When most people go to Napa, you think of wine, but honestly, Im so glad I did some more research and came across this hidden gem! It was an amazing experience, from the tour, to the videos of the milling process, the various produce and gardens they have, the oil tasting with and without food, it was amazing. Really makes you learn a new side of olive oil, how to appreciate it more and pair it/prepare with it accordingly. I really appreciated the personal tour from Ann, you could see and feel her passion for this journey and when you have someone like that in this position, it shines through to their team and products. Cheers to Ann and her husband Mark, along with their team, for creating an amazing place here. It was unforgettable and we are looking forward to ordering olive oil online (we couldnt bring it on to the plane, so ordering online is the next best thing!)

Wonderful stop. Had a flight of olive oil tasting for ten bucks with 5 different food tastings that were spectacular. Enjoyed seeing what a olive tree looks like. Gabriel was entertaining and funny. Knew ever answer to our questions. High recommended

You definitely dont want to miss this hidden gem!!! My friends and I were lucky enough to receive a tour of the grounds from Mary, who is extremely knowledgeable of the entire olive oil industry and organic farming. Its absolutely incredible, everything served to us is made directly from their farm. Nothing goes to waste, from the skin of the olives to the food they feed to their chickens. Its truly something you dont see anymore!!Next, we had an unbelievable tasting with Gabe, who made the tasting a blast! Even if youve done an olive tasting before, this is a completely new experience. Come to find out, I have never bought REAL extra virgin olive oil!!From the minute you step in, you feel welcomed by the entire staff. You could spend the entire relaxing and playing games in the back terrace enjoying a glass or wine or beer (YES, THEY HAVE BEER!!) Truly not to be missed and is a great get away from the typical wine tour. Thanks again for welcoming us in!!

We did the $5 Olive Oil tasting. The staff were super friendly and I learned so much about Olive Oil. I would recommend to take very small sips of the oil. The staff politely informed us of the small sips after taking a swig of the first oil. The food pairings were delicious! I bought several bottles and plan to continue purchasing from them online.

First, I want to say that they have amazing employees, they are so warm and informative! Im very glad I came here for my first olive oil and balsamic vinegar tasting. The food pairing was a wonderful surprise and the gelato was delicious, unexpectedly with the olive oil on top. Seeing the plants and nature in the back was very therapeutic. I cant wait to come here again.

This is a genuine olive oil Manufacturing Company. It doesnt import the olive oil and then slap a label on it like some local olive oil companies.

We learned so much about olive oil! The tasting flight was very eye opening and a lot of fun to do with friends. We were on vacation and had a great time when we stopped in here. I wish we had a place like this where we live.

Ive probably sent 100 people to Il Fiorello over the last couple months but they dont know who I am. I send tourists for the olive oil tasting and I maintain that is a great experience. The regular employees are fantastic.Tonight I brought 10 people, we spent $500 for our seating for a cooking class and another $200-300 in the retail shop. The class was good and interesting, except for an attitude that demands seriousness and sucks the fun out of a room. For an event that advertised itself as wine and beer and cheese, there was very, very little wine or beer. A tasting of 1 white and 1 red, 1.5 ounce pour of each. 5 ounce pour of beer. Less than one full drink during a 2 hour class. Plenty of high quality cheese though.

So we stumbled upon this gem when looking for tours in Northern California. This place was the highlight of our trip. We called for a tour and enjoyed a cooked breakfast where they shared with us how to cook with olive oil. The cook was amazing and answered all our questions (Im the type of cook who every time I make bacon fire alarms go off - and he was so patient with us!)Next we learned the history of making olive oil, took a tour of the factory and their gardens. Once again the staff was excellent! Answering all our random questions!We finished up with olive oil tasting. I didnt know olive oil had that much of a taste! I had been so used to the bland stuff Ive bought from big box stores. Well never again, Im a changed consumer and now tell all my friends and family how bad that stuff is and how good this place is!We loved everything about this place that we even stayed after the tour, got ourselves a bottle of wine, two cups of gelato each (it was that good!) and just sat outside and enjoyed talking and drinking.You have to check this place out :)

We neglected to book in advance, but they were able to accommodate us for a tour and tasting on short notice. It was a delightful tour, with two hours of personal service for our group of three -- a great value for the price. I think they lose money on the tours and make it back at the gift shop.

Whatever you do, DO NOT pass up getting some olive oil infused gelato with sea salt. Its unreal. You also cant pass up the views this place has to offer. Several wine and beer selections and, of course, very high quality olive oils.

Cannot speak highly enough of Il Fiorello and their amazing staff. We used the venue for a private function (that we came 1/2 way around the world for) and it was simply amazing! The food was out of this world, the staff courteous, professional and friendly (above and beyond what was required of them), and of course the scenery and venue itself were simply stunning. Well worth a visit for any of the different events they run, or simply to stop off and buy some unique items from their shop.

Amazing! I took my son and his girlfriend there while they were visiting from Eugene and we all loved the experience for the first time! Very informative about the process. Also a beautiful place! A must do activity in Fairfield! We were impressed!!

We went here to sample olive oil which is $5 a person for a tasting. You get to try different types of olive oils and you also try tiny samples of food in different olive oil. At the end you get a fresh strawberry dipped in strawberry vinegar. The property itself is beautiful and has nice outdoor seating. Its worth a visit!
