Just got approved to live here a few days ago. So far its really nice and our home is beautiful

I put in a ticket for a few things that needed to be repaired in my home. The maintenance guy Julio came within a few days and fixed everything quickly. Great service! Thank you Julio!

Front office Staff is very very rude as to how they handle situations, probably some of the most badly mannered people I’ve ever met. Would not recommend leasing from this inadequate location.

I wouldn’t recommend this place for your future home. I had a horrible experience with three different management. A day before I moved in, my mobile home was broken into and was messed up. They kind of fixed it, I was told that they were going come again and fix it nicer. Many promises were given none were completed. I was also promised many gifts, none were given. Any emergencies were not taken care of it, I ended up taking care of the problem myself. I would call and leave messages none were return; however, they will hunt you down for any fines or one day late rent money. Eventually, new manager was hired. She was rude and told me that she didn’t know anything about what was promised by the previous management. She couldn’t do anything about it. She was going to send my concern to the main office for review. I waited for answers, none were given. This lady became upset when I would call for any updates. Finally, she told me that I was stuck at the Mission Estates and to let go of the promises plus be ready for rent charges to go up. I kept calling the main number and I was rerouted back to her. It was frustrating. Third management comes in, she is not aware of my problems. Again, she sent my documents to the main office. I waited for any response. Again, no one call. Actually, yes I did receive calls to pay the fines. I thought I saw the light when someone from this office seemed to care and wanted to help me out. On a Friday, he told me that everything was going to be taken care by this coming weekend. Monday went by, no answer. I called Tuesday, just to find out that he quit. According to them, everything that I signed with him was not legal anymore because he didn’t work there anymore. I was back to square one. The neighbors are great, the administration team is what hurts this community.

Community seems clean and its also cool to see they have amenities for their residents. Saw a couple homes and seem to be in good condition or pretty new which I really like. I will be back next month when my lease is up to see about renting a home they have available at that time since Im not looking for a place to move-in around the new year. Richard was very nice and explained things well for me.

Went to go visit a friend this weekend and wow. Noticed as soon as i got there the landscaping and maintenance looked totally different and clean. Found out new Management, new maintenance and groundskeeper. Hats off to the groundskeeper Ricardo. Good job on making the community look good.

Over price homes to rent. They said its only a certain price than 3 months later they catch you to pay more. We lived their about 2 yrs ago. The a/c suck too they make your electric bill go high. The maintenance suck and the management are not good. I live in a apartment with better management and maintenance are on the spot. Never again will rent mission estates again. For the price you pay its better buying a house

I only drove through so Im only commenting based on that limited experience. The neighborhood is clean and quiet. The people that I interacted with were polite. I spoke to a resident named Elaine and she was very friendly and accommodating. I also spoke with a previous resident that was selling his home. The front desk staff was polite (she normally works the Las Cruces location).

I love my neighbors but this place keeps increasing the rent every few months it seems....so they just put a little note telling you have to pay this and that no way out of it, we are almost at 500 dollars rent for just the space....Thats one of the main reasons we are leaving

I wish I would have done my due diligence, as far as reviews go, before deciding to move here. Although I enjoy the area and location, this move has been nothing but frustrations! I can only credit that to the management crew, or lack of. We have had several issues since moving here in July, which can be expected when renting. But the time that it has taken for the issues to be resolved are unacceptable! It took months to fix leaks! Several weeks to fix a broken water heater and water-damaged floors, simply because of miscommunication between management and subcontractors! And, since before Thanksgiving, we have been having issues with our heater, to which I kept advising the techs that were coming, was a heater unit issue, and not a thermostat issue! Sure enough, this morning, we have no working heater, while having four children at home, one being a newborn, in a house sitting close to 50°! I am so eager to leave once this lease ends!

Where to start, Michael the so called manager is always messing up! He wears his little graduation ring but that does not give him common sense..The rates always go up every year and they do not tell you..if they see something wrong like maybe a tree needs to be trim they just leave a paper/warning in the front door..no people skills at all, they do not try to talk to you or know the people at all..I want to know who hired Mikey so he can get fired!

The maintenance guy robert is very friendly and get the job done right.

The location is very good, it is clean and quiet. The mobile homes have to look good in order to stay here. The problem is management, they drop the ball a little too often. They need improvement in customer service, remember when are the ones paying rent.

The office is wheelchair accessible, yet any rental has to have access built on. Renting is reasonable, the amenities are fair (outdoor pool, basketball hoop) and pets are allowed. The nearest food shopping is over 5 miles away, along with fast food and bars.

Overpriced,bad community service, bad park, and the people here are mostly nice but people here get jealous when you have a brand new car they scratched our 3 cars and the next night they have scratched the car my cousin had just gotten a week ago

Staff is horrible. Problem after problem. Finally moved out and made sure to do everything to get my deposit, now they say no one documented our 30 days notice so we can’t get our security deposit. Talked to corporate and nothing

I am very dissatisfied with yes communities AKA mission estates the rent is always going up and they are always incurring extra fees when payment is on time before due date when pleased . I do not recommend this place mission estates unless you really want to pay extra for nothing as according to mission estates the value of the land goes up so your lot rent goes up and now you have to pay extra fees for a piece of land you will never own good luck if you decide to live at mission estates I AM IN FULL REGRET!!!!!! Next year 482.50 January 1,2020 another rent increase so who ever reading this post think about how much you will be losing

I went to visit a friend that lives there and it is kind of confusing to find an address. It doesnt seem that big from the outside.

The location is great. It is close to loop 375, Loma Verde Elementary school, and the community is quiet for the most part. Unfortunately, the maintenance doesnt have a good reputation from other members of the community and I have experienced it as well. It took months to install screens for the windows, weeks to get the toilet fixed, days to get the air conditioning fixed, and communication from the leasing office with its maintenance staff seems lacking. I constantly have to be calling to check why work orders have not been taken care of. I am told that I will get a call back and I dont. When I want to speak to the manager, the maintenance guy all of a sudden shows up. Why does it have to get to that point? Im a paying customer. Anyways, this has been the worst place to live in for my family when it comes to getting maintenance service.

Worst place ever to live!!! Michael Ramos will make your life a living hell here!! He will harass you and barge into your home!! Lies about everything he promises to get done!! Dont take his word for anything! Neighbors are shady! Dangerous dogs get loose and the managers dont do anything about it. If they dont like you also, they will make your life a living hell here!! Pool is always nasty, only open a week before its out of service again... forget trying to get anything fixed around here!! They take forever to get anything done!! Dont waste your time or money here!!!

The location was nice. Office and maintenance however, ridiculous. Theyre liars and take advantage of their residents. I personally wouldnt recommend this place not to rent and definitely not to own. The property wasnt even ready when we moved in and took about 2 weeks for them to finish the small area. Theyre a joke. They need new managment.

This is a great place to live. Its a quiet community, nobody bothers you. Good Management Staff, they have helped me a lot. I highly recommend Mission Estates to be your new home.

I love the location but I am not happy with the office and maintenance people. Pure lies and do not take ownership of things they do. The mobile home we live in was clearly not move on ready. Had plans to buy but I will just wait for lease so we could move out very unsatisfied!!!!

Established community reside here. For the most part it is a calm environment.

I currently live here and have been here for almost 2 years and it has been on of the worst experiences in my life. Maintenance is horrible well 1 of them is anyway. The two office management are rude, very disrespectful towards tenants. I had a very crazy involvement with Nona in the office i went in to give my rent payment and she preceeds to tell me shes not going to accept my payment because apparently thats not the amount owed (we never got the 2nd red notice) she then tells me im a liar and talks to me like im a child and so another person in the office came and helped me and accepted my payment and Nona had threatened me to call the cops on me while i was speaking to the other office manager. She then CALLS THE POLICE ON ME and the other manager tells me everything will be ok and to leave. So i did. Get a call a few hours later saying she did call the police and was going to make a false report on me saying i was threatening her, yelling at her and that i was going to hit her which never happened. I am very disgusted with her and in amazement shes still working in the office. Very very unprofessional. The only person who does take innovative is Ray, the only one who has my respect. I cannot wait to move out. Also if Nona has harrassed u please speak up.

The rent is really high and staff doesnt fix ANYTHING. Found black mold growing inside and asked to get it fixed, Im moving out and they still havent fixed it. Do not stay here if you have other options!
