We had a small party for our 8 yr old. The kids had fun. The pizza was great. I liked that they had a cafe on site; the staff was attentive; and we were all able to keep an eye on our children from our seats.
It’s a great jump place for smaller children. We had our party there this weekend. Our party host Wyatt was ready when we arrived, very responsive and attentive. We picked the jump floor space and it’s a great space. The entire building is maintained well. The spaces are decorated well. The check in process is quick. The kids enjoyed the jump area but got bored quickly. Customer service from other team members needs to be worked on, the cheerfulness was lacking even when I was expressing the kids enjoyed it. Many of my adult parents tried the cafe and loved it. That’s a nice perk for adults watching kids jump and honestly differentiates them from other local jump places. They are adding indoor cycling which should be a great addition for parents. I wish they would have added more options for jumping the place appears large from the outside but the jumping activities are not many when compared to Defy. The best part is keeping an eye on jumpers is easy.
Been to a few trampoline parks and this was very nice, especially being that its not one from a big commercial chain. I like that its clean, orderly, theres a little playground outside and they have food and drinks inside you can purchase. The prices are competitive and the staff are very friendly, but best of all, the jump areas were fun (we had 3 kids, ages 4 and 5) for kids of all ages and sizes. Highly recommend, we will be back again and again.
A fun activity for everyone to enjoy, I highly recommend it to any and everybody looking for a place to let loose and have a great time!!!
JPs is fun, clean and the staff are very helpful. Support them with your business and grab a great coffee at their cafe. They are locally owned and operated. Lets get them through these weird times.
Nice place ! Kids had fun, and we were able to relax and drink coffee ! Definitely recommend!
Very fun place. My kids had a blast. It was big and not crowded. Its still under construction, so be careful if you go with little ones. I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 because their lockers are a nightmare to use. They should have user friendly lockers. Even with the instructions on the door they are extremely difficult to use, because the keys get locked when you insert it and you wont have a way to retrieve it, and you may end up losing your quarters. I opened it to grab my wallet to get something from the cafeteria and I lost the last 15 minutes of our play time standing next to the open locker waiting for the only lady who knew how to make it work (who was working at the front register) to come because the rest of the staff didnt have a clue on how to use them, and we were all unable to close it back. They were all very nice, but they just couldnt make it work. After the girl who supposedly knew how to make it work came she was also unable to retrieve the key, so she just offered me to put our things on a cubby, but I had my wallet and my kids phone on it, so I couldnt put that on a cubby. Other than the issue with the lockers we had a great time.
Very fun. Clean and nice staff.
It was really fun the only thing that was bad were the overpriced food and drinks, for example they have paper thin pizza thats super greasy thats $12.14; Then the drinks including a bottle of water is over $2.
Clean, well maintained, super reasonable prices for admition, snacks, and memberships.
The staff was so polite and interactive. The snack bar is great. We took advantage of military and home school night on Tuesday. Great workout for the entire family.
Its visibly huge .. but the inside is so so so small... It doesnt have enough staff to keep the games going in each location.. It stinks...The staff was friendly.. But seriously charging someone for a mcds plastic playground and calling it a climbing experience is ridiculous.. Like I said ..not worth the money at all.. Winston Salems 2 jump places are huge and worth the drive and money
Most smallest trampoline place i ever been in. They were doing construction and i got paint on my hands. The place was pretty empty. My kids had the place to themselves which was definitely a plus for me
My 4 kids had a fantastic time going with their uncles. Staff were super friendly. The place is super clean. And they have a legit coffee bar. We had a blast!
We LOVE this place! It truly is our happy place. It is clear a Mom designed this facility. There is one way out of the jumping area to ensure children are safe and can be seen. This facility is always kept clean and tidy. There is plenty to do here to keep everyone engaged, busy and happy. They continuously strive to maintain and improve. We love the new climbing area inside and outside. The snack bar has lots of tasty goodies for reasonable prices. Membership is priceless. For less than one doctor visit co-pay, our membership IS our therapeutic sanctuary that we can use any day/time the facility is open! We more than get our moneys worth. The staff is always amazing, helpful, kind and welcoming. Truly a rare gem anywhere, but especially for Fayetteville! Our quality of life is so much better having you along our journey! Thank you! Abundant blessings and success!
This was our first time at Jump Master’s and we enjoyed it. It will definitely be our go to place to jump. I like the fact that it wasn’t overly crowded and they had a game room for when my youngest got tired. Great environment!!
My family enjoyed jumping
Ever since Defy has come to town, they have gone down hill. No soap, no food service, no communication and no motivation. For it to be a Saturday night, it was pretty dead. I didnt mind that there wasnt any crowd, however, there was no presence of the people that worked there either. I feel they could at least lower the price a few dollars to try and make it a little more competitive and attractive, especially since they cant compete on ant other level. Anyway, its a good alternative if you want to avoid the crowds.
Not crowed like other places. Plenty of room to do various things. Staff and visitors tend to be friendly. Only a few downsides such as the temperature inside the jump area or things to do as a solo person etc. But over all will come back in the future
Jumping was a good time with reasonable prices. Restaurant was a over a 20 minute wait for a children’s 9” pizza and there were almost no other customers. Play here, eat elsewhere.Still waiting on my pizza.
This place is really clean and has a lot of space for children to have fun. Very welcoming from start to finish. You can tell the staff cares a whole lot about their customers. The staff is very polite and work very hard. My 10 year old comes here very often and has a lot of fun. I went to buy something at the cafe and their wait times aren’t at all that long. This place is definitely worth going to.
WE HAD A GREAT TIME !!! Kids and adults can jump around and have a blast . ( floors are kinda like trampolines ) They have plenty of room to play .
They have various ticket deals throughout the week. Smaller than other trampoline parks but way less crowded so still a better time in my opinion. Also- the food! The little cafe in this jump park is to die for. Definitely gives it an edge on other trampoline parks that have cruddy little snack bars. Also, this facility is very clean and the owner and staff are all sweethearts.
This place is amazing! I brought the entire family from 18 months to 11 years old. It was clean, fun and not overly crowded! The staff was friendly and so helpful the entire visit. We drove past two other trampoline parks for a 40 minute total drive but was worth the extra time in the car. One way in and one way out ensured safety and no one leaving without me knowing We WILL be back!
Kids love it. Personnel that are supervising the kids are very, very good. Only one not so good experience and it was with the girl that served us the Late and frappe. She was kind of moody and not nice and the they were extremely sweet! Other than that, great place!
Want to give a big thank you to Kate (GM) and the owner. I was walking to my car and noticed a dent in the bumper I had not seen before. As I was walking back to the shop two women pulled up and asked what happened. I explained the situation and she said she was the owner and she will be glad to have someone review the film. The second car asked as well and mentioned she was the GM. Both ladies looked as if they were leaving for the day. The GM pulled her car over immediately and said let me look at the video feed. Ultimately, we discovered it happened before my arrival. However, the professionalism of the owner and the GM speaks highly of the operation here. I will recommend this place to all my associates and friends. Thank you again!
I’m a parent of 13 year old and a 3 year old who comes here a lot and frankly they’ve had so much fun. The court monitors work really hard and will interact with the kids. I can tell that this place works really hard and puts a lot of effort in what they do. This place is one of the only child friendly trampoline parks. The staff is amazing and super nice. This place is amazing and I wish I could rate it over 5 stars. My child had a birthday party here recently and it was easy to set up, work with staff, and all the children really enjoyed it. I definitely recommend to anyone who is thinking about coming.
This was my first time there and I loved it!! The staff was friendly and the food was good. A family fun time business everyone will enjoy
Great place for smaller children compared to other locations in town
We attended for a birthday party and it was awesome. Not as elaborate as the other trampoline park but its just exactly what it is a TRAMPOLINE PARK! No gimmicks. Its a great place. Its got good rates and memberships. Staff was friendly (one of younger employees was a little low energy, but Ill give that a pass. She gave me a little advice.). Ill definitely take my 6 year old again some time. Its definitely a workout.
I just dont know how to explain how fun it was
So much fun and great family time while being super active for fitness
There was not a crowd, so it was perfect for us.
Nice clean environment! Staff was friendly great service!
I love this place, is like having your own Chalk and the kids jumping around are like little Paratroopers
I had a great time with the kids. Very nice place. It is smaller than then Defy but the price reflects that. The staff when we went were absolutely pleasant. The staff was helping the kids and playing with the kids. I felt like my kids where safe there, unlike Defy( really big/crowded) which makes it very hard to keep and eye on your kids. Here I could sit in one spot and see everybody in the place. Which makes it easy to watch your kids. The seating is very limited here. I had to sit on the floor. They also have a cafe ( New Deli), which was very good. Overall I am very pleased with our experience. Oh and Monday night is family night ( 4 tickets and socks) only $40, for 1 hour.
What a fun gem in Fayetteville! Its clean, the staff are very friendly, and it doesnt have that old gym smell many trampoline parks can get. The front lobby is super warm and inviting, and they have a Cafe with a coffee bar! The party rooms are really big and the whole feel of the park is welcoming. Its a great spot to get the kids to burn off some energy while parents can have a coffee and reconnect... Or the whole family makes some fun memories! Definitely a must see for visitors and locals!
Clean and friendly staff. I prefer this one than the other 2 I use to go to.
Went with my nieces and it was AWESOME. I would go again.
Awsome place, staff is great with the kids. Safe place where young kids have there own area and are allowed to venture outside so works great for my girls separated by 3 years. I got both of my girls memberships small monthly fee and they can jump as often as for as long as they want. Cant beat that at all.
Best place ever
Absolutley the best! I take my 2 year old here all the time, and she loves it! They provide plenty to do, as well and having a staff that really engages with the customers. My toddler thinks she’s able to do what the older kids are, and the safety monitors always watch her (while I also am), and make sure older kids are aware that a smaller child is there so she doesn’t get hurt. Love this place!
My son had a birthday party for my 6 yr old granddaughter last Saturday here and it was Awesome. They got to play for an hour or so on the trampolines then they had 45 min to enjoy the cake and drinks open presents and play with friends in the party room. Every party room gets a special person to assist and help supervise and clean up. Ours was very curious stayed out of the way of pics while making sure all went smoothly. I would definitely recommend this place for any kind of parties for kids. Of just a day to hang out with family.
We take my little guy here ever so often and its never really too busy, especially during the weekdays. The staff are friendly and helpful. I always see the staff jumping and playing with the little ones if mom is taking a break on the couches watching. Also smoothies here are great to have after a nice session of jumping! :P
I ended up in the hospital with a level 3 sprain
I love this place! Nicest staff and very clean! Much more kid friendly than Defy!
We came during the Spring Break promo and the kids LOVED it. Its a good place to get some energy out! We left exhausted. That foam pit is no joke!
Fun place at a great price. Smaller and less stuff than the Defy chain, but this is local family built and run, and they have a coffee as sandwich shop inside. Also had pretty comfortable couches for parents to view children, but that space is limited. The staff was friendly and inviting. We went for a birthday party, and the parents seemed pleased with the choice.
Wanted to talk about the chicken wings. I wanted the bourbon wings they were out. Because I cant stand the buffalo flavored ones I chose lemon pepper ones and they were terrible. They were over cooked and way too dark so they were dry. There was no sauce it was just an EXTREME salty lemon powered stuff all over them. It was so much I had to take a napkin and wipe it all off. Makes me wonder if the bourbon ones I wanted but they said they were out had powered topping also. Dont get the lemon pepper wings....Buffalo Wild wings they are not.
Good pricing. They offer military discount. Which is always a plus. My kids went. They said it was mostly for smaller children. They are 13 and 11.
Ive wanted to go here ever since we saw the sign that they were building it. Timing never worked out until tonight and we cant wait to go back. Theres a cafe, small arcade, plenty of jumping area, massage chairs and more. The exercise class was what brought me here and Im sure after the fun I had tonight, I will be back each week. Friendly staff is a huge plus!
My gaggle had an awesome time here! We certainly will be back soon.
A very nice and clean place. Friendly staff and good food.
Great place. Good snack bar. It is better for kids 10 and under because it is not very big but my 12 y/o had a blast in the dodgeball area.
Best place ever to run off energy in young children! Well worth the cost and great for parties
Kids always have a great time when we take them to burn off some energy. Staff is friendly and the facility is always clean.
Yesterday was our first time here. Absolutely amazing facility, we truly appreciate each staff member and how they interacted with us and our children. We will be back.We have taken our kids to another jump park and were very disappointed with the rude staff and how the older kids were allowed to take over entire areas of the park.JP Jumpmasters was the perfect environment for our 10 and 12 year olds.We loved playing games before our jump time, the facility was bright and clean and open. and you really cant beat the prices. The coffee from the cafe was fantastic and my husband had a pulled pork BBQ sandwich from the cafe, Elite catering and he could not stop raving about how delicious it was.The waiting area for the adults was so comfortable, I did not get a chance to try the massage chairs but that is on my list for next time.We will see you again soon thank you for providing such a wonderful experience for a family. The Lees
This place was awesome. I was there with my 5 month old son for a friends sons birthday party. While I had to pay for me, I didnt have to for my son and he was able to get a little fun out of it. The party coordinator assigned to the party was so helpful and friendly, helping to set up and then clean up after the mayhem that is a kids birthday party.
Wonderful place! Staff is awesome! Grandson had a blast.
The facility is great and kids have alot of fun, however if you plan on attending, ensure you call ahead to ensure there is not a party taking place because your kids wont be able to jump. I planned the morning out, the schedule read open from 10 til 9pm, drove to the place just to get turned around. I asked if I had missed something on the schedule or the hours of operations but I guess the park could be closed for a private event if its booked and unless you follow them of their Facebook account; the public who might be making plans to attend wont know about until you get there.
My kids love going here! It is a safe and family friendly place! The staff is very friendly and I love the options from the cafe!
Love this indoor trampoline park!Locally owned, and locally operated, which is a bonus in my book!We came here for my 2 year old birthday and he loved it. There werent long lines, nor was it crowded. Perfect for small children.
JP’s is absolutely amazing. The owner and the staff work extremely hard and take time to ensure everyone is having fun. JP’s is a great place to take the whole family. They have fun arcade games, great snack bar and very clean play area.
My son loves the basketball pit
Was completely deceived by the online photos. Tiny little place with little to nothing to offer. They also forgot to mention you HAVE TO purchase “their” socks. After paying $56 for a group of 4, we attempted to get a refund. The front desk employees contacted the manager via phone, and appeared terrified to do so. They handed me the phone and explained why we would like our refund. She offered free smoothies! Really! Very unsatisfied! Will stick to Defy Gravity which we normally pay about the same however, they have so much more to do! Ugh!! My living room offers more excitement!!
I think the owner of this place did an amazing job and her cause is even more grand. I absolutely love that she brought something to do..to this side of Fayetteville. The facility is well designed, very clean and spacious. Kate the General Manager is awesome and their staff is very professional! I love that they partnered with New Deli! The only thing that I would suggest is reviewing the start time policy... every 30 minutes is just too big of a gap to have kids waiting. If I check my kids in 5 minutes after the hour, thats 25 minutes of them asking me when they can start. Please consider going to 15 minutes increments. Again, great job with the facility.
My family had so much fun at JPs Jump Masters. My nephews had their birthday party there and the hosts were so friendly and accommodating. They were always asking if we needed anything and were so helpful at setting up. They were friendly with the children and even hugged our kids. There are plenty of trampolines and it never felt overly crowded. There is a foam pit, a dodgeball arena and a basketball hoop area. There is also a trampoline area for smaller kids. The cafe area is very nice with plenty of seating. They have things like smoothies, coffees and I believe sandwiches. We had a great day at JPs and definitely plan to go again soon.
This place is a fantastic option for dun excercise and entertainment. They have a video you watch for safety before you enter the jumping area. You have to wear their socks, so you have to buy some the first time you go but they are only $2. They also give out color coded wrist bands so that when your time is up they can tell who is supposed to stay and who is not. Parents can be on the mat area without buying a jump.pass for themselves, but you have to be barefoot or in socks only. The staff here is so friendly, and really very nice. I will go back to this one.
You and your kids will have do much fun, keeps the kids busy and getting their energy out.
An amazing venue. The staff is exceptional and very accommodating to all of your needs. We had the pleasure of hosting our youngest sons birthday party here this past weekend and had a wonderful time. The play area is immense and all of the children had a blast.
My family and I had a great time jumping. Its a plus that its not so crowded. Fun for sure!
The staff is so friendly and amazing, but..... the prices are incredibly high - around $20 per person for 2 hours, meaning a family of 5 pays around $100. The jump area is smaller than I expected with minimal activities so the kids get bored pretty quickly. Seems like they only have a coffee bar and a vending machine for refreshments. The adult seating area is a sofa and love seat so you better enjoy standing or sitting on the floor. Ive been to much better and much bigger trampoline parks for much less of the expense. The place was clean and organized, the staff was good. It was too much money to spend for everyone to be bored for 2 hours.
Awesome place to go have fun as an adult or a kid! Super awesome staff and we plan on going weekly support a small veteran owned business!!!
Its not a place for older kids alot of younger kid activites, they dont pay alot of attention to the kids,if you want a place for teenagers to jump then consider Defy or surge
My sister and I brought my niece and a few of her friends for her 13th birthday. After walking behind their main wall, we were extremely taken back by how small the jump area was and how they had little to no activities. We politely asked for a refund, but were told no....instead we were offered free smoothies. Last time I checked $55 is > than a smoothie. Lastly, you HAVE to purchase “their” socks to jump. Overall not pleased with the facility or the service. Strongly do not recommend!! We were deceived by the pictures online. I am all about supporting local businesses, but the response we got from the manager was not the greatest. So next time we will go to the usual spot, Defy Gravity!
This place is a blast! My son didnt want to leave! Great price and the staff was very nice.
Enjoyed the time spent with family here.
Nice and clean. I like that it’s locally owned. The downfalls for me were that there is limited activities to choose from and they are really expensive. We paid close to $100 for a family of 4. I think we will look for different options next time for fun things to do.
It was awesome my grandson really like this place
(Night before JPs)...Me: What in the world are you doing?!? Quit jumping on the bed and go to sleep! Have you lost your mind?!?Kid: Mom, Im practicing for Jumpmasters!(After JPs)...Me: What was your favorite part, bud?Kid: The foam pit... No! Dodgeball! Ugh!I cant decide. EVERYTHING!
Such a fun place. The staff is absolutely kind and helpful, its very clean and is so much fun.
The facility is very nice and clean, the staff is extremely friendly! I like the configuration of the trampolines and how they have a section for kids under 5. We had our 5 yr olds birthday party here. I had a great experience with the staff planning the birthday party but was underwhelmed with the catering company. The food options for a large-sized birthday party were very limited and expensive. I eventually talked to the manager and it sounds like theyre in the process of improving the catering situation. JP’s Jump Masters is a great place for the entire family and will hopefully be even better for hosting parties in the near future!Response to the owner: Just to give a little more context to these posts, I would agree that the food option we ended up selecting was reasonable. We decided to go this route when I was quoted $95 for personal pizzas for 20 kids plus $4 for each additional kid, still leaving us with nothing for the adults (hot dogs & chicken tenders same pricing). I asked if they would make normal sized pizzas or do a chicken tender platter, both requests were denied. My intent for this post was to be truthful about our experience, not abrasive. As a parent, I always appreciate honest information so I can make informed decisions. As I mentioned above, we really enjoyed our experience there overall and will continue to support JPs Jump Masters!
Awesome time good fun with family
A safe place for the whole family to come and have fun! The dodgeball area was a blast and who doesnt love having a coffee and New Deli all at once! I would highly recommend this place for families who have a variety of kids ages. They even have a toddler area for just 5 and under.
Nice facilities and a great staff!
It was a lot of fun. You can jump while playing dodge ball, basketball, jump into a pool of soft blocks or simply just jump. My kids and I had a ball. We will be going back.
Very nice, clean and friendly staff. Definitely will be back.
Weve been several times now, and the staff is wonderful. Its a great spot to let the kids run wild while we enjoy a fresh coffee. Weve found ourselves dropping in for an hour when we are in the area.
It has lots of fun stuff but it is just to small and I would rather perfer to go to defy
Kids had a blast, just wish they had some type of entertainment for non jumpers.
