We has so much fun here! My husband and my son were playing games, while I was at the bar, did I mention they have good mimosas?? well they are awesome!

Been here several times. The alcoholic drinks are great! And the gravity ropes sets this apart from the other Fort Worth location. Thus place is fun for kids and adults too!

Overall I had fun, but the service today was terrible. The first problem came when my group realized a $33 tip had been added to the bill that we didnt ask for or authorize. Were happy to tip, but it was weird that the cashier added it without asking us. Luckily they fixed it when we brought it to their attention.The second problem I had was with Ray. My group of five sat down at a table with the intention of ordering drinks and appetizers. We werent sure if we should tell someone that we were ready to dine or if they would come to us, so I found Ray, our server, and inquired about the process. He was incredibly rude and said we were sitting too far away to be served. I asked where we should sit and he angrily replied, Anywhere. Confused, I said, Anywhere except where were sitting? He explained that he was the only one working and we would just have to be patient. Look, I get it; he was very busy and probably needed help. But this was my first time at this place and I simply didnt know how it worked, so I thought I could ask the server. Eventually someone else was sent to get our order. The food came out, but half an hour passed with no sign of drinks. I finally tracked down Ray again and he snarled before asking, Do you need something? I said, I understand that youre very busy. I was just wondering if we could get the drinks we ordered. It turns out he had them poured the whole time, sitting there at the bar with him. The last problem I had was with the games. Several machines ate my credits without letting me play. The bowling and laser tag were great, but Ray was not. I hope I get a different server if I ever return.

Good place to hangout with friends and family. Would love to give 4 but will close with 3 stars only. Shoe rental is half the amount of Monday night madness. I think it should be less. Only 6 billiards/pool tables and then for your surprise you need to be in a long wait to get the table. Bowling and laser tags are good but that too comes with wait. So be prepared that in order to enjoy you need to wait. So all the best.

Main Event was really enjoyable for all the teenagers accompanying us. They enjoyed the food, then Laser tag several times, bowling, gravity walk, billiards and games. The staff were helpful, really nice and professional. We planned on a 3 hour party, which turned into 5. The kids didnt want it to end. Well have to plan another trip soon.

I asked to sit at the bar she says how old are you I give my age and offer my Id as proof. Another lady comes and says what do you need obviously food or drink if im at the bar. But Im patient and say we want to eat she says how old are you I again offer my age then she asks to see my Id. I know I look young so I show her without hesitation. She gives us the menus then for the next 10 minutes we watch as NONE of the bar staff help but instead help all the other guest who just walk over to the bar.

The monday madness passes are not worth it with young kids. We were under the impression we would get at least two bowling games that is 44 dollars, but we spent 60 to get one game and then put on an hour wait because they over sell and book the lanes......unlimited is a poor description. I also strongly dislike being told I need to move when I wasnt aware of their poor business ethics when I ordered 50 dollars worth of food to eat while we played. I am fully capable of being a decent patron I survive on customer service. The idea that one can offer unlimited charge for it and then have the audacity to tell you your unlimited pass has limits outside of what you believe you signed up for is outlandish to myself and my husband. I litterly just paid 90 dollars for a half capacity arcade and one game of bowling. This was supposed to be a fulfilled family night out on our last day of vacation and was tarnished by greed and lack of hospitality to those that paid for something other than what they thought they were receiving. Do not offer a deal if you cannot fulfill the whole premise of what you say you are offering. At least be squeaky clean and train your employees to disclose all regulations upon selling said deal . Especially if theres children under 10 whom cannot participate in the majority of the happenings you are offering. Had we been fully aware there were stipulations about being offered unlimited bowling we would opted for the 22 dollar game and not spent what we had spent. I simply dont like shady buisness and I feel shady was what we were dealt this evening.

Worst place ever.... Where do I start. First of all they have really bad service, they kept forgetting our food our drinks, and it was filthy! I literally had to wait over 30 minutes for my little guy Pizza. And it was only a kids meal! And after I went to go ask that what was taking so long for only a slice pepperoni Pizza, they totally forgot about us and everybody was being served and we were forgotten. And then we have asked them to clean the big table for my family and they totally didnt even do it while we were inside the lobby area waiting for the table to get clean and no one came to help. Towards the end of my bad experience with main event I went to go look for some help for the third time . I was very unhappy I was in an angry Mama Bear and I went to go look for the employee that was supposed to help us and end up seeing that employee talking to the other employees in the kitchen goofing around, not professional and very irresponsible. After I had my third discussion with them they finally brought my sons Pizza and they have brought him a cheese pizza and what I ordered was a pepperoni pizza. Ive had it! Literally dealing with this situation took over an hour to get it situated and that will be the last time they ever seen my angry Mama Bear face.Many more responsible employees that are taking their job seriously.There was more that happened but I think Ive said enough.

Mondays are great.!! They have a great special for Mondays. I definately will be back. Staff was over the top.

Went here for a birthday event, the staffer seemed bothered by having to be at work and never checked up on the party. Bartender spent 5 minutes wrapping up a conversation with a co-worker before finally coming over to serve. Great concept but needs some coaching.

Great place for family fun. Wonderful attentive staff. Awesome manager. I was scared to do the rope course & the staff took extra care to insure I felt safe as well as encouraged me. The hostess at the front, however, was very dismissive & too busy talking with co-workers to do her job.

My first time going into Main Event and it was wild. We had pizza and it was very delicious. We got a game card and played a bunch of games for $35 dollars and it was super fun. I will definitely return to try the laser tag and bowling.

Took the kiddos early Sunday afternoon. Not too crowded keeping with current social distancing guidelines. Lots of hand sanitizer available, everyone was considerate. Yay Texans! Lots of fun games available. Only complaint was trying to get food. We sat down, no one noticed us and ignored us when we tried to flag someone down. So we got up and left. . Well go back, after weve eaten or planning to eat someplace else. Life is too short.

I just moved here and this is a good place to take the kids and adults can have fun here too. They have bowling, laser tag, and an arcade to name a few. A few of the games are either broke or just not turned on but thats the only bad thing I have to say about it

MY kids love this place. They have sanitizing stations everywhere and its super clean.

One of the best main events i have been to!! Obstacle course, beat saber, vr shooters, huge bathrooms. I think their bar is a little pricey im not dropping $8 on a mojito with 1 oz of alcohol. The waitress/waiter dont get there until after 12 so i didnt get service. I put my food at a table and when i got back from arcade my food was thrown away didnt get a refund. The shuffle board tables are way too close together.

My kids and I did the gravity ropes. My son has mild autism and got a bit hesitant with the obstacles. But Jacob, the guy working with the gravity ropes, was a saint. He helped my son through a lot of the courses and was so kind and helpful! Thank you Jacob for making my sons experience that much better! You are a phenomenal individual

It was very nice and had cards instead of coins and virtual tickets would go to your card for whenever you wanted to spend them at the ticket store. You had to have a mask the whole time unless you were eating. Other than that it was a great time

We absolutely enjoy coming to the main event when we come down to Texas its fun for all ages from 4 to 34 we all can find something to do. Bowling. Pool tables. Video games laser tag. And gravity ropes along with some other things. Service wasnt horrible. It did lack in a few areas but nothing major. Price was affordable.

My daughter wanted to have her 18th Birthday party here, when we got there it was packed and only one table to fit 20 people which wasnt going to work; the waiters were so awesome and got extra chairs until the other tables around us left and even then they cleaned them to fit everyone nicely. My daughter had a great time as did everyone who came, I highly recommend this Main Event rather its a party, gathering, or just a fun day out this location has been our favorite!!!

The cosmos were the bomb!! The bartender lady did a great job!

I was nervous about going because of COVID. But once i arrived i was so happy to see boxes of gloves, hand sanitizer, and face masks around the room. It made me feel much safer and it was super clean. Kudos!

Had my son birthday party here. The customer service was awesome. They went far and beyond to ensure everything went as planned. My 14 year old son loved it.

Overall was a great experience but the food and service was terribleMy nachos were wer that great but if that had been the only issue I wouldnt have said anything.First off my wifes chicken ce out undercooked and so did my sons burger we noticed the chicken first.When I pointed it out to the server she argued withe and said it had been on the grill for plenty of timeI DONT CARE HOW LONG IT WAS ON THE GRILL IF IT CAME OUT RAW!!!!then they gave her a burger that was cooked correctly. And we noticed that my son wasnt eating after examining his burger we found that it was also undercooked. And called the server she said she could charge me for another burger if I wanted but it was cooked correctly arguing with me AGAIN!!!then I called the manager he agreed that the food was also undercooked and corrected itAfter that the server was very nice to us.Also we we not told about the dinner and game card special until after we got to the bar and they tried to sell us one before we got to that pointBut all of the other stuff was great!!!!We will definitely be back but we will never eat there again

Hi there Main Event. I appreciate you taking the steps to keep your staff and patrons safe. Is there any time frame you are looking at to reopen? Anything so we can plan a Strike out the Virus event. Not really but it is catchy, right!? Just love to visit your establishment.

Such a great place even with this covid stuff going around.. The staff were amazing and everything was very very clean and sanitized and staff was constantly sanitizing grewy3 place.... Definitely will be back!!!!

They are working really hard to make it safe and sanitary. A variety of activities available for different prices. Our only complaint today was too few workers and having to wait around to be assisted with activities sometimes.

This location does a great job of keeping the place clean and staggers the bowling lanes to help with social distancing. Great job!

The kid Started throwing up like 8hrs after we visited and it must have been something viral he caught there bc he passed it to his sister the following night and thats the only place we went for 2 weeks

Super fun friendly staff

I brought my family here to celebrate my youngest sons birthday tonight. We purchased the winter pass for $20 each. I paid $155 for 6 unlimited passes and shoe rentals. It was unlimited all you can bowl, laser tag, billiards and more. We started bowling and were almost done with round 9 when our game cut off. We were then told we had 1 hour of bowling (not mentioned before) and had to get approval to finish our game. We were not able to play another game since there was now a waiting list. Our next option was playing pool, but there were no tables available. So we moved on to laser tag where we waiting about 20 minutes to get in. After we finished, there was still a wait to play pool and now an even longer list of over 20 people waiting to bowl. Arcade gamed games were not included in the package deal. I asked the manager if there was any way we could just get either some kind of refund or arcade pass instead, but because I opted to not get a receipt I was told there was nothing they could do. Never going here again. A serious waste of money.

After the staff makes a mistake, Jeremy, the manager, will approach you with an attitude and make sure you know it’s your fault. Then when you do not just take His poor attitude and customer service he will say “you know where the door is!” To be clear, Jeremy told me several times he was trying to help. He was not, he was screwing us and saying while doing so he was helping.Don’t take your family here people. The wait times a crazy. Unlimited bowl is a joke. You get a small amount of time then you go to the bottom of the waiting list. They won’t tell you that at the counter. They will just end your game. Customer service is bad and food prices are high. There are superior option out there.

Great place to dump the older kids when you need a break. Bar food is ok.., but watch the beer prices$$$$$ closely if u want a cold one and your not driving

Love going here to play games when we get coupons. Recently was able to save enough points to get the Nintendo Switch!Giving -1 star because I think it could be cleaner and some staff are not the friendliest.

We decided to take the kiddos bowling. We purchased the all day play and was able to go in the afternoon. Then leave to meet some family members and go back later that night. This option seemed well worth the money. Surprisingly the food was very good as well.

Lots of fun stuff to do, including bowling, gravity ropes adventure course, laser tag, billiards and more. Go on a Monday and ask about their unlimited play specials. Great deal

I recently went here tuesday and the stomer service was excellent but yesterday which was a Saturday night I went and they were very rude treated us like we didnt belong there I will not be coming back!

To play bowling it took forever to get a lane the guy said he would call us when it was ready, I had to go up there and ask he was oh yeah after 1 hour!! For the price

Totally disappointed, they advertising a new ice cream, there is not many people here, most of the tables are empty, and my waiter Diego said that there is no more bowls available to serve the ice cream. I walked around the entire place and only one party had this ice cream.

Family Fun - gets really crowded during the weekend. Make sure to make reservations for bowling lanes prior to your visit. We have only been able to play when we have been invited to a birthday party.

We enjoyed everything they had to offer. The laser tag was awesome and waiting list was quick. We also did the VR simulator but the operator was not knowledgeable when a problem arose so we couldnt play the game we wanted. The games are fun but get old after awhile.

Been in here couple times. Each time it has a great experience. Kids like the bowling and had a blast at laser tags. Need a good workout laser tags will burn those calories. We always come here when they run specials when we spend the entire day in here having fun with the kids.

I mean of course the place is expensive and when we came here for a birthday party about 3 months ago I found the meet-and-greet staff to not be that with it but today everybody seemed quite with it but it was definitely staffed well for the numbers of guests for as last time you could tell I must have had some new people and probably where two people short on staffing

Stood at counter for 10 minutes. Place was practically empty..no one else at counter. All 6 people behind the counter completely ignored us..one worker was right in front of us!! Lady in red shirt walked up and asked me what I needed NOT if she could help me. Before I could answer her she told Zach to see what I wanted so i could get away from up here....I told them nevermind because obviously she was upset about something and they had absolutely no clue as to what customer service is.IT WAS MY FIRST TIME EVER VISITING MAIN EVENT ( AS I AM FROM OUT OF TOWN, 594 MILES AWAY TO BE EXACT!)I WILL NEVER BE BACK...AND MY CHILDREN WERE VERY DISAPPOINTED. I HAD TAKEN THEM THERE TO CELEBRATE MY SONS 8TH BIRTHDAY...WHAT A GREAT DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!(I HAD to tap a star in order to post..it doesnt deserve ANY stars!!)

Thank you main event for a wonderful day! We came in with a group of about 20 for my sons birthday. They set us up with 2 tables asked if we needed anything. Management and staff here are incredible! Nice people smiling faces. Theo is awesome! We will definitely be coming back!

Good spot, weve traveled to this location over the one in grapevine just because it appears to be more updated and has the ropes course inside. Great place for the family!

Several of the games were broken and our bowling experience was horrible. The pin depositer kept breaking, we finally gave up and we got a refund. Most of the the employees seem clueless.

Good Fun time definitely recommend going on Monday for the unlimited activities personally the unlimited game option gets boring after awhile especially when you take into account that you cant win tickets and some games are locked out youll definitely get more bang for your buck just buying a game card or going with the activitiesMy only real complaint is that the food is ridiculously overpriced for what you get (we actually ended up leaving and walking over to the qdoba to eat before coming back afterwards) definitely recommend eating elsewhere or at home before you come that being said drinks including liquor arent too badly priced

We are making Christmas Eve a tradition here. This is are 2nd time on Christmas Eve to go and there’s hardly anyone there. We got a good deal on unlimited bowling, laser tag, ropes, and pool tables. We stayed 5 hours and had a blast. Since it was on a Tuesday the kids ate for free with purchase of adult entree for each kid meal. The service was excellent and we received help from staff quickly if bowling lane messed up. We bowled 5 games and made great memories as a family.

I spent over 150.00 to have a wonderful time, but there is so many people that it takes forever on the wait list to bowl.

We were very impressed with Main Event and the young lady who took us on a tour of the facility. We are considering bringing out of state visitors. She volunteered to give us the tour and explain various packages. We truly appreciated her offer and how friendly she was. We will definitely visit Main Event Fort Worth!

I had fun and I could be me there

Bowling is good but the arcade seemed to be much more expensive than other venues in the area. Tickets earned also didnt go as far as they would in other places. Good part is the tickets are all digital so no trips to the ticket eater as the kids are playing.

Awesome time. Only complaint is they need more than one person at the ticket counter when getting your prizes that poor kid was having to do the tickets and the sign up for laser tag. He looked overwhelmed.

Lots of fun. Bowling, pool and shuffleboard all in the same place. I look forward to our next visit.

We basically live there we’re there so much. Videos games, laser tag, bowling, billiards, rope course, and tons of food. The food is actually pretty good here and responsibly priced. They have many different specials so you don’t have to break the bank. However don’t expect to bowl all day if there is a special going on especially in the summer. There are a lot of camps that come through. Take advantage of the unlimited play. I’ve taking my football and basketball team here for celebrations.

The tables near the bar area were disgusting. It was no where to sit because used glasses and plates were on every table. I had to ask the bartender could someone clean the tables off for people to have a place to sit. T

We had the best time for New Years Eve with the kids! The bartenders this evening worked very hard to serve every customer and did so with a great attitude as I ordered water and pop. Thank you Main Event for the free champagne!!!

Main Event is usually a promise for a good time, however, my most recent visit wasnt much to talk about.The staff definitely needs to work on their customer service in making sure we the customers are priority and appreciate our business. Staff never once made any attempt to say anything to make sure we were good and having a good time.Management was walking through doing something and didnt pay any attention to the fact that we were trying to play pool. We had to wait for them to move along so we could continue.The games were fun, however, we were playing one of the games and it hadnt ended yet and they shut everything off at 1104 pm. I get it, your closed and its time to go, but how hard is it to say, hey guys we will be closing up now, we just ask that you dont start the game over and leave accordingly when finished. Nope. They just shut down everything right in the middle of the game that I PAID for!So all in all. The entertainment is fun, but the staff does not see the customer as priority.

We always have fun at this location. One suggestion ... may want to add another family bathroom. Only one changing table and its located in the one and only family bathroom.

People are awesome and down to earth, games are pretty good but... their bowling lanes are on steroids and crack. I am a league bowler and used to a specific lane oil type. (By Usbc standards) There were times that I almost slipped from sloppy lane oil. Go there for fun they say, it would would be fun. They didnt say that youll end up almost falling and have frustrating time on bowling properly. I suggest you have fun there despite that flaw.

Main event is fun but please come with a good amount of money. Its real easy to burn $200 or $300 here in a short time. The best things to do here are playing arcade games, the gravity ropes, and bowling, obviously. The pizza and all the food here is average, some of it tasting bland and some of it tasting pretty good.If you keep playing the Spin N Win arcade game, you will win 1000 points if you have good reaction time.

Great place, excellent promotions, just need to clarify in the decoration and birthday balloons, which are not included in the package to not confuse us

Staff is young and thus could careless about the customers. While I understand there are a lot of people during busy times there is also a lot of trash that never gets picked up. Games are super sticky and be prepared to wait over 2 hours on a Saturday for bowling.
