Great dog park. Very clean, with a thick layer of chips. Most people picked up their dog poop and wore masks around the entrance, and there were a ton of newish tennis balls around. We will definitely be back.

This is a LARGE park! Plenty of areas to enjoy...has a nice walking path around lake, great for sunrise, sunset, mountain views. Dog Park. Area for kiddos to play with prehistoric theamed art. Very nice modern bathrooms. Covered pavillions for cooking, and eating. Basket ball, tennis courts.

Big and lots to do!! Great kids playground, baseball diamonds, roller ice rink, skate park, dog park, splash pad, pavilions, running track, tennis courts, multiple paths, pond, parking on both sides of the park to enter from west or east, and bathrooms.

So very tranquil. With lovely trails and loads of places to sit in the shade or do activities.The waters are pristine and there’s loads of bird activities.

Great park. Its big with a playground, dog park, pond and large grassy areas. Even when its busy there, you can still feel like youre the only ones at the park.

This place is awesome nice paths to walk your dogs. Make sure you clean up after your dog. Ducks etc. At the lake there. As well as fishing and has a water area for kids only to play in.

Lots to do for the kids. Good equipment and space to run. Also places to sit stand or play for the parents.

Why do I love this place well not only does it contain beautiful scenery and healthy vegetation the people who use this area are friendly. They either mind their own or talk to you. There is bicyclists, joggers, runners, and walkers so you can do what you want. There is minimal shade and some parts specifically near water have a active smell its what you would expect.

Seems to have everything here, great for all ages. Best skate park in the city I think. There is a kids waterfall on the backside for when it gets warmer. A good size lake that you can fish in or just feed the ducks. Outdoor hockey rink is set up next to the parking lot. There are baseball fields and vendor sales during games. Tennis courts are lit at nightThe golf course is across the street.

Its a wonderful park with plenty of space for the kids to run and play. Its in a safe, clean location too. My only wish is more area for parents to sit to monitor play. There is only 1 bench, so Im usually watching from the sidewalk or grass.

This park was used for my sons cross country meet and we did a bit of exploring while we were there and I have got to say this is a nice park with a ton of different things to offer from a splash are, tennis courts, baseball/softball, and so much more.

Great park, small version of spring canyon. The dog park is small but mulch so the dogs dont get too dirty. The playground is great, it has tall swings, lots of climbing structures and obstacle course. At the the top of the hill is a great view of the foothills.

My daughter loves the playground at this park. It has one big picnic shelter and three small shelters.

Why tf is everything so steep? Also theres no banks except one that ends in a drop, theres a weird ledge that ends right before a wall and a massive block thats like 4 feet tall and makes very little sense. Park feels like it was designed by a civil engineer whose kid picked up a scooter one time.

We had our company picnic at the Pavilion and it was a great place for it.

Our child loved this park so much. There is a lot to do here. The only downside is that there isn’t much shade. On sunny days it can become overwhelming.This is a fantastic park for the kids though. Lots of fun and lots of unique play items.

Today was our first trip to Fossil Creek Park and we loved it. We are new to the area and in the Nextdoor app, a woman told me about a pug play group that meets here a couple times a month. The park is large and beautiful with lots of options

Fabulous park. This city park has a terrific play ground for kids, a large dog park, walking path around a large pond, tennis courts, and much more. It is my favorite park in a city with many great parks.

I visited on a weekday morning and I was the only one there for most of the time I was there. The park feels safe because there are housing developments around it and you can see all around the rather large park. There is a large open natural area as well as mowed grass fields, trees, a playground, a concrete walking path and several bridges over the creek that runs through the park. My dog loved the squirrels and the natural area. Very pleasant to take your dog.

We enjoyed a fun afternoon walking around the park. The kids loved the pelicans and turtles in the water.

Wonderful place to take a walk. Big grassy knoll to hang out at. Several pavilions, fishing lake, hockey rink, climbers in the making playground and more.

Lived here for 20 years and only just recently walked around the entire park....um, huge? Ginormous? It’s like the size of Rhode Island...love you City de Foco! I usually just swing by and hit the Pokéstops! Der be fossils in dis der Park, lots of information about the area and region geologically.Giggity!

We enjoy this park Evey year when we visit the area. It has a simple hike and after working up a sweat the kids can go cool off in the splash park. Very family friendly.

Baseball fields are on the north side, west of the in-line hockey rink. Because the heart of any park is all about playing, the awesome playground is in the center. In the summer there is a water park next to the giant lake and in the winter, the large hill serves as a sledding hill. They even put hay bales around possible obstacles like trees and metal poles of the picnic shelter.

Great younger childrens playground here. Next to a skate park and a roller hockey rink.

Great place to go pokemon hunting. Its great for a lot of activites. If your looking for a hill for sledding this park works

Great place to take kids. Playground was very fun for all ages - unique pieces to play on. Some trees for shade and benches to sit on. Went to sprinkle Park area which was small but great to cool down.

Lovely park to take a walk around, but theres almost no shade so prep in advance with sunscreen and water. It has a couple nice structures with picnic tables and a large playground with plenty of activities for kids.

I love this park. Its very expansive with something for everyone....tennis courts, walking path around ponds, Skate park, kids playground and a large, well maintained dog park.

There is not a lot of shade here, BUT we were able to do a little workout on the softball field which after searching for available fields turned up nothing was an awesome surprise! Kids / coaches need places to work on skills! Grassy areas do not help ballplayers develop good glove skills, etc. Thanks Fossil Creek Park.

Very similar to spring creek park but unique in its own way. The playground has awesome swings and elements of adventure courses. A beautiful lake. The dog park is a little smaller and lacks a swim pond. The dog park has a mulch ground covering and was very clean.

Nice place, could use a lot more shade, its wide open and hot in the summer.

Really fun park even for younger kids...my 2 year old loves climbing on the rock blocks. Good for older kids too!

Fossil Creek Dog Park and park is a great place to spend time. There are usually a few dogs at the dog park to play with, and walking around the lake is pure joy! Its a lovely place to stroll and catch up with a friend, or just enjoy the amazing variety of birds in the area.

I truly love this park and the people and dogs that come to it. Its relatively pretty safe too

Lots to do, very spaced out. Very well kept, had lots of fun at the playground with the little one. Tried to do some fishing but no bites however the ponds are very pretty

Large area for dogs to run with a few patches of grass but mostly wood chips. There’s usually balls all over the place for your dog to play with. The water fountains are currently shut off so don’t forget to bring your pup water!

More like a park doe the neighborhood. The reservoir is quite small. But overall family friendly quite and peaceful park to hangout with friends or family.
