This is a nice park with water features for the kids to play with. There is a pillar with a black top. Just jiggle the black top and the water starts. It cycles through the three water features and shuts off based on a timer.Water features:There is a row of water streams that shoot out of the ground at an angle. You can run through them, reflect water off of your hand to get others wet, cover a jet steam so there is more water pressure in other streams... and more.There are two water cannons facing each other. You can try to shoot each other or spray other kids that are in the area. If you angle your canon too far from center, it shuts off and more pressure is routed to the other canon.There is a small cluster of streams that shoot straight up in the air. You can run and jump through the streams or play on the turtle next to it as water crashes down on you.Next to all the water features is a play ground, swings and climbing rock. The climbing rock has many angles and routes to climb, including areas underneath to run and hide. Swing set includes two adult swings and two child swings.The play ground looks fun at first sight but it is deceptive. There are three really tall slides that would be a lot of fun if they werent a million degrees in warm weather. Forget about using them if the weather is hot by any means. There is a climbing wall and rope ladder as well as stairs to gain access to the higher levels. This is a nice feature and accommodates a variety of skill levels. There is also a bridge to walk across and monkey bars to play with. There is also a variety of toys to interest smaller children on the ground or those not feeling like climbing. Marble mazes and spinning letter blocks amongst other options.Id give this park a perfect score if it wasnt for the sun exposure. There are a lot of shady parts but the entire play area is exposed to the sun and it makes it unbearable in the hotter days and the slides become unusable after noon. In addition to this, I heard there is no bathroom at the location but I havent looked to see for myself. Other than that, a free park with water toys is a destination that shouldnt be missed.

Very nice park. Ive been coming here since I was a kid. Plenty of crawdads and some largemouth bass that are babies. I cant complain too much its a beautiful place. I just dont like the cut down all the trees on one side of the park

Pretty clean park with nice big grass area. Play structure is good... To bad the 2 big slides were broken. Cool creek running by that younger kids will enjoy.

Had easy variety to find items quickly.

Park has been totally remodeled. Never any homless people there. And it has a little water park area with big squirt gun turrets you and you kids can shoot each other with. Good size slides. Toddler safe.

Great park! Adequate play structure for children around 3 and up. Big open field for running, and water play features for hot days. Will definitely be returning. Raised barrier around playground gives plenty of seating for parents as well.

Been around for 40 years. Just wish they had better pathways and benches every so often to sit other that concrete walls in the play area where adults arent allowed withoit kids.

Great park for families. So hot today and the water fountains were ready for kids to play in. Attended a bday party in the community room. Good size. Plenty of room for kids and adults to enjoy themselves.

Small park with two baby swings and two older people/kids swings. Nice place for a picnic, lots of room for doggie training. Kinda hilly. Not sure if Im supposed to say this but theres some cool railings for skateboarders lol

We go to the park almost every day. In my opinion, it is the best park in Fairfield. I feel safe here and my kids love it. Im always looking for a place to take my 92 year old grandma to push her in her wheelchair and get some sun. This place is perfect. It has a cement path that loops around the park and goes next to a creek. She enjoys being able to go out and look at the beautiful scenery and watch the kids play. And the splash pad is such a savor in the summer time. We LOVE Mankas park!

My kids love this park except for today its around 5pm and its really really burning up out here todaySadly my kids tried pressing the button so the water can start spraying out. But nothing, no water no moisture, just dry as can be. Please someone save the day and turn the water on so all the kids can get wet and have fun!!!!Single Mom,Cameo

Its a great little neighborhood park. Just wish it had bathrooms so we could stay longer. But the kids love this park.

I love taking my son here. He loves the water. Great place to take kids for a little summer fun. They have little water guns and some water that shoots out the floor. Best part, its free.
