This is a horrible place to live. Their electrical system is from the 50s and can’t handle the high demand of the present day homes they keep packing in here. I would suggest they upgrade their electrical system with some of the money from the high rent they charge.

My family and I unfortunately live in this park and its really bad. the management truly only cares about getting money and does nothing to improve it. The Water and/or electricity is turned off at least once a month (many tames without any notice) What they charge for space rent is outlandish and if your not a favorite with management they try and make you stay difficult. If your considering moving here dont. .

Well good as far as mobile parks go. This place is clean and the street are packed and well maintained. It is relatively quiet as well.

It seems like every week they are fixing something. Either the water is off or the electricity. This time they waited until the hottest time of the year to fix the electrical box next to me. When they tried to flip the electricity back on the circuit broke, so in temp that are in the high nineties I have to air conditioning.. Last summer the electricity was off to fix the electrical wiring. They fixed it. The space rent is high for the quality of living in this place.

The management is horribly incompetent they stalled for two weeks and the very last thing they gave us was the raise on the rent which was gigantic.This was evidently third time that this gentleman lost a sale because of management . Runaway runaway

Ive heard nothing but horror stories from people who live in this park. The mangment is unreliable and irresponsible, I would suggest for people to move to another park.

I have been here for 20 years plus, managers have come and gone we now seem to have one which works well people THANK GOD

Me and my mom lived here before but the manager evicted us for no reason we never caused any problems we always paid our rent on time we always kept to ourselves so to be honest i think it had to do with racism
