This place! We had kids ranging from 8-16 and all had the BEST time!!! The place was clean and everyone there was extremely kind and helpful! Everyone there ensured the kids had a BLAST! The guy working the skydiving was so fantastic he really was great with the kids! Thank you all SO much!

Kids love it. I love flying in the windy tube. Win win! Reservations are a pita but worth it. Monthly subscription is great; use unique phone numbers. We have a lot of issues bc two accounts have the same number.

Me and my family enjoyed this park!! It was so much fun. We got the ultimate package and we did everything but the skydiving. There was only one attraction we didn’t get to do because it was closed, but we did everything else. The prices for food and drinks were also good too! Will be coming back!

I would love to give this place more stars because the kids have fun. However, it seemed a bit understaffed. The pictures attached shows how messy this place was. We were there for two hours before someone actually came out to clean anything. We had to use the Clorox wipes at the end of the counter to clean our own table. Our pizza we ordered was sitting on the counter for almost 5 minutes without our pager ever going off and I had to go ask them if it was mine before getting it. The bathroom was a big mess and the socks on the floor beside the fountain machine was there the whole time. They were soaked with soda from the spills all over the floor. I even saw the two young managers walk by multiple times not even acknowledging how messy it was. Now, the good side, the membership prices are excellent for the kids to be able to come and jump whenever. They have that going for them. We would love for this place to be what the sign says on the trash can and be the cleanest indoor theme park. I would also like to see a way for them to protect kids from being taken as there is no security or Adult employee working the front to verify relationship upon leaving.

We had lots of fun. Something to do for the whole family. Even my 18 month baby had fun running around and chasing her ball. She also liked the ball pit.

Im currently in school and as long as I get good grades I can go wensday and Friday the service is great even during covid 19 they open 4pm which is a good time to be honest and the cafes food verity is pretty good and the membership prices is pretty good

This location is awesome. My son had a great time at his friends birthday. So many fun things to do, well definitely be back soon.

First time coming after Covid. Terrible disappointed that only one staff member to work the floor. We had to do more waiting for the employee to come open the activity than actually playing on the activities. He loves the walls but didn’t get to do them but once in a 2hr time slot. Not a very good value. Won’t return till employees return. Great when it came to sanitation if that’s all your looking for.

The staff was all really friendly. Zach was nice and informative. He helped with anything we needed and checked up on us to make sure we were enjoying our visit. It has a lot of activities aside from trampolines which my kids really enjoyed having a variety. They did a good job with cleaning and practicing social distancing with Covid. Hope they get to experience post Covid sometime.

The kids had a blast! Luckily, there was a coupon for the time we went. But, if we had to have been paying full price; I would have been more upset. This indoor adventure park was not properly staffed. Many of the attractions were not open until later in the afternoon, due to lack of employees. This place is packed with a lot to do, and everyone involved to not be bored. Even if you are just a spectator. Just be aware of the time you go. Staff is more visible as the place gets busier. Thankfully, there were other parents and patrons that knew enough of what they were doing, without staff assistance.

We celebrated my sons birthday yesterday at this location and we had a blast! Everything was amazing, specially the Skydiving Flight with the team. The party host was helpful and very nice. Thank you!

Started our membership right at the start of the COVID-19 madness in March. Only had the ability to use the membership once before things closed down. I do not feel safe sending my young children here, regardless of their rigorous cleaning protocols. Lets face it, they have a bunch of teenagers working there, how well are they cleaning the place? They said I can cancel my membership but of course it will cost me over 200 dollars to do so. There should be the option to cancel without a fee due to the pandemic.

This place is amazing. The Fly Team is awesome, especially Kyle and Cameron. They have created friendships with several families that frequent the park. We have been members, since the day memberships became available. I am very happy that Urban Air has arrived in our area.

My son said he had the time of his life yesterday. The skydiving team was so helpful and friendly. The facility was clean and the employees were all so friendly. Could definitely use more employees for each of the games. Kids dont really follow rules posted on a sign. Food was actually pretty good and prompt. Those funnel cake fries I highly recommend.

They dont have enough staff to open the attractions or the cafe. Dont buy tickets in advance, ask what is open before spending money on the higher levels. We were here for an hour before anything was staffed and then it was one thing at a time.

Open, safe, hand sanitizer everywhere. The staff is all wearing masks. Every precaution that could be taken is taken. Kids always have a blast here. They come out tired and obedient for a change. Exercise fun always works.

Better than your average kids birthday location. Prices for day use might be a bit high, but the kids love it. Lots of activity options, beyond just trampolines and playgrounds. Big walls, indoor skydiving, rope courses. Not a bad option for the 100+ degree days.

My 9 year old daughter was invited to a birthday party at Urban Air. We had heard the mythical talk of zip lining from the ceiling and fun everywhere but it wasnt till I saw it with my own eyes did I believe this! It was amazing and fun and loud everywhere. They even have a skydiving simulator! That was not included in the party but everything else was included! As far as age range goes this place is definitely gear towards 5 and up. They did have an area with slides and a mountain to climb as well as trampolines for little kids but it wasnt for little kids exclusively so be aware. This place is a blast! Super awesome for a birthday party or a fun weekend night and worth every penny!

Our boys love going here! Plenty to do for all ages, ours range from 2-12. Having the membership allows us to get them out of the house whenever they need to run of some energy, and they are still excited to go each time!

Theres quite a bit to do for your kids and even as an adult, the prices seem pretty fair to me, they have massage chairs in a few different areas which is surprising and awesome. The staff seems to be comprised of nothing but teenagers but they take their jobs seriously and are focused on the safety of the kids. I will definitely come back for some good safe fun.

We were there for a birthday party and the staff was very attentive. We also tried the skydiving activity and my 5 year old loved it. The lady that helped us out was very kind and she made the experience fun and exciting for my son. He still cannot stop talking about it. Great time! Great memories!

I had a membership here and as soon as they opened back up the memberships started back. I do not feel comfortable sending my kids right now when the covid numbers are going up. School is already delayed again and more and more people are dying. I was charged so I tried to cancel my membership but since it was my 12th month I couldn’t cancel. I would have been happy to stop my membership till the global pandemic was over. There should be an option to pause a membership. I will not be back.

Our first Visit and Zack was great we signed up for the membership and saved 30 dollars and all the attractions were fun! We went on a Monday so we had to ask to do the attractions and everyone there was quick and did a great job!

Since reopening, they have increased the amount of times everything is cleaned, after every use. Hand sanitizer is available in multple areas of the park. The staff is always helping and accommodating to all of you needs. This is such a great place for you and your family to have fun. And now its even safer.

UPDATE 7/21/19:We decided to invest in the subscription to Urban Air and have not regretted it. Beat the summer heat with an affordably priced program.I did try to cancel at one point based on the economics and then realized that you are locked in for a year, but I am glad I did not go through with that. The lack of a choice bothered me at first, but after we have gotten as much use out of it as we have it has ended up being a very sound investment. I can get work done while the kids run around and get their energy out, a definite win-win.P.S. I was in Urban Air when the Regional Director (Mike?) was sweeping the floors and stopped by to ask how everything was going. That was a great gesture and really demonstrated his commitment to this organization, another reason while I will keep coming back to Urban Air.ORIGINAL:While not inexpensive, there was no time limit on Saturday and enough activities to get your money’s worth out of the experience.There is a snack bar, many things to do, and the staff and management was accessible and friendly. Most importantly is that this location was well staffed. With a fun, futuristic, bright, colorful experience, my only issue is that I didn’t have this when I was a kid.Easy 5 stars, especially compared to other jump/fun parks, including other urban airs. This is the best experience for ages 5-12 in DFW in this category of attraction.

We were attending a birthday party for a 6year old.The kids had a blast! Everyone was very friendly and the kids were able to play safely and independently.Safe environment and super friendly staff! Kaila was the host of the party we attended and she had everything running smoothly!

By far one of the best Experiences for my kids! They all had a blast! We had a birthday party here for my 7 year old. And about 13 friends. We used a party room. Spent about 450 total but way worth it! Everyone who came enjoyed it! Also there pizza was really good! Only reason Im giving 4 stars is because they ran out of change. And instead sending someone for change. They just would tell u they couldnt give u any change. So most people were losing .75 cents or so per transaction. Easy fix but they were a little clueless on what to do!

Urban air is what are the most fun places in the world. The workers are super friendly paige mikayla.and they are cautious about the cOVID-19 and a fun place all around I highly recommend it.

I decided to get the monthly membership for my kid. She loves it. There is so much for her to do.

Good place for bring the kids and burn all the energy they have! With many activities from trampoline, dodge ball fight with trampoline, rock wall climbing, pool ball obstacles course, and more !, food court area with big screen for watch football,games, good food, come and have a blast !

Ill tell ya folks, this place is fantastic. I went there myself personally, and the amount of fun I had was huge. I know a guy, and he said it was the best experience, just the best. And he had cancer, he was a very good man. For that reason, this place should to be preserved for the rest of all eternity and time.

From personal experience- I know that kids from ages 6 to 11 enjoy this place. They have everything! Trampolines, zip line, indoor sky diving, rock climbing, and slides. Im sure there is more but good golly does it keep kiddos occupied for hours! Not your average trampoline park.

We had never been to Urban Air before tonight. It is such a neat venue. We had my son’s birthday party there. Our party host was Jayden E. What a very sweet young woman. She was so attentive and helpful. She really made my son’s birthday special. We were so appreciative of her hard work and kindness.

Haley and Ethan are the best. First of all, my grandson cousin wasnt going to be able to do the sky diving air. His aunt asked Haley if it was ok for him to have it. She said yes. Yall should have seen the excitement in his face. Ethan prepared him before he goes in. He made sure that goggles were perfectly fine along with the helmet. Then it came time for him to get in. It was an amazing experience that my grandson was able to experienceThank you so much again Haley and Ethan. Yall made his night.

I took my daughter Rebecca here earlier this morning and the staff was phenomenal. We are regulars at this park and my daughter loves it every time she goes. The manager Shelby is very helpful with any questions I have about anything involving my child. 10/10 recommend a visit here!

Excellent service. Cleaner than any other child oriented place I have ever been to. The skydiving staff was the best. Very engaging and fun. The kids had a blast and I had a place to sit comfortably.

We always have a good experience at Urban Air, however recently there was just a little extra that I felt should be recognized. The girl that was at the front was super helpful, sweet and patient. Checking in with a kid who is ready to just jump can be stressful and she was just so calm and understanding. I am pretty sure her name was Shelby. Thank you Shelby for being you! You helped make it great!

I have to say, i have been to a lot of trampoline parks and this is not one of those.This place is sooooo much more and offers enough different FUN stuff to do to keep you having fun for many hours.We had my sons 9th birthday party there today and it was the best place we have ever used.We opted for the upstairs private room with the solo party hostess.KALIYAH our hostess did not disappoint, she was very attentive and did not leave us hanging @ all like most hosts.We will definitely be spending more time @ Urban Air from now on.

My grandson and his friends love this place its really a amazing experience to see how much there is to do here. Birthday partys, go over really well here and there is a lot more to do than just trampolines. Its really amazing. You have to go see for yourself to believe it.

It’s a pretty funny story, but I drive lyft. So I gave someone a ride to work here and came in to use the toilet! They were super duper friendly and showed me where the restroom was then invited me to try out the skydiving tunnel. It was an absolute blast. I will be coming back. Super awesome place for children, parking is terrible thats why I rated it a 3 check out my photos. Definitely went in frustrated due to that but came out great with happy kids.

We used a labor day special coupon to check out this place. It was a lot of fun. We had 2 adults, 2 teenage boys, and a 10 year old girl. Everyone had a very good time.

My kids and I had the best experience ever at this Urban Air location. The excellent custom service that my family received from Christian Carey the cafe manager was above and beyond. Cesar Nunez the GM also went above and beyond to make my family and I enjoy an excellent experience at this location. My kids enjoyed themselves so much that we will definitely be attending this location each and every time we decide to visit Urban Air.

It was Great! So many things to do!!!

Great place to take the kids with a lot of different activities for them to do. The only thing Id change would be wait time on food. It seems like they only have one oven to cook pizzas and other items so if it is busy you may not get your food for 30-45 minutes

I just have to say this place provided my children with AMAZING SERVICE for their birthday party tonight! I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK! The young man who was our party host his name was DOMINIC, I couldn’t be more pleased with the service he gave us. Awesome customer service, caring, so attentive, and just an all around sweetheart. I will be back to this location for all of my birthday party plans because of this young man. DOMINIC AGAIN THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR SERVICE AND ALL OF YOUR HELP. The place was a great clean atmosphere. The reason why they only received two stars is because the place is chaotic. The teenagers are pretty much running that place. They definitely need more adults overseeing the teen employees!

Great place for the kids to come and wear themselves out while the wife and I work and/or study. Membership is worth the price especially when its either too hot or too cold to do anything outside. Go during the week. Hardly any customers and not crowded. Dino M. showed us some cool magic tricks too!

What a great way to spend the day! We took our great nieces and son for some holiday fun. They had a wonderful time and wore themselves out with all the great activities. The staff at the Southwest Fort Worth location was friendly and helpful and did a great job of keeping our kiddos safe.

The only complaint I have is their employees could pay more attention to what is going on at their stations. Otherwise its a great place for kids. Mine go all the time and love it.

So much activities, the equipment is sanitized along with the dining area, outstanding. The employees’ were very nice, kind and polite. If I needed help they’d give me their best options and positive opinions on the situation. These were my top 2 helpful and fun Staff members that kindly assisted me with my needs and questions. Abigayle and Austin were the most honest, kindest people I’ve ever seen at their age. They always care for other people needs first. Their respectful, funny and all the children will love them. These are the leaders that we need in this world and I believe without a doubt that they will be that example that we need to lead children’s mindsets into the right path. I wish I could see more people like these

Getting Poorer service every time we go. Bought yearly membership after a trip. Less and less courses are operational every time. Rude operators (mostly high-school kids with a lot of attitude) at the obstacle. Did not have a chance to talk to the manager. But definitely not renewing the membership with this poor service. Buyer beware. Will advise friends against the yearly membership.

Christian is a very good manager he helped us at the counter when we where confused. He had a great personality and was a very kind worker I will definitely come again because of his kind attitude.Sierra was extremely helpful and explained how to sign up for us she never complained and was very warm and welcoming.

My kids loved this place! Ages 1-12, i thought it had so many options for them and enjoyed it too.

I think they offer a great price for all the time you can spend and the variety of activities you can do. Even as an adult I enjoy trying different challenges that are fun, at Urban Air I can accomplish that. Also, this is a great place to have fun while staying active.

My son LOVES this place. However, it seriously needs adult mgmt presence. Young kids run the Urban Cafe and clearly know they are not supervised. They create 2 lines, but only serve one. The place is a total mess, so patrons have to clean the tables to be used (throwing away trash left by prior visitors)!!!! The young kid with dreads purposely works extra slow and engaged in a conversation with his peer, while people were waiting for assistance. Its sad to see that they are learning bad workplace habits. So sad to see the potential and not being used to its fullest.

This Urban air is fun but its geared more towards older kids. The Arlington location is better for kids 3-6 because they have more trampolines and a section of it is reserved for smaller children.

Great place for kids to burn off energy. Two tips:1. Dont use the kiosk. It adds things you dont mean to add, you cant ask questions and they wont refund mistakes.2. If you buy a gift card, keep the receipt taped to the card. We bought one at this location and the same location told us it wasnt valid because it appeared we bought it at another location They eventually honored it, but Id have been able to make case easier if I had the receipt with me. Lesson learned.

It was great fun for my 12 year old. I just wish places like this had a lounge for parents to hangout at while their children play. Since hes 12, I dont feel the need to follow him around, he prefers that I dont anyway, and Im not comfortable just leaving him there alone. So a place to chill in with something other than metal benches to sit on would be nice.

I really love to come here and recommend it for kids and a family for a birthday party. This is one of my favorite places to go and hang out with friends. So I definitely recommend it!

The place was great for my siblings to just have fun. A young girl named Aaliyah was really helpful in making sure they were safe and having fun. Overall was a great experience and would definitely go again.

Was a guest for a birthday party but we were talking about getting memberships, after our experience we wont be getting them. This place has all the potential to be great and everything you want, but due to management/lack of employees. They provide no supervision at most of the activities. I witnessed one kid almost wrap a rope around the neck of another kid; a group of kids camping on, under, or around obstacles so others cant use them; and violations of rules that put kids in danger. Also they have no security at the door to help keep kids safe. The concessions were also setup poorly where theres a 10 minute wait to get a soda.

Had a blast at my nephews party! Dani was a great host and definitely recommended her for parties. Pizza was a little slow but Dani and the managers made sure that we were comfortable while we waited and made sure we got everything we needed.

This is the busiest trampoline park I have attended with my son and we have visited many over the years. The wide variety of attractions keep us entertained.

We booked a birthday party there and it was amazing. Our host Mykayla V. was the best. Great service and incredible employees. Will definitely book again and my guest are booking too. This is better then flight deck, chuck e cheese and pump it up by far. Loved it

Really fun, surprisingly clean kids entertainment park! We played for HOURS and my kids had a blast! The young staff was hit or miss on their customer service skills but thats to be expected. Well definitely be back.

I normally dont make reviews, but I must say this place was great. Between the staff, the food, and the attractions you cannot go wrong. Hailey, the manager, was great with her staff and really cared about the guests. She consistently was asking how we were doing and how our experience has been. You could tell was being authentic and truly cared. You dont experience that a lot now days. It was great to feel and see. Great job!!

The overall staff is great. Very friendly. Now the Urban Cafe staff was extraordinary! The manager was extremely kind and professional and the staff was very accommodating. It may be fast food but the crew is definitely 5 stars!
