Brother lives here, very impressed with all people around him, good place to live.

Lived here for all my life. I would say its great. I miss the old older kid park but eh. The people here are great. You can ride you bike with little to no complaints. Love this park

This park is beautiful. My lord the mobile homes are gorgeous everything is well taken care of by far the nicest mobile park Ive seen

Great family, own your lot, manufactured home park. Gated with club house, pool and new playground. Lived her for 16 years

Nice community.. quiet, easygoing. Parking is limited sometimes... Red curbs annoying, .. and for some reason everywhere... including across everything, driveways, and handicap spaces. Still not a bad area of town. So definitely.. nice in that aspect of things.

Right when you step in everything goes silent and peaceful. Very friendly neighborhood. With community pool(including Spa/gym) and a park. The houses have really nice view and lots of space. It might have some flaws but what place doesnt. Overall good place.

The best family park in Escondido and San Marcos hands down. I did my research before buying in here and trust me when i say this that it is a great park. Only a 150 lots so its one of the smaller parks as well. HOA is investing our reserve in our children playground and the clubhouse. We have an awesome HOA board of directors that really care and look out for our best interest.

Nice place to live a quiet neighborhood but is red curbs all over the whole park meaning you cant load your things without being threatened to be towed away also what about on holidays when you have family in the guest parking is taken which it always is I think management has a thing about owing people and its not fair I think they must be getting a cut from the tow company anybody else agree
