Great view of down town Everett. Not much of a park. More like a over size lawn. No playground equipment. No portable or permanent bathrooms. There is a bench and a few trash cans. But that pretty much sums it up. However again the view is stunning.

Absolutely gorgeous and beautiful.. walk ALONGSIDE railroad track.. be sure to follow all safety rules of park..I dont know for sure if allowed to cross tracks without a regulator but even so.. the view from the carved path is breathtaking.

A good park to sit and look out onto the beach or to go walk on trails in the woods. During the late spring, early summer time there are beautiful wildflowers!

Beautiful view on such a nice day. From talking to other telling me it usually cloudy or foggy but coming from Utah I was lucky to to see how beautiful it was for two 1/2 weeks.

I love this place. It’s always clean and usually not very crowded. There are about 3 picnic tables scattered about and benches available close to the parking lot. The views are absolutely gorgeous and parking is always easy. It’s not unusual to see people with blankets laid out taking naps or reading.

Small park with amazing views of sunset. NO beach access, only a trail down to the railroad tracks that looks like it connects to the nearby beach but doesn’t.

This place is all about the views!! Bring your camera! Not a huge park but has a few picnic benches etc. Clean and pleasant But again the views outweigh all else!!

Wide open view of the sound. Went here for a picnic a few months back during the day and it was nice... Me and my wife just went to see Comet Neowise and after sunset the mosquitoes were savage. Beware! That and the park ranger made everyone leave around 10. We didnt even get to see Neowise while we were there.

Its a small park with a big view. Great place to throw down a blanket and have a picnic. Its usually clean and there is usually parking. It gets packed on 4th of july because it overlooks the Everett fireworks. If you have kids that want to run around, you want to fly a kite, or have a dog that wants to play fetch, this is the place. If your looking for swings or playgrounds, your out of luck. There are lots of blackberries in the summer too.

One of our favorite places to visit for a picnic. Very pretty park with lots of space to spread out. Big open lawn for playing games and the view is pretty amazing. You can walk down to the water but you have to cross the train tracks and then climb down to the beach. Not ADA or stroller friendly down there.Lots of glass on the beach too. We always bring bags to pick up stuff when we visit the water. But park up above is great.

Very pretty and there are wild flowers in the fields. But to get down the beach that is next to the water there was no way down.

I love how peaceful the spot is and it overlooks the water. Now my favorite park since I moved to Mill Creek. Even the houses and just the neighborhood alone is such a beautiful site to witness. And the people I’ve bumped into the park are very friendly. It’s kind of park that you feel safe. Would love to walk the trail again just to arrive back at Harbourview park. Makes it all the worth. Hope you guys appreciate this park just as much as I do!

This place is a simple little park that what it lacks in amenities, it makes up for in views. A perfect place to spend time on a clear and sunny day.

A very peaceful and beautiful place

Beautiful setting. The park recently completed its first phase of a makeover, which consists of leveled walkways and all new lush green lawn. Perfect for a volleyball or badminton game. There are benches looking out over the Puget Sound (at downtown Everett and Everett Navy Base) as well as picnic tables. They offer doggy poo bags and garbage receptacles, which is convenient for dog owners.

I grew up around this area and on a clear day its a beautiful view. A little construction in the area right now but still nice.

Nice little park to look at the water, boats going in and out ..and the sunset. There are a couple picnic tables and some space to hang out. No play equipment or anything like that. The parking lot is pretty tiny.

A great place for pictures and a lovely view. I have not noticed any play equipment for kids.

Its a wonderful small park overlooking the South side of Everetts sound. It has lots of picnic tables, wonderful benches to rest on. Doggy trash bags are available for people who have their pets out or a walk or run. Space to fly kites if you like.

I love this park.

Beautifully landscaped small park located on Mukilteo Blvd. Spectacular view of Puget Sound, Everett, various islands and the Olympic mountains. Great for picnicking, frisbee, and all around fun with family!

Gorgeous view of the sound

It was a warm sunny day, and we played on the beach, and saw 2 herons and 3 eagles right on the beach at the edge of the water looking for fish. And the eagles would land on the beach for a few minutes and then fly around a bit. Took good up close pics of one heron.

It is a nice place for a picnic. There is not a lot of parking.
