We hosted our 5-year-olds birthday party there with kids from 1 to 8, and everyone had fun! We had half an hour before to set up. They went above and beyond finding the right color balloons for our theme. Highly recommend!

Perfect place for a birthday party! They have fun for kids of all ages and parents can just enjoy watching the kids play on their own. Several of the parents said they really like the place because they could kinda relax. The staff does a great job of letting you do your own thing while being helpful, we forgot a few things and they happily saved the day. We will definitely be renting this venue again.

We had my daughters 6th birthday party here and she had so much fun! A customer service was awesome and they were very accommodating for anything we needed. I think children ages 1 to 8 would enjoy the entertainment they have. I love that they had a place to do a pinata indoors. Its always hard to find somewhere in the winter months for a birthday. Definitely a hidden treasure in Fort Worth.

I used this venue 2 years ago not as professional. Today I had my granddaughters birthday party there and I must say the current staff is wonderful. Kids will really enjoy this place fun for everyone.

Love this place! Ive had my daughters first birthday party here. Then her second birthday party and my oldest daughters seventh birthday party here. I plan on having my youngst first here in a couple months. They have something for kids of all ages here. They have a small kitchen area for your food and sitting area. You get the whole building to yourself and the owners stay out the way.

Nice place for a small party. Air condition area for those hot or cold days. Staff was late to open the doors and air hockey was out of order.

Super cool for kids birthday party

Heres the deal. My kids played with some of their friends at this place the other day. All in all not a unpleasant experience. It is a good concept and great for imagination, visual stimulation and socialization skills. My only criticism is lack of attention to details when it comes to some minor, easily overlooked safety issues. First and more immediate need of addressing, one of the air hockey tables set up for the bigger kids has an issue with screws backing out of the legs creating instability. Little kid gets under there while bigger kids are bumping into the table and it goes... needs to be fixed. Second issue, one of the light fixtures appears to have been hit by a errant ball or something and the metal cover is hanging loose. Those commercial fluorescent light covers are stamped sheet metal and razor sharp. That one clip left in it popps and it falls... just basic maintenance, people. Would have told someone but couldnt find anyone to advise after I saw the two issues.I wouldnt say it is an unsafe place...you have to be REALLY looking to find those two problems. (Ive seen WAY worse potential hazards at main line places such as Chucky Cheese or Altitude.) Just a little free advice so they can fix some small maintenance issues and just keep in mind they have to constantly perform safety inspections beyond the minimum standards.

This place is the best place to take your toddler. Should defiantly have toddler party here. They close the place down for your own private party for 3 hours. Kids loved it.

Had a great time here for our daughters 1st birthday party, brought our own food and drinks, they were very hospitable and we had enough time to setup decorations. they have a small fridge in the kitchen area where you can keep your food or put drinks in the fridge. great open space for kids to play and try different things as well as the bounce house

Went a month ago with 2 yr old grandchild. He loved it! We were only ones there for awhile then about 40 kids came in so got super crowded by they were a nice group and offered for grandchild to eat a sandwich! We did notice though desk girl was not to be seen entire time there. Went up to ask about parties and she must have been in office (closed door). Never saw her even when we left! They need new front desk person! Also the kitchen and toys could be revamped.

Miss the old owners Went and probably wont be returning rather take my child to the one in Keller the front girl was there didnt greet us. Im expecting a greeting like hi welcome to Celebrations... but no I got a blank stare... then she said do you have money? I had a 2 year old and a 10 month old... she said how old is he I said 10 months... her response was so does that make him a year old cause we charge for 1 year olds... Im just here like really I said 10 months how many months are in a year??Anywho the bounce house wasnt up we had to ask for her to turn it on. I guess she got mad about it and said we close at 8 with this face of annoyance. I said yes Im aware (45 minutes left till closing)As we were leaving on the way out the office or live in room is what it looks like door was open... disgust is all I can say stuff all over the floor and she was just hanging out with no shoes on... not professional at all. Keep that door closed or clean it up customers do not need to see that.Clearly this place needs a new desk girl who knows how to give great customer service.

I was very disappointed with this facility. My husband and I took our 2 year old grandson here to burn off some energy but found pretty much l everything was dirty, broken or pieces missing. It may have been nice at one time and I can see how it could be but definitely not the case now. Then there were quite a few older kids there where the parents just socialized while their kids ran wild bumping into the little kids and knocking them over. It was pretty unpleasant all the way around and we couldn’t wait to leave. Certainly didn’t get our $7 worth. Probably won’t visit here again unless I hear that they have improved the equipment/play structures.

Pay alot just clean up behind yourself. Put everything back where things belong.

Visited for the first time yesterday for a relatives daughters birthday party. Every single kid was having fun and theres plenty of things around to catch everyones attention. All enclosed and during private parties no others are allowed so no worries of strangers being around your kids. Everything was clean. Theres a few rules but theyre only there to makes everyones experience a more pleasant one. Definitely will keep it in mind for our own kids future celebrations.

This place is fun for younger kids but a little outdated. My two and half year has had a good time on each visit other than bigger kids (kids way too old to be playing) running around and getting in the bounce house while other two years are jumping.My first visit was July 19, 2017. My friend and I brought our two toddlers.... After playing for a couple hours, I asked the girl who was suppose to be at the counter (she was sitting in the back with earbuds in her ears) if they had a water fountain or water for sale. She says, No, we dont have water for sale and we dont have water.My second visit July 25, 2017.... I come back with my friend and our two kids.....Another woman walks up and asks for water...the same girl who told my friend and I no they didnt have water passes out water to the lady and her three kids!! Are you kidding me????? She tells us no and tells them yesMy third visit August 1, 2017....decided to come back so my two year could play....not because of their customer service and freindliness, because they dont have any!!!! My friend and I ask questions about how their birthday parties work....(why did we think to even ask the girl????) she says, I dont know anything about the parties, Im just an employee here, but you can call this number and they will tell you. I say, You re kidding right? You as an employee should know. We also ask if the hours on the door are correct, She says No, it needs to be changed. you should change the hours on the door if you know the hours are incorrect!!!Worse customer service....the girl had no knowledge of any questions asked...pics and chooses who she gives water to....horrible horrible!!! Would not recommend to anyone. There will not be a 4th visit
