These people arent right, truck was hit by another vehicle and nothing was done. It was a hit and run and no help from the people that own the property. Continued abuse to my property and the owners arent stepping up. Nothing is being done.

Excellent place to live.

All I did was sit in a parking lot while waiting on an Uber rider and her friend to get in my car. It was night. Seems like a great place.

The playground looked really good. Everything else looked run down.

The mobile home have a nice space between them, they are not on top of each other but the streets are in very bad shape and in need of side walks.... other than that a great place..

My family is the best any where in town

There was a city wide feral cat trapping. I went with my daughter and we trapped 16 cats in this one area of the trailer park, they are spayed or neutered then released. Please help by having your cats sprayed or neutered. If you have stray cats contact humane society to have them trapped and fixed so they wont reproduce.

Someone stole my license plate from my car when I visited here. Nobody there to help and no security of any kind!

Living here was quite expensive. Could be cleaner and friendlier. Some strange people live in this community. No longer living here.

I take my kids here for Kai Ki Do training twice a week. Its great!!!!! The staff is friendly. Very nice place and people.

Moved here with promise of internet. There is none. Neighbors are good, but my spot is surrounded by unkept spaces.

It needs some serious fixing up, but its an ok place to live and the space rental is very reasonable. All age park.

I like how theres less drama, the maintenance guys are friendly more than happy to fix whats needed, laundry room is clean, the manager is friendly

I used to like living here but my rental contract has been changed. My agreement included utilities and now I have to pay for them to cover for a spring cleaning costs they had earlier this year. I just renewed my lease in May. They should have told me they were going to make this changes. According to mgt. they have made improvements to the property. So far I still see pot holes all over the park and my AC barely blows a little stream of air. The pool is never open and mgt is only available from 10am-2pm. For the amount of rent I am going to be paying I expect the pool to be open till 8pm and have no pot holes on the property.

During summer time they couldnt even fix the ac but claim they did. Cut our cable, wifi is a joke, wild cats running around, ice cream man comes 2 times a day everday, pot holes is filled with sand, paper thin walls to hear your neighbors, and dogs barking nonstop.

They have quite a bit of false advertisement issues. The maintenance isnt that good, its like they were annoyed with our problems even though it was our time to come to them with problems since we just moved in. The office ladies are nice though and the prices are low, just remember you get what you pay for.

Amazing living experience for the price not everything is perfect but 650 for a beautiful 3 bedroom is great maintenance is prompt and as long as your not a rude or mean renter and always make payments you will have no real issues living in this park it has changed a lot in the past year!!!!!!!!!

Its nice here but the property manager wont fix anything. and never use there drop box to pay your rent cuz it will ( get lost ) and the property manager will say its not her job to go looking for it. Plus she is never at her office or on the property

The management is very bad. They dont fix nor make repairs to problems when residents need them. They are more interested in making money. Manager is disrespectful.
