The last two times I have gone this week it has been way more present.. My kids like this park it is nice to see more moms and kids there and more of a welcome feeling.

Very kid friendly with a variety of things for children to be entertained and enjoy.

Great place to go see Fairfields homeless population. Pony Ball puts on great games and staff is friendly, wouldnt recommend playing there never know what your kids will find in the bark box.

It is not the play structure inside the park itself that is the problem with Lee Bell Park. As a mother myself, I am just being honest and would like other parents to be aware as possible before taking their families or children to Lee Bell Park. It is the type of people that hang around this park that make it a problem for families or children that come to visit it. Unfortunately, the homeless population is so great here in Fairfield that there isnt enough help for them. So they tend to go to places like parks to hang out or to sleep. Many of these people have mental health issues or even drug problems that go undiagnosed or untreated. There is also a great amount of littering in the area around the park. Most importantly, be aware that there has been a pretty high amount of crime there and be safe. During the day time, it should be fine. However, this is just not the park that I would recommend for families to take their children to.

Nice lots of trees and shade. It also has a nice playground for the little ones.

Good park for kids and quick games soccer football volleyball tennis badminton

Its a pretty run down park that is full of drugs. Only reason i gave it 2 stars and not 1 is due to the fact that i didnt get shot at. Back in 2005 you had a death wish if u walked through here, but it seems to have gotten noticeably better over the years.

Horribke location and highly uncomfortable with local drug deals happening right before you. Large homeless population hangs out here as well. Local break-in to homes makes for a park best left alone.
