because of this system I have to sit separate from my family members. Also the new ticket machine take alot to use and buy tickets.
Its been a long time Ive went 1 year ago but its very cool
We used to come to this theater all the time. Recently started venturing out and trying different AMC theaters. This is by-far below par. The seats are uncomfortable, the theaters are not cleaned properly (I supposed that is due to bad management), and dont even get me started on the snack area! And further.... please, for the love of all goodness, leave your CHILDREN at home when coming to see a MOVIE at night!! At 5 or 6 yo, they cannot be expected to sit through a 2 hour movie that is not directed towards them!!!
I would give it zero stars if I could. A 1980s dollar movie has more comfortable seats than this new theater. You cant lean back because they are slippery and angled forward. Just the worst most aggravating experience. But why stop there? To top it off it was filthy. Not like kinda messy from kids. But sticky nasty and popcorn on the floors like peanut hulls from Texas roadhouse.
The movie was great. The midget cop waiting outside like someone was going to shoot up the place was ridiculous. Five foot tall with a bullet proof vest on the outside of his clothes. Ill go somewhere else next time. Also, the seats are so uncomfortable.
The seats in theater 10 are absolutely the most horrible and uncomfortable seats of any AMC Ive ever been in. They tilt forward, so youre essentially falling out of the seat the entire time. I dont know what the seats are like in the other theaters, but its almost not worth the risk. Other than that, the facility seems nice enough.
The movie was fantastic; the theater was very clean. Unfortunately, the seats were very uncomfortable and the staff were not very cheery.
If you dont want to pay full price for movie tickets, this is another hidden gem. Have been to this theater multiple times and will continue to go. We pay no more then $6 to $8 a ticket.
As much as they have updated this theater to make it nice, and theyve done a lot, super disappointed with the seating inside the theaters. Just glad we went to a late showing on a weekday, so there was no one in the theater to jab us with their elbows.
Chairs rock backwards but seat leaned forwards....felt like I was being dumped out of chair the WHOLE movie. Nice place otherwise but my legs still hurt 3 days later from bracing them for 2 hours.
I normally have a good time here but today I purchased a seat I couldnt even sit in. Someone else was sitting in it and wouldnt move. The theater smelled like sweat and dirty laundry. Not a really good experience today.
First off the theater was disgusting, it looked at as though not one employee cared how messy the lobby/concession and restrooms area was. Also when going to give the ticket stub there was no one there to guide us where to go or anything. Also the seats are very uncomfortable. They do not recline so you are pretty much forced to watch the movie sitting straight up the whole time. Would have loved to give this theater a 5 star review but sadly and truly couldnt.
Very nice theater. I wish the chairs were operated electronically instead of manually which is using your legs. Im too short to experience the laid back seat.
I love going to this theatre for that old school theatre feeling. Non reclining stadium seating. If you want to save a few dollers go to this theatre. Good picture and sound. The bathrooms are usally not that well cleaned but it could just be the customers thrashing them.
Place was crowded im a big guy the chairs are to small. The walk ways are also tiny so count on people even kids kicking your seat. The soda machines were out of tons of selections and dispensed half melted ice. Worse experience ever.
Nice theatre with a ton of parking. The matinee shows are like $6 bucks so its not to bad of a price. They always have cops in the parking lot doing patrols.
Love going and seeing movies! to bad i can’t go often because it’s expensive!
Great picture and sound, really really uncomfortable seats. Im 61 and my knees touched the back of the seats in front of me. The bottom of the seat sagged pretty bad. Otherwise theyre labelled better than most theaters so finding your seat is super easy. Very clean, quick staff, and good concessions.
In the past 6 months this place has went downhill. Theyve made a lot of upgrades but their service has went way down. The last 6+ times Ive been, it just stinks of burnt popcorn. The popcorn always tastes bad. I think its time to find somewhere else to go until hopefully they get better service again.
Seats are uncomfortable, but hey, what more can you ask for. Its affordable for a family of 5, self serving drink area.
We had a very bad experience. The seats that we had were broken. The popcorn was stale. The soda machines were dirty and out of the syrup. The people that was behind us were loud and kept kicking the back of our seats. I would not recommend this theater at all.
As far as theaters go in todays market, this one is dated. Its the traditional stadium seating with the old school seats that dont recline and arent super comfortable. Im sure the premium viewing experiences have better seats. All in all, Ive simply become spoiled from other theaters. If it was 2002 this place would be 5 stars.
You really cant beat the price of going to this movie theater. The seats lean back but do not recline, but when youre watching the screen this isnt much of an issue. It is the cheapest including the food. I definitely suggest going here if you are on a budget.
The theaters movie ticket prices were noticeably less than other nearby theater choices, even for a recently released Star Wars movie. Icee and soda dispensers are easily accessible for free refills.
The seats in theater 8 were super low to the ground and uncomfortable. I expected better from AMC. It was my first time there and I wont be back.
Great movie and sound. VERY uncomfortable seats. Now my back really hurts!
Decent theater with good prices. Its updated, but still feels run down. Staff is friendly, but theyre usually understaffed. Its just....ok.
I love AMC but this location needs some maintenance in general.
I have always came to this theater and I love it. Its affordable and shows movies for a long time. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is because of the concession line and the cleanliness of the lobby. Everything else is great!
Everything was overall good but the chairs i feel could be bigger.
Nice clean theater with good movie options. Friendly staff.
I love my theater, (I say this because its affordable and close) however I have 1 major problem. The SEATING!!! I feel like Im falling forward the whole time and after an hour I just want to sit on the floor! Get new SEATS and i think this place would be great!! I wonder if they even read these?
Something wrong with their soda machines. All beverages taste like carbonated water. Several customers were complaining.I watched Annabelle. Movie was great. Movie theater was a gross disaster.
I would give AMC itself minus stars if possible. Weve put up with their constant changes for years. It wasnt enough to be a Stubs member then you had to pay to continue with benefits you had enjoyed. Then again its Stubs premier or Stubs Insider. Yes you have some benefits as a lower class member but....And this particular location management is at its worst the last six months. Only one person working the front counter with 3-4 sweeping the hallway. Rather it be afternoon evening or midnight. Was told just last week when I asked about the 2019 buckets that they would continue to honor the one I had no problems.Today was told only the Classic locations honors the bucket. NOT GOING 23 MILES!!Just lost a loyal 5 year customer.
Getting tickets off of Groupon was extremely easy...popcorn wasnt very good, no dr.pepper or pepsi, chairs were uncomfortable and every single time i have been to this location people are not friendly and its extremely dirty...almost nasty dirty
I would like to say my knees aren’t bad, but if you do have bad knees you better be ready.Who ever manufactured those seats seriouslygo get a refundHorrible horrible horrible seats, spirit airlines has better seats no doubt.
Love that you can get your own soda refills at this theater.
The theater seats are smaller and closer together than airplane seats. One of our seats was also broken. All in all, very uncomfortable to sit through the movie. Also, bathrooms were filthy.
