We were searching for a nice looped trail which is stroller friendly, and here it is. The main attraction is Lake Fayetteville Lake Trails loop. The trail connects to different parks and Razor back trails. The loop trail is a moderate effort one, which tracks around 6 miles.Even though, it’s paved between woods, some parts are not under the shade. So better to have some Sunscreen, if you going on a sunny day. Also there is a natural trail which runs adjacent to the paved one
Great place. Like the food-truck park nearby. Also like the benches around the lake. Place feels safe, is clean, and maintained.
Great park between Fayetteville and Springdale. Fun disc golf course. The walking path is a solid 5+ miles! I havent been able to finish a full loop yet, but it definitely gives me something to strive for! Was relatively busy but the vast size didnt make it feel crowded. I saw plenty of people on the trail and disc golf course, but the layout and foliage made it so there were times I felt like I was in nature by myself.
Nice place to kayak. They have equipment you can rent, fair prices, and a really nice staff.
This place is amazing to walk alongside the lake, through bridge, and around the trails. There are cool curves around the trail if you ride a bike. The atmosphere tends to be super chill and original. Super duper recommended 10/10
Rode the bike trail, had a great time. Lots of off road stuff for mountain bikes. Theres a tool station by the dam under the information booth thing. Recommended.
Very prettyWhile we were sitting there, saw a really big fish jump to catch a bugAwesome spot in the heart of the city
I love the variety of woods, streams and water. Lake Fayetteville is a beautiful place to walk, bike or just chill.
Beautiful place. Well out together. The fusc golf course there in northshore is gorgeous
Im so incredibly saddened by the poor condition of this play structure and park area. Broken swings, weeds growing through play mats, mud and trash on play equipment, obvious vandalism, broken swings and hazards for tripping into dangerous ground, large tree branches on roofs and equipment. Play structure is dated and mostly broken. I would like to see improvement. Until I do, this is the truth and listen up. Right down the road is Johnson Park. Take that road next to Golden Corral and follow it out until you get to EZ-Mart. The park is across the street. Its 20 years older than lake Fayetteville Park but they care about kids there.
A really beautiful park with lots of paved walking and off road exploring.I did notice that some of the off road bike trails were washed out..like 10ft drop washed out,so I would careful until these are fixed. But I think this is a great place, there is fishing and canoeing and running and biking so lots of options. The main trail doesnt have doggy bags so bring your own.
Nice little park, but, bathrooms are closed ! I did not see any portables either ! Public fishing dock could use some maintenance. Grass was cut and no trash was visible on the grounds but suggest a civic group might want to clean shorelines.
Had dinner with kids and let them play. Clean and quiet so peaceful
Its been a while since we were here, and weve always enjoyed the place, but with no public restrooms available now it really limits the time you can spend here. I realize that the pandemic dictates increased cleaning, etc, but its something the city should do to allow outdoor activities.
Not much shade in some areas so go early or late in the day. The nature trails are nice.
Disc golf course needed a little love.
I walk here also. Great to get outside. Some people on bikes are a little rude to walkers. But some walkers are careless where they walk on paths. Most are good people and share well.
The park is extremely scenic and well maintained. A wonderful place for a walk, bike ride or family picnic. You cannot go wrong.
Amazing place! Beautiful nature!
Nice place to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet .
Bike or walk around the crowded popular lake, 6 miles. I recall when it was a dirt bike trail around the lake. Now it has a nice two lane paved trail that is linked to the greater Razorback Green Way. Walk south to see the foot bridge and rock features at the end of the lake.
North shore disc golf course is awesome.
I love this park. Its a huge lake. There is a biking and walking trails. You can also horseback here if you want to. Ample parking. I love that there is a food trucks nearby. I highly recommend this park.
I came to pay disc golf from Ft. Smith and I have to say its a very nice course although a bit tough to navigate if you cant memorize the course layout on the map at hole one. Theres a marker at each tee box but several times I walked up to a tee pad that was a different hole. And honestly it would be nice if each hole marker had a hole layout because again, memorizing each hole at hole one is difficult, and that makes making decisions about how to play each hole more difficult. The course itself was well maintained however and still enjoyable.
Very nice place to walk. Safe a
Lovely area to walk the dog. Not overly crowded.
Very good place to spend a day with the family and enjoy the outdoors. Healthy environment.
We parked at a small building that is closed M-F during school hours. There is a nice paved trail that is approximately 5 miles around the lake. Its large enough to walk side by side and have someone pass you. There is also a disc gold course and some unpaved nature trails that lead to the water. It wasnt very busy but Id still hide and lock valuables left in the car. Dog friendly. A food truck park is nearby.
Great biking and hiking trails. You can even fish and rent or launch your own kayaks.
Good times and great places abound at Lake Fayetteville! There are three parks, disc golf, kayaking, fishing, food trucks, dog walking at its best (bring a bag please), the beautiful Botanical Garden of the Ozarks and plenty of trails for hikers and bikers of all levels. All of the ingredients for world peace. The only negative is that when it is warm and nice outside everybody has the same idea and itll be a bit crowded (especially the paved trail).
Great trail for biking or walking!
Love staring out at the lake
Great place to have fun and enjoy. Ride a bike or take a walk. Go for it. Play ball!
One of the best place for outdoor activities.
We walk the 5.25 mile Fayetteville Lake trail and it was great. So many wonderful smells of nature and cool breeze from the lake.
We enjoyed gardens n chickens and beautiful butterflies
Its a cute place to relax for a bit
Great place on a cool day it was 100 when we went....
It has a nice pier to fish from and is handicap accessible
This park is amazing if you enjoy going on long walks, or riding bikes on a very scenic trail.
Nice facilities, wonderful staff at the boat & bike rental place and we enjoy the paved walking/biking path, much of which is shaded.
Awesome staff. Poor fishing. Never have I even gotten a bite off those docks. You have to go to the Veterans park off of Zion rd and down to the back where there are coves to even get a good bass or catfish.
Cant wait to go back & explore more
Great place to run and beautiful scenery. Family friendly.
Such a beautiful experience. I love walking this trail with my son. I love watching the butterflies in the wild flowers and just soaking up the beautiful feelings in the air. There is something about bodies of water that is just so calming and relaxing. It makes me feel happy and content just being around
Great for walking, hiking, biking, fishing, and just being outdoors. There are baseball fields and a disc golf course as well.
Nice. Lots to do with decent pricing
Great paved loop trail around the lake. Short
Great little Fishing lake. We caught almost all of our Fish between the dock and the dam!
Great place to walk or bike ride! Great paved Trails!
Great place to bike or walk.
One of the best places in Fayetteville to have a casual, great time. Kayaking, mountain biking, road-biking, walking-hiking, volleyball and disc golf are a some of the things the park has to offer.
Great place for a hike, trails range from a walk in the park to a trek through the forest on a dirt path, one of the easier places out there. There is a playground on a trail route.
Nice park. Great views.
Beautiful and lots to see and explore.
I love this place u can kayak
Its a nice place to ride a bike and eat with a very beautiful view
Great place to hike if you like to hike for a long time

Great trails. Well maintained!
Awesome 5.5 mile trail, marked every quarter mile. Weather was amazing, been a really hot summer.
Fun! The walking trail is nice amd quiet, and paved all the way around. Great place for walking, biking, running.
Great place to spend the day!
Beautiful park, love walking the trails, and seeing really pretty views.
The park has great views, great for bike riding or running with the kids. Cheap bike rentals.
Great place to take your family. You can rent bikes, trikes, canoes, kayaks and etc. Good place to fish and play
Had nice time
The view was amazing..
No reason to hate it! It had a lot of bugs, but I mean Im not gonna hate on nature.
Good place to enjoy the outdoors and close to town
Calming, beautiful, nature at its best, people are friendly along the trails, great place for you to sit and watch the sunset or you and your dog to enjoy long walks
Love this beautiful park! With miles of hiking and biking trails, a beautiful lake shore walking path, and scenic views, this is a must see!
A magical 5 mile loop that brings all types of people together. I hiked, biked, ran, and had my weekly therapy sessions here many days.
Its a great trail for running
Nice trails, good volleyball courts, plus bathrooms.
A true Fayetteville gem. One of the special things that make this a great place to live.
Best smal nature trails...
Nice area clean relaxing walking/bike trails nice area for kids to place and there are plenty of Pokemon to catch for Pokemon go
