It was very clean and well maintained. There were a lot of people coming to enjoy their lunch in the shade out under the big trees in the shade. Some were doing tail- gating. My friend and I chose it to meet using social distancing after not seeing each other in three years. It was perfect.

This is a nice little park and one of my son Freedoms favorites. Fun playground on sand and quiet location.

Nice park off of a busy side street. Theres a playground for the kids with picnic tables and restroom facilities just yards away. Farther out are soccer fields and tennis courts. Lots of beautiful trees and well maintained grass.

Nice park thats out of the way. Not too far from College Ave fast food spots so you can eat your take out food.

Nice area to bad the restrooms arent open. Makes it hard on someone that is there for several hours. The outhouse could use emptying and cleaning with sanitizer replenished.

Good place for your little kids but bathroom was not so good. Their toilet doesn’t have a door also one of homeless person, he always stays there.

Fun, sandy park. It does get warm in the sun but there are shady spots.

Has sand and good play equipment. Bathrooms and pavilion available, bathrooms may be closed for winter.

Decent park. Wish more people picked up their dog poop...but what can you do. Still one of my favorite parks

Nice little park. Theres not much here other than a simple playground, a tennis court, and an open field but theres usually some nice small children for your child to play with here.

I cant believe this is used for competitive youth field sports. It has very limited parking the field is in extremely bad shape, and is basically the outfield of a baseball diamond. Fort Collins needs to seriously step up its recreational facilities. Cities that are half the size have 10 times better facilities. There is not a single turf field (besides high schools) I in the entire city.

Nice park in unexpected location

Great little park on the south side of Fort Collins. Has a small playground, some swings, half-court basketball, a tennis court and a couple small shelters to eat under. Also has a softball field and some bathrooms. Its a great place to do lunch.

Great pavillion, convenient to bathrooms, grill, and playground.

Large beautiful area. Small kids playground. Probably good if you live in the neighborhood and want your kids close to you while they play.
