Well maintained public space. Sit and watch the fountain splash while eating lunch. Or maybe just ponder the struggle that happend in Cisterna, Italy all those years ago. But do not leave the site without tipping your hat to General Darbys statue.

That American Flag was planted by this guy on Memorial Day. Just saying I wanted to Honor the General. Oooraaaah!

Excellent downtown area in the central hub of Fort Smiths historical, artistic, and Tavern base. Park here. Chill here. A number of very nice hotels, and many pubs within walking distance, most open until 5am.

The statue of William Darby and the Water Tree are great. I wish there was mention of the train station.

A nice little park, especially pretty when they have the fountain running. There is also a nice little park and grab Geocache here.
