After playing games with our girls, we decided to try out their restaurant.All I can say is WOW! We were all very pleased with our food. I had the quesadilla, and it was phenomenal.My husband had their burger, and liked it so much he asked to speak to the chef! The gaming is always great at Game Time, but the hidden gem is the restaurant... we will definitely be back!

The food is good. Really, you have to try some of it. Is impressing. The arcade area is for kids of all ages which me and my family like. Only downside is you can only claim prizes with the points earned. But this is not something that makes the experience of spending time here nothing but great. Highly recommended.

It has a wide selection of games but not a lot of good plushies in the claw machines cute duck machine though.

Food and drink menu is decent. And the sports options on tv is good.The gaming area needs more attention.A lot of the games we tried playing didn’t even work and still took our gaming card.I’d say they need work to compete with Dave and Busters which is only 15 minutes from them.

Good value for timed cards and a decent selection of games BUT and big BUT...... majority of everything is broken down and missing balls/rings. Get it together so you can stay around please. I asked for help to fix a game and they acted as though we were a bother and we were being timed so when they took their time they also took ours.

Even though we were about the only people inside, they still made us feel extremely welcome and excited for our 8 year olds birthday.We understand things are tough with COVID right now, but the high spirits of the employees here were fantastic! Thank you for making his day!

The place is so dirty and the employee informed us we needed to wear masks after rudely saying it’s on the door (which was super hard to see). Conveniently for them - you can purchase them (after you’ve already paid for your play time). Not a single employee was wiping anything down or even attempting to clean. I expect if I have to pay to wear a mask they should be cleaning things too! Save your money and go to Dave and Busters - way better experience.

Use to love this place, they changed management and he does nothing to help this place. Everything is always broken and the games they do work either dont have enough balls to win or it takes your money. We used to come all the time and until something changes we will never be back. First time here and wasnt as pricey as I heard it would be. They have a $16.99 deal to dine and play with a $15 game card. So you choose a meal and get a game card for $16.99. Not bad. They have happy hour during the week but we came on the weekend and drinks were not cheap. Definitely will be back, place is great for kids and adults. (Like if helpful)

Wow I would have thought that this place would have all the games working in good order since Covid, But 75% of the games are out of order and most of the ticket games are down. On to the next place for my kids.

Place is not busy at all it’s a Thursday night me and my family came out to eat and nothing came out right. appetizers came out ice cold then was sent back nuke warm the second time. Manager came over but didn’t really know what to say again we are the only ones in the restaurant.then waiting for entrees took almost an hour again no one in the building and we ordered a pizza and chicken fingers. I really like this place and never had a issue here before maybe tonight wasn’t there night i hope things get better then they keep the cooks in the kitchen instead of outside. The games are great and will try to come back..

This place is TERRIBLE. We went in and normally was about to walk to the credit machine when one of the employees rudely told us we had to wear a mask. My dad said it never specified it said that (which it did but you could barley see it) and forced us to wear a mask (probably just a way to make more money for them since they charge you a $1 for it) anyways, not one person was cleaning any of the machines and the employees were just sitting around doing absolutely NOTHING, so if your so “worried” about other people’s safety you should also be cleaning the machines as that’s where most bacteria will be, anyways, I was having fun playing the games and this red head kid has the AUDACITY to come over to my dad to intimidate him just because his mask wasn’t fully above the nose. To sum it all up, the employees are very bad, owner only wants the money and doesn’t care about anyone’s safety, a lot of the game DONT even work either, and that you should go use your money on Dave n busters because the staff is super nice, it’s clean, cheaper, and all of the machines work. Don’t waste your money on this trashy place.

Was in there Sunday night and it was not busy at all. Apparently no one who works there doesnt seem to notice any of the problems going on. No soap in the mens bathroom, only one mini bowl lane was operational and it only had one ball. The air hockey table had a wide open electrical panel. No supervision of what other patrons were doing. Little kids climbing all over the basket ball games, teens not following the mask restrictions and pulling balls out of games to throw them at each other. This place has really went downhill since the last time I was here

Great variety of machines to enjoy. Air Hockey, basketball shooting games, and video games were a few of my highlights along with basketball shooting games, but Mini-Bowling was definitely one of my favorites. Very satisfying and easy to play. The one hour card is a great value for how much I enjoyed my experience here. There are also prizes which I did not redeem. The best part of the experience is casually gaming with friends, which was how I experienced it. Definitely a recommendation, especially late-night for the atmosphere it provides.

This place is amazing cuz the staff were so kind and respectful and the Karens were hating but they made a karen a not karen so think you should come here for your date or birthday or fun cuz this is the place to go when you are bored n need a place to go for fun.

No stars.No help for first time guests.Management staff was very unprofessional in regards to resolving a matter.Many random empty glass beer bottles sitting around.

Love the bar for the adults! And after a few drinks, the kid inside comes out and I love the wide variety of game options that can be played by adults and kids alike! Its an upbeat, fun and friendly environment thats good for a change of pace on a weekend night with friends and/or family.

Good time just like a dave and busters

Its a great place with a fun variety of games to play on and the food and drink are good. Just be prepared to not be able to play on one or two machines as they might be out of order at the time. Other than that, go enjoy yourself!

It is like a Dave and Busters but with really cool arcade games. Like a standard arcade feel, but with a nice and cozy atmosphere. You can get lost there with your friends playing different games all night long! They have some nice prizes but the fun part is playing with friends!

I would probably say this is one of the places me and my girl go the most out here in Fort Myers. We love the service, the environment is pretty refreshing, and their happy hour prices always great. We come here at least once a week and have never had any complaints. Only thing is that their food is not that great, and considering you are on the gulf coast town center, there is alot better options for dinner anyways.

This place was great brought my kids for dinner and games they had a great time. Prices seem better then going to Chuck E Cheese or Dave and Busters also not as packed.

My stepson and I love GameTime. Weve been many times and love the variety of games, including shooting games, driving games, live action gaming, virtual rides and especially the mini-bowling. The arcade is always clean and the staff if helpful. The restaurant serves delicious food and has a full service bar too! I highly recommend GameTime o er other gaming venues in town.

Half the games don’t work. When employees call for managers they have no rush and have to wait several minutes. Nothing personal against the actual employees but management is awful

Went here with my friend and her children...Very nice looking setup for kids and young adults who are looking for some clean cut entertainment for the kids. Close to a couple of restaurants and convenient to other shopping and the like. I cant believe how much fun we all had...and close to other amenities. This place was well kept and clean as were the bathrooms and the service employees were polite and helpful. Check it out.

Im always on the road and stop at many places for lunch. I have never had better service or been in a cleaner environment than gametimes bar area. I would recommend this place to everyone and Kayla, who seems to be the only server/bartender was exceptional.

This place is great for kids and adults. I didnt think the prices were that bad either. For 50 dollars the kids were able to play for a good hour and a half. The restaurant had really good food and the kids menu is 6.99! Overall its a great place to take the kids for a little fun.

Stay away from this place, there are better options out there. Let’s start by saying that the assistant manager ( Terry Hankins ) has no clue what it takes to be a manager, he has no customer service skills, no desire to help the paying customers to say the least. In a place that is designed for families to have fun you should have better employees. They stoled my money and on top of that he treated me disrespectfully. I will never go to this place again and I hope that if you read reviews you pay attention. The game card fell in between a piano game, so when I asked for help to get it back he said and I quote, (we are not responsible for lost or stolen cards, my tech guy is not here there is nothing I can do) He didn’t even take a minute to look or find a solution, what kind of example is this guy setting for the other employees if he is supposed to be their manager. Shame on him and this place for hiring such a person.

We received literally the best services of our entire lives! Our server, whose name is now escaping me, was THE BEST! He deserves employee of the year! Also the food and drinks were delicious!

It is an arcade but also they have televisions you can watch the game whether its basketball baseball football whatever game is going on and is the most popular also they show the fights you know UFC fights and what not and its just a ton of fun there are tons of games awesome games theres a bowling alley inside Im neon bowling alley there basketball hoops for adults and kids theres an air hockey machine theres a restaurant inside of the actual arcade and they serve at delicious food and alcohol beverages theyre pretty amazing I would recommend this place to anybody dont wanted to have an KICK AS$ TIME!!!

Ive been going here for years now since their grand opening and have always enjoyed it and made wonderful memories until today. They have updated several games and took out many grand prizes and added extra barriers for some of the higher pints games and have made several almost impossible to win. When asked why they changed so much mangers said corporate made some changes so people would stop winning higher points on games claming it made them lose to much money. I will never return and will spend my family time at Dave and Busters now.

This place is nice, but things needs to be updated a little better with the games not always producing what was earned with our winnings and then we have to go tell someone about it every time. Other than that it a good time when things are working smoothly.

Fun place! Excellent food in restaraunt and very good service ad well. The bartender was worthless, it took over 20 minutes to get a beer two times and we were the only people in there.just lazy! I guess he was too busy watching soccer on tv and flirting with the waitresses!

The is by far, the best bar I’ve ever been to. The service is outstanding, and the drinks are top notch, and most importantly, the beer is ice cold. My best friend and I frequent this place regularly, and couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. Raysa and Naomi are very friendly, provide premiere customer service, and just make you feel as if you’re family. They also pour and exceptional drink, and are also speedy with their service. If you’re looking for a night out with friends, a date, or just feel like going out, this is definitely your place.

Pretty cool place I just heard about. Always looking for something fun to do with the nephews. They have different pricing options where you can play based on credits, or based on time. The timed option doesnt offer tickets for prizes, but is definitely worth the price. The only thing is I wish that you could play all games with the timed option, even if you dont get tickets, because a lot of the games you cant play unless you go the credit route. Very enjoyable experience.

My clients wanted to do their Engagement Session here so I checked it out the day before our shoot with my kids. The staff was very friendly, the place is so clean, and it had a ton of stuff to keep my kids entertained! For the engagement session, the manager went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed & was so generous and welcoming! Couldn’t have asked for a better arcade to photograph my clients in.

This place is a blast for the entire family. It is well kept, clean, and a great value!! The foods good, the cocktails are great, and the service always seems happy to help. Anthony was a fun and attentive server, and he made sure our kids had a great time. Highly recommended!

I dont recommend getting a drink at the bar no refills $2.55 a little steep for a small diet Coke. You can go around the corner for less. Good place to take a teenager. Bring lots of money!

Gametime’s charm was it’s convenient location and quick fun. Swinging by while waiting for a movie to start was an easy way to kill time, and the prize area was a nice little extra.However lately it seems to have become a mess. We’re told there is no technician available when games break and that corporate is responsible for all the recent jackpot ticket changes. It’s very difficult to win tickets now and in turn get prizes with it - best to just come on Thursday for the $10 game play (you won’t win prizes but you’ll feel better for putting in $10 and having fun vs putting in $10 and only winning 2 ring pops).One of the employees, I believe his name is Sabdolah, has always been very kind and helpful though. He’s always friendly to my child and actually seems to care as well as do what he can to help when an issue arrises.The food is good too, the female bartender with the usual ponytail (name escapes me) has always been great and efficient when working with us.Overall if management keeps up the way they are, I cannot see this place surviving with Dave and Buster’s so close. I WANT it to thrive but corporate (I hope you read this) needs to step up to help this branch succeed.

First time here since I am on vacation. Very easy to get yiur cards and point and rewards. Dinning area is good too. We came on a slow night so not much crowd or noise. Bartender was great and drinks came out perfect. Will come back in the future.

From Air Hockey to Virtual Racing and Shooters, theres sure to be something for everyone in your party.If youre not careful, you can empty your wallet out pretty easily, but its a good time!The tokens and tickets are all electronic, they have reloadable cards that can store your tickets across multiple trips. Theres a counter to exchange tickets for prizes as well.

Our $50 play card got lost in the machine while we were playing a moving racing game - one of the first ones we played. They couldn’t do anything without a receipt. Management said “This happens all the time”Guys, if this happens all the time, make sure you help safeguard customers from this.

I just dont know why Dave and Busters is so much busier. This place is great and much cheaper too. Still $10 unlimited play on Thursdays after 8pm till close. They even have mini bowling. Daily food and game specials. Friendly courtesy staff that hustle and get the order right every time. Hey you DnB fans . Please stay there. I dont want the over crowding here.

A good idea unfortunately run by poor management. Very rude towards myself as a customer and aggressive over a small drink. Regardless of company rules he, I shall call him JM, but management will know him as John Mahr, should have dealt with the situation more professionally.He clearly can’t deal with customers and runs the place like a prison as he escorted us around the premises showing me signs of which one didn’t even have it on. I even threw the drink away so he got his “boss status” back but he continued to be very rude. He was very reactive and should have listened rather to answering back like a child, however, instead he got very irate to the point he would walk away and come back to shout at me more. Overall very poor game plan. Won’t revisit. Dave & Busters far superior offering.L

I have been here many times for Thursday night free play. It is always fun and the service is great. I hosted a surprise party last night here and am especially impressed. The staff were amazing and made sure we were having a good time while being highly attentive to all guests. Also the food and drinks were yummy! I recommend 100%.

Sat. August 26th 2016 2pm to 5pm .I wont discredit anyones personal opinion but let me just explain OUR experience at Gametime. One, we were greeted right away within 5 seconds.(which is known to be a must do in a customer service aspect). Two, 15 bucks ALL YOU CAN PLAY. I personally dont care about winning tickets. Its the experience that counts for my kids. Three, 2 bud lights, 2 Heineken bottles and 2 kids drinks $14.31. WOW really, thats is CHEAP. Ulises the Bar tender was great ! Lets see..... it took 45 seconds to get my drink .Both times ! Blake, he must be a Manager because he was on POINT! I watched him through out my time there and he was helping anyone and everyone that needed it! Great turn around guys and gals. Definitely encourage parents to bring their kids and enjoy. My family and I walked out and asked our self Where to eat ? We turned right back around and ate at Gametime. Food was great and waited 15-20 minutes for it. Great food. Just to add, I live my life on customer service and teach others for a living. 5 stars, hands down and I challenge anyone who has had a bad time prior to give it one more shot ! Taylor our waiter was GREAT !THANK YOU ALL ! One more thing, I didnt want to come to this place at first. I forced myself because of my son. Great move and daddy saved the day.

Food was ok, but the games were all ticket games for prizes. Not a lot of arcade games or variety.

The company of my colleagues was great and we had a fun Christmas party together. The staff was helpful, courteous and professional. The food was good. However, many of the machines were inoperable, which was a bit disappointing for a group activity. Couples and small groups would likely not have a problem.

Greatest family fun spot, this side of the Caloosahatchee! Tony gave us the best of service! 10/10 will definitely go back. Food is amazing and the large variety of games will make your day as fun as it can be!

Air hockey machine was covered in a sticky substance making play very hard. Lots of arcade games shut down. Pretty gross and sad.

We found Game Time on TripAdvisor when we were looking for a nearby sports bar to watch some Sunday football.When you walk in its predominantly games on the whole one side and a lot of excited kids having a fun time.On the other side is a fairly big open restaurant bar area but when we were there they were three huge kids birthday parties going on. I guess I didnt expect to see so many kids running around but we were able to see the football game we were looking for.We had some munchies and they werent bad but the service was terrific. I give it kind of a 50-50 rating for sports and food and if you have kids you will love the place because you can send them over to the game side and watch football to your hearts content on Sundays.

My family and I were the for my husband and my second oldest daughters birthday. Everyone totally enjoyed the games we played. On the other hand (concerning the restaurant) the pulled pork sandwich I order was not good at all. The waitress offer to replace it so in the end things worked out
