Not a huge park but still pretty nice to walk around by the river. Right by downtown Fort Myers so very fun area with lots to do. One of my favorite places to go on a night out.

Its a great place to come and chill. Relax and collect your thoughts, or just have a cup of coffee from the nearby Starbucks and enjoy the scenery.. The only reason why I didnt give 5 Stars is because of the crowd of homeless people who I think live here and take up every seat and table under the gazebo.. and because of those same people the public restrooms are usually packed and destroyed as well..

Spent the evening here handing out food for people in need. Its a beautiful location and has multiple spots with an awning/cover for when it rains or you need a break from the sun. Beautiful spot, right on the water. Definitely a nice place to get some fresh air and take in the scenery.

We bring our kids here all the time! So close to our home, great park, places to Run, walkway by the water, restaurants, Bars, Boats...

Took a walk on a breezy day. Facilities here are in good shape. Located in pretty urban environment, yet a gem of a place. This is whats good about Fort Myers. You are never too far from water and nature. Parking is ample and you need to pay at the meter. There was some kind of renovation work going on in a neighboring building, but that wasnt in the way. You can walk out to the pier. Plenty of duck and gulls to be seen. Gives you good view of the bridges connecting Fort Myers and Cape Coral. Not sure about fishing as I did not see many trying. Perhaps it was too windy and chilly. Many walk their dog and rightly so. Great place for kids to run around and take in the fresh air.

This is a place I can come an walk around and find beauty everytime in something new. I am peaceful when events are not going on so if you want peace make sure there is not an event!! The events are fun and exciting. Just a cool place for families, couples or just to be alone...

We went during the Taste of Lee, so there were many food trucks. You can walk out on a little bridge and watch the sunset.

I love it because it has lots of open space for different outdoor activities and has convenient and clean restrooms. I love flying kites there since it has no power cables nearby but has fairly good winds.

I believe this is a great place. I also think that its very sad, distasteful,and evil that they are kicking out the homeless and displacing them to no where with no resources. If only HUMANS REALLY HAVE A LOVING HEART

Its on the river, pier fishing is good but no swimming, parking is free, view is I retesting especially when marine traffic is present, however at the time of this writing there is a large homeless population living under the pavilion... Solar phone charging stations are available.

This is probably the nicest full sized park in Fort Myers. Theres a fountain, playground, fishing pier and of course the river and docks. Right now (Sept 2020) 1/2 of it is closed as they are renovating it and looks like they are adding some really cool stuff, like a soundstage and seating for events. Dont know how long its going to be closed but it should be even better when that half opens up again.It has Public restrooms and a lot of walking paths as well as a storm water Reservoir set up to help naturally clean storm water before returning it to the Caloosahatchee River. The Public Docks and Marina for boats is here as well and although it has a waiting list, live-aboards are allowed at this marina.

I would love to see the county and/or city do some upgrades. So the children have a nice park to go to.

Its turned from a nice family park to a homeless camp center. Its very sad nowhere for the homeless to go. Tried to get a table under the pavilion to do a memorial balloon release for my nieces wouldve been 18th b-day. And we couldnt even get anywhere the pavilion without being harassed and begged for money. It was quite upsetting.

This has always been a great place its not like when I was growing up but a romantic walk exercise or even photo shoot every second is unique here

HOMELESS DIRTY DANGEROUS PEOPLE LIVE HERE. I DONT FEEL SAFE HERE. The city should do something about this mess. We cant even enjoy our own TAX PAYER waterfront park.

It’s really nice, I’ve been here multiple times and it’s always been a good experience. I would recommend to not go during the night. The crowd changes during the night and it’s not as friendly, speaking from experience.

We had a lovely time playing pokemon go at the park and just having fun!

Lots of space to run around but the playground has seen much better days. One slide is removed and boarded off. Still the kids loved it and could run all over.

I love coming here. the new solar tree has a nice charging station, it would be nice if they had chair by the solar tree. It very nice, pets are aloud as most people see them as family. restroom near by as well.The city should replant the Grass by the Parking area and on the field. other then that .. amazing!

Its a great place to see the water and walk around. You can play volleyball, walk out to the pier and theres always ducks there to see.

This was a great spot to watch the sunset. Nice playground and splash pad! You could stroll down the path by the water or sit on benches in the shade.

Here at centennial Park for the Taco Fest 2020. Nice day, this park is a big open space. The event is also set up well. Sufficient trash receptacles and bathrooms in close proximity.

Great space for dogs. They have 2 parks, one for large and one for small dogs..., And my only Concern is they dont have trash bins around for the left overs their food

Its a lovely spot. Wonderful for biking or walking. Good fishing pier. Nice place to see mangroves.

Wonderful place and wonderful people. The Farmers Market was terrific! A must go to on Thursdays.

It has a beautiful view that is photo worthy. Perfect place to go for a jog or walk your dog or let your kids play.

Attended the Taco Fest for the second year in a row. It was awesome as usual! Great music, Food and Drinks! Really nice that Centennial Park hosts these sort of events. Would definitely attend more events like this in the future!

Very beautiful park with great views. A lot of history in the park and a neat place to enjoy alone or with friends and family. Play area for the kids and a lot of shady spots and pavilions. Parking is also free but if there is a huge event downtown they may charge you to park there. A lot of pretty walk ways. Good place for a jog or a place to walk your dog.

A small park but if your already down town then well worth a stroll through.

My father used to bring me and my brother rollar skating through here when we were kids lovely place of history....

Centennial Part is really nice to go to at sunset, great view at the water. We go a lot at sunset and stay a while doing Pokemon Go. There are lots of pokestops and gyms to go to and there are places to eat about 2 blocks away.

Good place for a walk along the river. There are facilities and a large covered pavilion. A short distance from many restaurants and shops. Swings for the kids.

Overall its a great place for kids to play, or for a stroll around when the weather is cooler. Theres normally people playing volleyball, working out, playing drums, and sometimes food trucks are open and you can even catch fire Benders if youre lucky! Most of the events of downtown are held there so if you wanna cheak it out Id suggest it! Parking can be a hassle sometimes tho so keep that in mind. PS. Its a GREAT place for playing Pokemon go!

Gret place for events. Went to the bbq festival recently and thought there would be more vendors. Still great food. Great music.. kudos Ben Allen band for final show. All groups were great. Community tent was great shade from the sun to eat and enjoy. Will be going next year!

Good price for decent food fairly quick in and out still not as good as the original but seems to be coming back I would give it another shot

Nice park on the water, has bathrooms and pavilions. Lots of bums early and late at night but never had any problems with them. Parking is under the bridge.

You would think downtown Fort Myers would make accommodations for the growth of their city. Everything is still the same size as it was 30 years ago.

So many homeless people. Had to help out .. with a bunch of food... we have a choice to be or not to be ..

Very nice park - can walk out on a pier where people were fishing. Great view of the sun setting, and experience a musician entertaining everyone.

Charming open air park right on the water. Walk to the center of downtown Ft Myers within 2 minutes. Have been to the Caloosahatchee Celtic Festival for the past 3 years and had a fantastic time!

Great park. Nice dining and sitting area and a walking path. I especially like the pier and the courtyard with the statues.

We were there for taco fest. Lots of parking, good area to roam around, great view of the water and bridge, clean bathrooms and lots of staff changing trash bags and keeping restrooms clean. This park also has a playground.

We went here during the summer months. Its the perfect place to walk around at night. Its quiet and peaceful just to sit and look out at the river. Its so close to downtown, you can park and walk downtown and then come to centennial Park. Weve only been here at night, hence the night time photos. One day we hope to come back and visit during the day, and then walk the shops downtown. ( They werent open when we came here at night)

Great park with plenty of swings and other play things for kids. All on a relaxing area next to the river with great views. There are a collection of homeless folks in the early morning. Ive been through there many times and have never observed a problem.

Great place for events. Beautiful setting on the river leading to the Gulf of Mexico. My family and I have been to a variety of things. Blues music on three stages. BBQ. Taste of Lee. And More.

Beautiful Park great place for a picnic or to watch the sunset

Located alongside the water, this Park is gorgeous. You will find a childrens playground and large art sculptures. As you walk along the park you will find a boardwalk that goes out inti the water, a small pier where you can enjoy gorgeous sunsets. There is also a boarding dock/ramp for boats and such. Plenty of parking all along the Park.

Always have a nice time at this park. Went today for a outing with the family. There was a Brazillian festival going on. Decided to stay and it was amazing the food was delicious and all the problem were amazing. Will definitely come back for the festival.

Great place for a walk with the dog. All the construction at the river is a little disheartening.. but the Riverfront is the best place in town to enjoy the sunshine.

Nice waterfront attraction for the whole family.Relaxing atmosphere to sit & bird, fish, or people watch.Residential properties nearby, so its overall a nice view if renting or visiting.

I rented the pavilion for my daughters birthday. Unfortunately when we arrived we had to ask all the homeless to leave. They literally moved out to the tree nearby. Then they came back and proceeded to sit at the tables on the other side of the pavilion. I asked them to leave again... I just feel like if you are paying to rent an area for a certain amount of time, they should post that it’s reserved and should be empty from (a-z) time. I don’t feel like me, as he renter, should be chasing people out of a Paid for space (continuously) while trying to host a party.

A nice breath of life beside the downtown night life. Gives you a moment to walk and relax after exploring downtown.

Bathrooms are relatively clean, lots of play area for kids, volleyball sand court, and plenty of space for dogs on leashes to enjoy.

Really nice park. Has a couple piers. I will enter there to fish, only caught a couple catfish. Did see a 3 snook while walking on the boardwalk.

Went 2 bacon jam and a really pretty girl commented on my hair while I was eating a really good hot CHURRO. I want another CHURRO, and I want to go to bacon jam again. How am I supposed to wait another year thank u have a great day
