We took our 2 year old grandson for toddler time. My 25 year old niece also went with us and she was able to play with the 2 year old. They had a blast and totally enjoyed watching them. It was clean and there was plenty of supervision (even though it wasnt very busy). We will go again next time my grandson is in town.
My grand kids love it and so do I. They get to run around and have a great time. The staff are all nice and helpful. We go 2-3 times a month. Love it.
Fun, clean place for kids, and families, birthday parties. Several different activities. Great way to get some good exercise. Safety features, and a watchful staff. Kinda on the pricey side, but an overall good experience
This is my 10 year olds favorite place to go! We have had two birthdays here over the years and numerous play dates. It’s never too crowded, rules are enforced which indicates they care about the safety of their customers and the areas are always clean. I even enjoy jumping here with my kid!
My kids love it here! The staff is always helpful and friendly. Great place to chill and watch kids play and burn off energy..lol
I take my 3 boys there (one is 8, one is 12 and one is my service dog Thumper). They love it and makes me happy to see how much fun they are having. The staff is really friendly and helpful. Thumper says the only change he would suggest is a sign saying No Leashes Allowed.
Fun clean environment. The kids really enjoy spending time here. Great place for Birthday parties and they love the dodgeball!
THIS PLACE IS CLOSED INDEFINITELY closest one is on Bryant Irvin Blvd off I20
My son always has a great time. Its also good physical activity. @flightdecktrampolinepark
Great work out for both my children and myself! My babies love going to flight deck.
Love the atmosphere. The music sometimes can be a bit off. I do love the safety that they have put in place
Great place! Great for all ages i have 3 boys and its our family favorite! Great staff!
My son literally can’t get enough of Flight Deck, he asks to go 2-3 times a week! We will be having his birthday party here this year.
Ive enjoyed every time we come here. I enjoy how the employees tend to play around with the kiddos as well
Anyone who goes to this place ! Is guaranteed to have a good time and leave absolutely exhausted.
My son loves to jump here and has so much fun every time we go!
This place used to be so fun! Dont waste your money here. New Management and now over-priced play time!! Its 15/ hour and you are not allowed to bring water in for your kids anymore! They parents now have to pay to use the trampolines, even if they are with a 1-year-old. You cant even sit on a trampoline with your toddlers anymore! Yet it is ok for the older kids in Doge Ball room to throw balls at the younger kids faces.I wasnt even allowed to jump with my two-year-old! For that price you could go elsewhere and spend hours. Me and other moms will not be returning here.
Great for kids but they have very poor speaker placement. Huge loud speaker directly over the small kids section. Its 20 something club loud. Theres also a high speed fan next to the speaker making watching your kids a loud and cold affair. Im a 220 pound male wearing a jacket.... Not small and thin.
We had a great time here was all our first times and left tired and happy
My kids love this place, thanks for providing and safe fun place for kids to go crazy!
The workers were being unprofessional. They were talking to each other instead of helping us get started. We waited for about 10 mins just to get started and we had to wait another 7 mins for the dessert that WE brought that they had in the back because, again, they were talking to each other. Completely unprofessional and rude.
Great friendly environment. This is my 7 year olds favorite place.
My kids love this place. great place to have fun with the kiddos
It was fun but only a little bit to do. Im pretty much satisfied
It’s a great time for the kids! The facility is great and a great energetic place!
So much fun! My kids love it here.
My daughters favorite place to go for fun! @flightdecktrampolinepark
Ok I love the place very much but thing where you jump on the air bag is not safe my brother almost got killed he jumped and got buried under the deck and the lady that was there seen what happened and just watched I ran over there to help he was ok but if I wasnt there he would of died and they need more things to to-do a upgrade but everything else was fine I loved the place. I would come but if I had more money but Im broke
A great place to have your kids wear out their energy. Awesome music and their party coordination is nicely organized
My children are 5 and 2.5 so we bring them here as it’s a little less overwhelming than Urban Air. It’s a simple trampoline park without the bells and whistles. It has 2 basketball nets, 2 dodgeball areas and an air bag.
My girls love jumping here. @flightdecktrampolinepark
Called to get information, and the person acted like they couldn’t hear me, and hung up. So I tried back and I heard the same person pick up and immediately hang up on me again. Called the competitor in cityview which is much farther, but received plenty of information. We will be going to the other place.
Its very fun and I can do flips in it:D
Love this place! Kids have so much fun!
It’s always clean and my kids always have fun!
I went here hoping to have fun with my daughter and mother. My mom has health issues and needs a drink with medicine in it. They refused to let my mom in with her medicine because of the rules. How stupid do you have to be to not allow an old woman in with medicine. 1 star for being a place that doesnt care about real humans.
We went all years..we love this place
Great experience! A little different from the parks weve visited previously, in the fact that there are no long trampolines. Therefore, you cant do tumbles just jump from square to square. They do have dunk trampolines and a air pit. Also, majority of the park is toddler friendly so that was a huge plus for my 2 yr old.
Staff is friendly & helpful. Location clean. The jump park is fun for our 4 & 6 year Olds & for grandma too!
Used to be a regular weekend spot that I loved to take my daughter. They made some changes recently where now you can either jump barefoot (super sanitary) or spend an extra five bucks on their special socks (learning something from airlines on creating incremental ways to generate revenue/fleece customers). Place wasn’t as busy as I remember when we visited recently after these changes were put in place. Staff is helpful and kind to kids though. And we got a new pair of socks I guess....
I won’t come back here. Staff interrupts play time by whistling at kids and telling me I can’t sit on the ground near where my kids are jumping. Also weird that they will take your dirty used socks in return for one of their flight deck socks. Disgusting. I’ll be going to urban air for the same price and won’t feel harassed by staff. This place is a rip off. You need to update your facility or charge less. Just saying.
I came here with my roommate from college, and boy oh boy did we have some fun. We were probably the oldest ones there, but it was hilarious. I think this would be a great place to bring the kiddos, but dont be afraid to go have some fun yourself!!
This was my first visit to a trampoline park. The staff were friendly, and I enjoyed jumping in the grid. However, I got the impression that this place may not be great for young adults. I was the only person seriously jumping that appeared older than a middle schooler. Perhaps the time of day or year played a factor. I would consider visiting this place again.
The kids loved this place.... what else is there to say? Its cheap fun....
Tons of fun! Highly recommend.
Great for the kids to burn energy. However, during toddler time theres only 2 people on staff, so the line to pay to get in and the line for snacks is the same. Took us 10 minutes to pay for our snack since youre not allowed your own snacks. NOT great for parents juggling one hungry toddler and an infant... Most likely will NOT return.
My 3 kids 11,6,4 love this place.
Fun place for the kids. If they would only get the small medium an large cups for their soft serve yogurt. An stop ripping the ppl off with only the LARGE ONES! That cost a fortune at check out:(
Never going back. Used to love this place...but it has changed. First of all, it is 15$ to jump for an hour including the new mandated socks. My two year old was the same price. Most other parks give 3 and under for free. We have gone to other parks that are so much cheaper even though they have so much more to offer (Such as an obstacle course and balance beams with foam pits, and just generally much bigger.) Also, the socks are more expensive here than other places. Its just doesnt add up. There is no reason for such a huge price increase. They did not add any amenities that could justify this either. The place was empty too...not like it used to be. There was one worker attendant who seemed super stressed and would blow the whistle even when a 3 year old would fall on the trampoline and just lay there for maybe 5 seconds. All the parents seemed stressed because of this. Instead of getting to relax and let our kids play, we were all consumed with making sure our kids werent getting in trouble with attendant. Her face was also super stressed. All of the workers seemed unhappy working there. Maybe its the new management....Oh, dont even get me started on the water issue. They didnt even allow sippy cups with water to be out. They said that we would have to take them to the water fountain to get water or buy their water. I asked them, what if the toddler is too small to reach the fountain and doesnt know how to drink? What about my other three small kids? I cant watch my other little ones if i keep having to take the others over the fountain to get water? Also, I cant send my 4 year old alone and leave the toddler on the trampolines? I asked the man who worked there some of these questions and he just shrugged his shoulders and said i just have enforced the rules. Have they even thought about some of these practical questions????? I would really like to hear a response to this....
Clean and friendly. My kids love it here
My son and I love this place. The toddler tumble is a great price and perfect for the younger ones to not get trampled by the older kids. I used to come here once a week when I wasnt in school and during summer break. I love that I get to jump free too. My kid loves it so much they even used a video I took of him there as a promo for toddler tumble on their website. I can not speak for the other jump times, just the toddler tumble. I would recommend this for the little ones!!
I only gave it a one star because I had to in order to write a review. I have been coming to this place at this exact location for as long as I can remember. I am a mother of two and brought my kids to jump on my day off. As I walked in, there was a young girl at the front who seemed overwhelmed with something. She was on the phone and suddenly got off and ran up to the deck after some customers who just checked in and when she came back she told me to hold until she answers a call. As she got off the phone, she told me I could not carry a bottle of water inside on premises and when I asked if I was able to leave it at the front (unopened) she said no and the manager came out saying its written all over the place and that it is a new policy and if I had a problem with that I should leave. As per their policy, I handed them the water to throw it away and the manager said they do not throw away anything and pointed at the trash can where I can dispose of it. No issue at all, I gave it to my seven year old son and he threw it away in the trash. Paid $30 to get in. And FYI, you may bring water up to the jumping area only if you purchase it from this place as well as ice cream and snacks just not anything you bring with you because of course, the place is always empty what other way to make money than to push customers away even more with this non sense. I always buy more drinks and ice creams for the kids anyway while they jump. Furthermore, as my kids are jumping I take off my shoes to watch over my one year old because she just started walking and a worker comes right to me and tells me I cannot get inside on the deck which is fine. I get out and then he approaches me again saying I need to put my shoes back on to even stand around the area and watch the kids (you must pay for yourself to stand around and watch over your child otherwise you cannot step a foot inside even in case of emergencies) for example, my one year old whos totally allowed to be on both jumping areas as I have asked to make sure when I was paying, was knocked down by another older kid inside the square and I went in to pick her up around from the base and the manager who seemed to have held a grudge because of the water thing came right over and obviously did not pay attention to anything but me and came running to tell me I need to leave the place as I had been told not to step inside. So, let me get one thing straight here, I know all these kids working here are really young and would not understand what it means to look after a child but when my one year old falls down, mommy comes to make sure she is okay. I told him what happened and that I was going to leave if I get a refund because this just didnt make any sense to kick someone out for watching over their toddler. However, he said no refunds. I paid for my kids to jump and this is pretty pricey so he could have just been trained better to handle customer concerns more on a professional level but he was not. In fact, he called the police and of course I left but I will never return. I would never recommend this place to any parent out there. This has never happened to me anywhere and I am such an easy going person and let things go but this is absurd so I am writing this review in return to help others because this can easily happen to anyone out there without any disagreement with the staff. I recommend getting the staff to respect and welcome customers instead to kicking them out for stepping on the deck to help their toddler. Such a waste of my money and time.
The place looks very cool. But unfortunately, Crystals son got himself injured, because of his bleeding gums, but anyway the party was great.
My two year old had a great time during the toodler jump session. This was our first time and we will definitely be back! Great place to meet up with other parents and let your kids have fun in a safe controlled environment. Plenty of space for small toodlers to have their own area and the bigger toddlers to play as well. My kid especially enjoyed jumping in the balls.
I like this place cause my son does.. But they stopped doing the toddler time everyday and went to like 1 or 2 days.. What a shame.
Very fun n neat place for kids
Its fun if your deaf. Music so loud my kids ears was bleeding. We payed almost $40 for 1 adult and two kids at and under the age of 2. I had to pay full price for both kids and we did not stay long our heads hurt so bad from the blasting music!!! Waist of money!
Not worth my money or time. Dozen other attractions that you can do with $12 and are 100 times more enjoyable.Although youre obligated to sign to a waiver before you enter the trampoline area, the impose so many rules that take all the fun out this. NEVER ever coming back to this trampoline park.
We have loved this place and have come for weeks, but since summer is out, they do not offer Toddler Tumble. I have to pay ALOT more for the same thing, ridiculous. On top of it the only ones that are here during the normal toddler tumble hours are are toddlers, not a big kid in sight..... we will not be back. Definitely disappointing.
Decent staff with a nice atmosphere for children.
I had a great time here. Took my 3 year old and 2 year old nephew and they loved it!! Affordable as well. And it was super clean. There was like a gym/yoga class going on but i mean it didnt intervene. So all in all good time here.
This place is a Joke. New management and new staff everytime I come in there. This specific group of managers now is horrible. This place hasn’t been the same since Sam, Tyler and Matthew were there. That was a great group and the employees loved working there and it showed! Now everyone looks like they hate life and like I said managers are awful. Also no I will not Email your DM. I’m done with y’all. Here I come altitude
From a mom of 2 toddlers and 2 older kids, way overpriced, will never be back. I cant wait for corporate to send me the same exact response they sent everyone that has the same issues I had about the prices, the water, the socks, etc. Terribly run business with unhappy employees.
Had a fun times there with the kids!
Great place to take your kids. Always fun when its not to crowded.
My sons friend just had a bday party here at flight deck last Saturday and you can tell the kids are having so much fun. the music was great especially when the Dj played the baby shark song the kids just started dancing. great place to throw your kids party
My son and his friends love this place. Staff seems to keep the place clean from what I noticed during my few visits here so thats always a plus. Staff was friendly and seemed to enjoy their jobs. They have a toddler section which is great so our 2 year old has a safe area of his own to play in which from our experience not all of these places have. Overall fun place for kids and even adults if you are looking for something different to do indoors
Great place for kids to have a blast
The boy at the front deck told me the moment I walked in with a sealed bottle water, he stated, he would not help me or every talk to me until I took the water right back to my car immediately. So 6 months pregnant, with a 2 &, 5 year old, I go back to my car to leave the water, which I dont understand when water is free. Meanwhile everyone else is bring backpacks full of actual drinks & food.I came back and gave him my phone number, and he could find my account, I gave him each childs name, he still couldnt find any of our information. Then he tells me, I will have to fill out all new release forms cause he cant find me. When I came no one was there but me. When I went to go fill out new releases when I already did it before, 8 people walked in and now I have to wait 30mins or more to fill out the information. I got very frustrated with the rude worker and the big hassle to jump and left to Chucky Cheese, and havent been back since. I usto go all the time
Samantha saved the day for us! We had no idea what to do whenever we were struggling with finding a place that could make our 8 year old happy for her birthday, but Samanthas smiling face convinced her! After showing her all of the cool frozen yogurt machines and all of the different trampolines she could play with her friends on, my daughter was SET on FLIGHT DECK!
We had our daughters birthday party there and her and her friends had a great time. Its not very big but all the kiddos had fun. The staff was professional and very helpful although their communication could have been better. Bottom line, we would do it again.
Horrible for parties! Not even worth half of the price, untrained staff, nasty bathrooms
Great place and great staff!
I came here with my kids and had a blast. We came on a Friday night and it surprisingly wasnt too crowded. Theres a lot of different trampoline activities available, so its practically impossible to get bored. 10/10 recommend
I went to Flight deck two weekends in a row. The first time was with my 15 year old, my siblings and some friends (all 28 or older). We were worried about it being just little kid friendly but it wasnt at all. We had a blast. The next weekend I brought my 12 year old son, 15 year old son, and husband. Having a trampoline at home for ever we were looking forward to the fun my oldest and I described from the previous weekend. Well 15 minutes in my 12 year old slipped and my husband couldnt stop his direction and they collided breaking his ankle severely, he was in surgery 2.5 hours later. The staff rushed over and helped my husband get him off the trampoline. Another staff member was calling 911. Luckily my husband is a paramedic and took charge grabbing the first aid bag from the staff. There was nothing to splint or brace with and no cold packs. Being from Houston we werent sure where to go and a female staff member who stayed by my frantic momma self the whole time said here to go and walked with me and my family to our vehicle. 2 days later they called to check on my son and us and informed us of refunding our money. This was a freak accident and I appreciated the care and help given. Just suggest having a proper first aid bag stocked at all times with items needed for injuries that could happen on trampolines. Also, maybe train your staff on what to do and how to treat those injuries. Not everyone is a paramedic. Thank you to the young female and male that day that helped us at flight deck.
Great place for family fun..kinda pricey.
Staff isn’t very friendly from walking in. My 2 year old was $15 to jump (altitude is free under 3) mind u it was an hour before closing maybe 5 of us there. She was jumping and started crying so I decided to go get her and throw a balls to make her laugh. Someone came and told me I could touch the trampoline or the balls unless I paid $15 for a wrist band for myself as well. Why should parent have to pay to watch their kids jump? My child was 2 no way she was going to be on her own ands not be scared. If u can find an urban air or altitude you’re better off there. Maybe consider a package combo for people with children 4 & under bc that’s ridiculous. Btw place is extremely small. 0 stars
A fun place for kids. I bought my nephew and my self two hours. As an adult though I would only purchase an hour. I sat on the bench and watched him the majority of the time. Haha it wears you out pretty fast!!
It was ok. Nothing great.
Poor Service, Very Dirty And Management SUCKS.DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME HERE!!
We meet here because its halfway for us. Its well kept and lots if things to do such as basketball and dodge ball. The foam pit has a plastic sheeting over it. I assume for safety reasons but my 4 year old was too scared to jump in it. The foam pit is his favorite at other places. We were going order ice cream but it wasnt frozen yet. We tried a couple different ones and noone bothered to tell us. The workers didnt seem to be happy to be there which made the overall experience a bit blah.
If you’re looking for a place to be micro managed by Chandler one of managers this is the place to go. Even if you’re just playing on a trampoline with your own child it’s not allowed. Constant whistles blowing a bunch of young people trying to make sure the least amount of fun is had. Their is a place in Crowley called House of Air. Way better way cleaner and a much nicer staff. I will never go back to flight deck mainly because of Chandler he is rude and when asking for an explanation he just walked away. If I could give negative stars I would. The floor is dirty the trash cans were overflowing. If you’re going to charge so much the place should at least be clean!!!
My first experience at flight deck was awful. Me and my family will not go back. I have a two and a four year old if they fell down they werent even given enough time to stand back up before they blew the whistle on them. There was only my husband, myself, and my two children in the big arena jumping. Meanwhile later
We always have a great time here.
Great way to pass some time after school!
The kids had a lot of fun. I was impressed with the amount and attentiveness of staff supervision. It seemed a little pricey but, in all fairness, I really dont have anything to compare it to. I did notice that they offered reasonable deals for frequent users
They made an announcement that they would close the cool zone down in twenty minutes. Five minutes pass by we went to get waters, they had already closed it. And than twenty minutes later made an announcement that it was closed..(5minutes after I posted the review). Other than that not too bad of a place for a hot or raining day. Just management should watch the teenagers that run it on a Sunday.
Pros: I like this location. Nice, open setup.Cons: Dont buy the yellow toddler socks, theyre a waste of money. They normally have toddler jump 10a-12p on M/W/F where pricing is cheaper for young kids and a parent jumps free. However, during spring break, when the kids were out of school, and many parents were off work to spend time with them, they did not have toddler jump for that week. I do understand not limiting those hours to smaller kids during spring break, but the pricing does not have to increase. Thankfully, a staff member waived my jump fee as a courtesy- great customer service!
My niece had her birthday party here and we had an absolute blast. Great reminder I need to work out more often, but what I fun way to forget all your troubles for a couple of hours. This would be an interesting date night location.
Fun place to visit! I only wish they moderated who was jumping during toddler time. Even if they are parents grown men create serious hazards when they are jumping like crazy for little bones. We wont be back because of this, but otherwise fun and clean.
My kids LOVE Flight deck!
Its a great place for the kids to release the energy! It was a bit crowded when we went and stunk like feet but I guess that is to be expected. Only 4 stars because there was nasty melted yogurt with cereal in it on thr floor near the park area. They were not quick at cleaning it up and the sticky was spread around.
Samantha is the one you need to talk to here. If youre needing a party planned or somewhere just to sit down for a minute so your kids can get all their craziness out for the day, this is the place to go. Samantha took the reigns and helped me get into the park quickly and offered to show my kids everywhere they can jump and all the fun they had there. My kids are STILL asking for her!
Good place to go and have fun with the whole family.
