I have lived in the community for about 3 years. I have found the people very nice. The complex is well maintained, and the manager Marlene has always been helpful and friendly.

This is a great place to live with wonderful neighbors. I have lived here for 6 years and feel very safe knowing someone would be there for me if needed. We help one another in a variety ways. There are a lot of greenbelts unlike some of the concrete jungles you see at other Mobile Home Parks. Im a retired Realtor and had 11 transactions in this park last year. The rent is a little high so the homes are much more reasonably priced; you pay for what you get. The pool is heated year around, the clubhouse is huge and used for many social events. Theres chair exercises and water aerobics that just started. There are many activities to get involved in or you can certainly choose not to participate. Everyone is welcome at Sundance Mobile Park.

Very nice environment, space rent is getting pretty high, i heard. supposedly it climbs higher and higher every year, it will be interesting to see where it is in 5 to 10 years

I live here, nice place, nice people

This park has some of the highest lot rents around and they are increasing them by over $600 per year in 2019! Also must pay over $600 per year for cable whether you use it or not.I noticed all the other reviews on here are from ppl who do NOT live here or realtors who make a living off this place.Over a year ago I bought a home in this park. Its pretty thats what lured me in. But beware, its owned by a corporation that doubled the lot rents immediately. There are several claims with the Dept of Housing for high rent and discrimination against IPG who owns Sundance. The park is full of unfriendly to downright nasty folks. Most stay in their homes and never socialize. Nice clubhouse is barely used. Mgmt censored the residents newsletter until there wasnt a newsletter. Pool and hot tub rarely used. If you want to be isolated and charged too Much, this is the place for you. This morning I was awaken by a drone in my backyard. IPG was filming the property apparently. You have to fight for any privacy here. Too many parks to pick from. I jumped too fast. Hopefully I can save others from the same mistake.

Is a very quiet area ... it is a good place to live.
