I worked for the current manager at another park ... She jerked me around with my money there.... so I decided to give her another chance here at apple valley and once again I sit here with 3 children and $2500 short of feeding them..I do very good and efficient work for them and a plethora of other communitys, my company has a very good and standing reputation for our quality craftsmanship..and very affordable cost rates..this woman is vindictive and extremely untrustworthy and dishonest..I urge anyone who even considers apple valley a place to enjoy retirement, raise your children,or even a cool bachelors pad to please reconsider before you are their next victim....

Office lady was very unprofessional and inconsiderate.

Well staffed and pleasant office workers.

Quiet neighborhood. Road could use some resurfacing but you can tell that the highway dept does a great job at keeping the potholes filled.

Corporate is a joke, maintenance is non existant.

After having a month in advance had to wait almost 48 hours for water which is AGAINST THE LAW, our pipes bursted Bc of matinence negligence and our place flooded. Once again no response from landlord or matinence... about to leave and sue

Nice setting, clean and well layed out. Only problem is their pet policy. Apparently the owners are not animal lovers. Aproved us and then told us we had to get rid of one of our dog family members without meeting or checking him out. If they had bothered to check with our referances they would have found that hes better behaved than most children.

My grandma who is 83 cant even afford to live there on her social security income. Prices are ridiculous for a trailer park.

Needs street signs

We enjoy living there.
