This place is the best bang for your buck when it comes to family entertainment in Fayetteville. So much to do all in one spot. The have some really cool arcade games and the artwork in the mini golf section is amazing. We always enjoy going here.

This is an amazing place to have an outing! I go here all the time with my family. Its budget and family friendly. The concession stand prices are amazing. However, Its a cash only place. Also, Its a movie theater, an arcade, and a mini golf course all in one.

This was fun & pricing was reasonable. Im not sure about the staff they were kinda all over. The mini golf was cool, I didnt care for the staff over there I felt like we were being watch or seemed as we were being careless.

This was quite an experience! So much fun! There were a ton of games to play and plenty of prizes to chose from. Such a great group of people. We will certainly be back next time we are in town!

My kids would come here everyday if they could; and who am I kidding, me and my husband would too! We enjoy the games just as much as they do. They have a wide variety of games for everyone and their prize selection is pretty impressive too. The only downfall for us is spending too much money because we always end up going back to the card kiosk for more credits. lol! Great place!

Absolutely the best experience! We had a birthday party for my niece here and from start to finish everything was great. We were greeted, attended to, but left alone to enjoy ourselves without having employees hover and make us feel rushed. We werent rushed to get out of the party room once our hour was up. Every employee was great, helpful, and happy! The games were fun too. We will definitely have parties here again. Cant beat the price and atmosphere.

This place has a great welcoming atmosphere when you walk in and faces happy to see you. You will find yourself hard pressed to find a broken game here as well. The prices are very affordable for the games being so current along with practical, current, and unique prizes. Out of all the ones in the area this one we came to the most. Plenty of bang for your buck a must stop when in the area.

I came to the location to take the kids out for fun. On my previous visit I spent $100 for credits on three cards. Due to the kids losing two cards I asked for the balances to be transferred to the remaining card I had in my possession. The two girls at the front said they couldn’t do it. I requested a manager who later completed the request. Then I went in to order Hot Dogs for me and the kids. One of those same girls at the front refused to complete my order saying they are not serving Hot Dogs right now. I requested a manager who later said they don’t prepare Hot Dogs throughout the week, that it was only on weekends. Keep in mind nothing is posted on the cafeteria area of the Arcade. The level of service I received just shows Omni Entertainment could care less about service and honoring customers choices that are readily displayed on their food menu. The experience other times has been swell, but with this group of people operating the business is sure to decline. This is my last visit

The games and people were pretty good. They kept the snack bar locked up, IDK why. We will return.... it was a lot of fun.

Had fun with the family. A good selection of games for everyone from preschoolers to adults. They even have two mini-bowling lanes! We liked having all of our credits (tokens) and prize tickets on a card instead of having to keep track of them in our pockets or a bad. The staff was helpful when needed, even when the place was very busy.

Best bang for the buck of all arcades weve visited. My daughter played FOREVER on $20. Their games are priced much better than other places. Dave & Busters games that are 6 - 8 credits can be played for 4 at Omni. Our only problems are that it hot in many spots (so crank that AC), and there are no 3+ player racing games. Therefor me, my wife, and my daughter cant race (at the same time) like we love doing. Upgrade at least one racer to 3/4 cars, cool the building off more and you are at 5 stars. Well be back for sure!

Everytime I visit this place, which is about every month in a half with my family; they alwayd have new games to play. The Pirate golf course sucks though. They should maybe trade it out for a walking dead VR walk through game.

Been coming to this since I was six and the movie was a dollar. I’m never disappointed when I come here and now I bring my nephews and nieces here too. I love all the new updates and they keep the same prices. Just a wonderful place to hang out with family and friends.

My kids loved this location. A hidden gem in Fayetteville NC to take the kids to. Old and new games plus the fun of black lights. The games are digital pay with a reloadable card. Yes, when you try to drive there you feel as though you are getting lost, yes, your GPS is not wrong.

I LOVE the new additions they have! And the price for the tickets to put on the cards is still unbeatable to the other arcades around here. My children had a lot of fun. Defiantly will be coming back again.

Best arcade in Fayetteville hands down. All new and fun games to play, even bowling. Definitely a HUGE upgrade and fun for not just children but for adults as well. I would compare it to a Dave and busters without the restaurant half. Reccomend.

My family and I had an amazing time. Or ashes ranged between 14 months old and 41. The teenagers enjoyed everything also. It wasnt overly crowded. The food was good and it wasnt overly priced. The blacklight golf is lots of fun and you get to do two rounds. There have older video games that are still lived as well as newer games. I would definitely recommend for family night out or even a date night. They no longer use actual tokens and paper tickets. They use a card for your tokens and the tickets are all uploaded on your card.

Love it! This is 100% better then a Dave and Busters. It doesnt matter if youre 5 or 55 you will have a blast! Game prices are very reasonable. Lots of different activities to choose from. Blacklight indoor mini golf to full scale outdoor mini golf, movie theater and dinner options! I highly recommend this for any and all occasions. Never will I go to chuckie cheese again!

The staff is friendly but they seem overwhelmed with the lines at redemption. It definitely seems like something can be done to make it more efficient. The new card system is amazing! No more ticket eater lines! They registered my game card so they can transfer my tokens and tickets in case I lose it! They have a new black light side that my kids love! A lot of new games! My family enjoy this place even more now! One downside from before was only accepting cash but they take cards now! There is a $5 minimum in the food area, but that is a normal occurance you see in businesses. Any time we had problems or misunderstandings with games the staff took the time to sort things out for us. We love this place and recommend it for people of all ages! My husband and I enjoy the games just as much if not more than the kids! Saturdays can be super busy though.

We LOVE this place. Tons of fun for the whole family and the prices are not bad. You can even use tickets earned in the arcade for rounds of putt putt instead of cheap little prizes. I thought that was a great option for adults who dont want to get little toys.Downside was the black light putt putt was down and it broke my kids heart. He quickly recovered when we told him wed go to the arcade instead.

It was reasonable, family group of about 10. The only problem is that some of the games need to be repaired, my son should have gotten 1000 tickets and it was not honored by the staff, he said the arrow wasnt exact. OK! I should have taken a photo, the second time around it was not even as close but the machine gave him 1000 tickets. I brought it to the guys attention he seem to have been having an attitude. Other than that the kids had a blast (Ages 4-13).

Awesome place to bring the kids on a hot and humid North Carolina day. Good prices with lots of games and activities. They have indoor glow in the dark Putt-Putt, a large arcade, cheap movies, and an outdoor Putt-Putt as well.

My Son always has a blast, and I cant say I dont enjoy it as well. They just added a new wing and tons of new games as well. The staff is always super friendly and quick to respond when there is an issue. They never have an issue when my Son needed tokens refunded because a game didnt work correctly. Been going for years, we love it.

Like Chuck e cheese but better!Has many games for all ages was 20 dollars for 130 tokensGames are 2 to 8 tokens eachI got a lot of food here was okay priced but I thought Im hungry and if no one gets food they wont sell it anymore. Well I figured out after I ate that they have more tables where you buy it lol. I would have ate in there since it was separated and more space.Anyways place has area for small kids and the huge main area room and then a cool black light room with many games for self or groups.My son ran around and I ate lol.I saw second time we went that they do have security guards which is very nice!!! Also, the movies had guard too so that is great for families!

First and last time visiting.. I brought my son here to have some fun after a long day at Fayeteville State’s Homecoming..A lot of the games were out of order and only ONE ticket eater!! We get to the counter to redeem tickets for prizes and the clerk said “I can’t count tickets right now, I’m only redeeming tickets.” “You’re going to have to stand in line at the ticket eater..” He said this because it was only one other person working the counter. WHAT?? Mind you there’s only ONE ticket eater working! Ten or more people in line with bags of tickets!! Omni fix your raggedly equipment so the ticket redemption process won’t be so tedious! And clearly post rules when there is a limited staff working!

Workers are nice, theyve updated this place to a great family fun place. Costly if you stay long or have lots of kids...lol. Fun, fun, fun

There are other places in the Fayetteville area that are better than here. I regret coming to this place not because theyre disrespectful but because my daughter still wouldve rather went somewhere else. Took my 4 kids there today as a way to just get them out of the house. My youngest has special needs and gets either over excited or over emotional. She was excited about this helicopter game, she loves helicopters. Anyway, her token hit the bonus and the machine started spitting out tickets. This guy who works there came up and said that I needed to make her keep it down as to not offend others there. I looked at him like are you serious right now? My daughter was no louder than any other child in there. Screw this place, I will never spend another dime at any of the Omni businesses.

The place it self is decent but they dont take debit/credit cards to pay for tokens so if you dont carry cash in 2016 (which a lot of people dont) you have to use their ATM. This ATM charged my card twice and did not dispense the money for it and they will not do anything about it. I have to dispute it with my bank and hope that when the ATM is balanced it ends up being over that amount. No one there seems knows when that is by the way. I will not be returning here.
