The staff is usually very friendly. We rented the whole room for our party. We were a bit disappointed to find the cup holders of the seats dirty. Considering its Covid 19. But we took Sani wipes and wiped everything. But overall a very nice place to go.

Did a private showing for my best friend bday. The theater was very clean. The staff was friendly and keeping everyone distant and safe. The food prices are phenomenal way cheaper than any other theater Ive been to in the dmv. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!

Hands-down the best movie theater that Ive frequented in this region. The theaters have great sound, great visual quality, and the seating is excellent as well. Staff has always been helpful and attentive as well, even when Ive had issues.The one and only quarrel Ive had with this location is that their restrooms are always in poor quality. Every single time Ive visited, a urinal has flooded, isnt working, or the whole restroom generally just smells.Im not sure how the seating is set up now with COVID, but rows E and F are the sweet spots in the theater.

Excellent theater. The staff is friendly and helpful. The main entrance is spacious and can accommodate large crowds. Seats are very comfortable, with the ability to recline at whatever angle you find most comfortable. The armrests between seats lift up to create a love seat for those special date nights. All in all, a great place to enjoy a movie with family, friends, that special someone, or by yourself.

The ability to have a private watch party at this location is amazing. 17 family members and me enjoyed an entire theater to ourselves. It was definitely comforting during this COVID posture.

In the last couple of months I’ve been here a few times and their usher Jordan has always done a fantastic job. Of course the location has a limited crew and I can’t help but notice how hard he works and is always incredibly professional.

One of the best cinemas I have been to, alot of available non paid parking, the lady at the entrance is very friendly.The lady who serves the pop corn is fast and friendly.They have a seat check light inside the theater to read your ticket, there is seats for the disabled on the 1st row.And all chairs are leather and have extra cushion and automatic adjustment to the chairs so that you would raise your feet and get more comfortable when needed.Loved the experience and would highly recommend.

Good place to catch a movie. The reclining seats are great and comfortable. The sound system is great as well. Of course, no one is a fan of the high prices of popcorn and extra long previews at the start of each movie. We love visiting this theater on Wednesdays due to the cheaper ticket prices.

However when soMe things good there’s always a catch horrible staff the guy at the front takes literally hours with people using cards an gift cards to the point you want to offer your own assistance.the refreshments are often left out to get stale and there’s usually only 1-2 lines open for 30 people when the counter can wait on 20 people at one time can’t fix not trying

I took my kids to see Sonic this weekend. I bought tickets the day before, scanned my barcode at the kiosk and it printed my tickets super fast...it was great! Very comfortable seating and a clean theater.

Nice size theater with large variety of food options.Had a nice conversation with the ticket taker in ASL and he did a very clever magic trick! All of the staff were friendly and helpful.

The seats are large, comfortable, and reclining. The selection of movies and prices are good. The place is well kept and clean. What made this place exceptional, however, is the management. My friend had a medical emergency, and the general manager handled it in a very professional and polite way. She was very understanding and gave us refunds when we decided that we no longer wanted to watch the movie.

This Theatre was kept pretty clean. This was a first time visit for me at this location. The seats that recline are very comfortable, I think Im going to visit again.

This is always a great choice for movie theater. Theres always parking and a great selection of restaurants around it. Not to mention their $5 movie nights every Wednesday!

I shared the movie “Countdown” with three other.. Mice. Pretty sure it was a father mouse taking his two other kids out.1 mouse.. okay, it snuck in.But..3 Mice!? At least put a warning sign “Closed Toe Shoes beyond this Point” or “Please keep seats elevated - Mice are watching too”

Great place to watch a movie. Could be a little cleaner in the lobby and bathrooms but if you want to see a good movie in comfortable seats this is a great place to go.

So much better than Regal. No comparison. Huge lobby. Bar. Restaurant. Arcade. Comfortable seats. Senior discount. But what is best thing about Cinemark? A popcorn butter dispenser that you can use yourself. At Regal, they are so cheap, they use a hand spray bottle mister to put on popcorn butter. As expensive as their popcorn is, that is an insult. I only go to Cinemark now.

Located in an outdoor mall of plentiful stores and eating places, it is my favorite go-to for movies. Convenient, lounge seating and plenty of parking.

Easy to park. Uber-comfy seats. Good projection. Nice shopping and dining area. But wow, at least the first shift of workers for the day are a surly, inept group. The people in front of me at the ticket counter took so long that I wondered if they were opening a bank account or paying their back taxes. The ticket taker seemed semi-conscious. The girl selling me a hot dog charged a hunk more than was posted on the giant price board behind her. When I persisted in pointing this out, she ignored me and asked the next in line what they wanted. Talk about Land of the Living Dead, and rude besides.

We had a great experience for our boys first movie, Frozen 2! The reserved seats and comfy recliners really add to the experience and made it stress free!

The theater had not been cleaned for our movie and smelled like the bathroom and the trash was overflowing. Not what i am used to at one of the most expensive theaters in the area.

Ive been going to this theater for for years and still having a sweet experience. Seats are comfortable (I believe they upgraded to recliners a few years back) and very easy to enter and exit the building. No complaints whatsoever. If this theater could improve over time, I think having a bit louder audio for the speaker system might be better because I personally LOVE experiencing the nostalgia and basses especially when watching an action film.

Not a bad seat in the house. Theaters dont make much on admission, so they have to make it up in concession food prices. Dont hate them for it or cheat by bringing your own. Without the concession money many, maybe most theaters would go out of business. Dont blame them, blame the big stars demanding 20 million dollars for a few weeks work.

This is and still is the best plaza I have been in. The aura there is always live and fresh. There are restraunts to eat at, a eyeglasses place to get your glasses and eyesight checked, a movie theatre to watch the latest movies, and more things. Always a great place to swing by for some self time, on a date, or just going out with the family or friends. Amazing place. 12/10

This is one of the nicest theaters in the Fairfax. The have the motorized reclining chairs with generous walkways in front of them so you dont have to bother people getting in or out. Its a little pricey but definitely a good movie experience.

Luxurious reclining seats. Very clean and well kept. We love this theater. Reserved seating required. For popular movies on weekends the seats fill up so its not recommended to just show up before the show time. They do have an app that allows you to purchase seats online and reserve ahead of time. There is a fee, however, with this service (fee waived if youre part of the movie club). Also, if you eat in a few of the restaurants located in the center, you can purchase discounted movie tickets from those establishments. (California Pizza Kitchen and Potbelly for sure. I havent asked at other restaurants.) There is a lot of food available in the lobby - including burgers and chicken tenders. Its typical fast food and the quality is pretty good though the prices are a little steep. They do offer a monthly movie club in which you get 1 ticket for $8.99 per month plus the option to purchase 2 $8.99 tickets per day for any regular (non-3 D) show. Also club members get a 10% discount on food purchases and can purchase and reserve seats online with no service fee.

I was most impressed with cinimark was cleanness No long lines when I arrived. There was a digital terminals for those who purchase tickets online, once enter the code, you can get tickets. Good quality theater, Everything is clean and organized.

Beautiful theater, clean floors, not the warmest greetings from anyone in the staff, even when we attempted some happy chat with them, but the popcorn was fresh and delicious and the Coke was cold and fully flavored. Well definitely be going back!

The best as usual best ever

The management and ticket staff are rude. They act as if answering questions is not apart of their damn jobs. Other than that the pricing through my job is better than any other discounts and prices and decent prices on drinks and popcorn. There is an arcade and bar available that are also very accommodating. Comfy adjustable seats and usually good seat selection available.

There was a threat and within seconds the security took control of the house although there was a large police response requested but that was after the security had cleared the auditoriums. The management gave use refunds and passes due to inconvenience. Overall excellent work by the theater. It was a chaos but handled very well

Best popcorn at any movie theater I have been to.

The prepay, seat selection process works well. There are good combos at the refreshments stand. The girl who took care of us was great. She bonded with us on our football team and offered us free popcorn. The seats are good and comfortable. Definitely a solid modern cinema experience.

Very nice shopping center with good movie theater and a variety of restaurants. Does get busy and parking outside of the parking deck can be competitive. Parking deck is 7 levels and never full.

I loved this place! Today was my first visit to a modern theater. The seating was SO comfortable! And I loved all the space between rows. I have bad knees so having to stand in the old fashioned theaters, to let people by within my row is even more painful than annoying. There is ample room here so you dont have to get up. The theater was very clean. The ladies room was clean and not crowded. Everybody working there was very nice. It was a relaxing and enjoyable experience!

This has been my go-to movie theater for two years now. Their theaters are always a top-notch cinematic experience and have had little to no complaints for them thus far. The only issues Ive had is that sometimes the bathrooms are dirty, seemingly unsanitary, with a few broken urinals here and there. We had one issue where the movie tickets we pre-ordered were seats given to other people because of system malfunction (the kind general manager helped us through that issue). But, overall, still a top-notch movie theater. Highly recommend.

The manager made me hide my backpack in the bushes or I wouldn’t be allowed in the theater. Due to a new bag policy I wasn’t allowed into the theater useless I somehow got rid of my backpack. Since I’m a broke student who lives far away I didn’t know because I don’t frequent this theater. The manager made me get rid of my backpack or I wasn’t allowed to see the movie. Since I came to the theater on a bus and it would take 2 hours to go back home I had to go outside and hide my backpack in the bushes. My backpack only had my wallet, canteen, and notebook which I would have gladly let them search. It was no backpack or no movie.

Have been to this place several times and planning to go several more. The food is excellent— the burgers are AMAZING, actually. The bathrooms have always been clean. And the staff is very friendly and attentive on weekends. The ones during the weekdays seem a bit unfocused but still do a great job. I’ve gone to a couple of older movies on weekdays and had the theatre all to myself a couple times. Best time to go in my opinion.

I can assure you there is NO “menacing looking guard, dressing in black with jackboots, armed with multiple firearms in the lobby” there officers are not some clown like yourself and are highly trained and professional. I am sure they have more education and make much more than you. Did you get kicked out of the theater? I am very sure Cinemark is not losing anything if you dont come back. nobody likes you liberals anyways

Ffx corner has a great theater. Modern, comfortable, reclining seating. Assigned seating is also a nice option thats quickly becoming the standard.Nice selection of treats if thats your thing. Admittedly its not something I do, so I cant speak to the quality. Most likely standard movie theater quality (vastly overpriced, but decent).Great selection of mass market films, and showings tend to extend longer than other local theaters. Just saw a film that has been out for quite sometime and FFX corner was the only local theater still showing it.

However, when I recently came to an early Sunday evening movie, there was a menacing looking guard, dressing in black with jackboots, armed with multiple firearms in the lobby. Really? Seriously? I felt very uncomfortable and the intimidation seemed over the top and so very unnecessary. Will choose another, safer theatre from now on. Seriously Cinemark—bad call.

Fairfax Corner has a theater offering 14 movie selections at any one time. They have been offering Wed afternoon discounts, so check their site for info on show selections. Whats perfect about this location, aside from the theaters with Directors chairs and reclining comfort, is not only is there a Ben & Jerrys right across the plaza (yum!), but theres a nice selection of restaurants for sit in dining. There is now two huge parking garages for easy access, and optional curb parking too, but those are marked for 15min., 1hour, and 2 hours. Local security keeps an eye on those spots...fyi....oh...and there are a nice selection of shops and a Red Door Salon when youre in need of a little pampering! ;)

My first time in a Cinemark theater, and I have to say I was most impressed with how clean the place was. No long lines when I arrived (around an hour or so before the movie - a brief re-release of Pokémon the First Movie), and it had a nice variety of shops around as well as a good number of places within walking distance of the theater. The use of digital terminals for those who purchase tickets online is most helpful. 10/10 would recommend to everyone at least once.

Its a nice modern theater. The have plush recliners and and big screens. The only issue is that they dont use Atom Tickets, so its not gonna pop up when I search for a theater.
