The redesign is horrible. The selection is much smaller. Many books that used to be here are no longer there.

They are so nice and helpful.

The facility is great, there is a separate kids room thats very helpful to keep the noise level down, a computer room all very open. As nice as it is I avoid this library as much as possible. Its only a few blocks away from me but I purposely drive to a different branch. The staff is absolutely horrible. I have only interacted with one staff member that was helpful. Everyone there sits around on their phones or talking. They completely dismiss every one there. Over requested books online that are at the branch and its taken DAYS for them to be ready for pickup.

Friendly staff ETA: I love this library. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. When Ive needed anything the staff is always incredibly helpful. One of my favorite places to bring my kids. Clean and organized as well.

Good place to read or study. Although, like most public libraries, people need to be mindful and lower their voices while others study or read. Simple, common courtesy, people.

It is a great place to study as a studet. Plenty of room, power outlets everywhere, and great lighting.

Dazzling library, detestable staff!This library is close to my house and since Im an avid reader, this place is naturally one of my regular haunts. The well lit, open layout is complete with large tables and comfortable seats. However, the employees seem to be far too engrossed on their own tasks to assist members and even worse, they are regularly dismissive to their guests! They turn off the lights 20 minutes before close in an effort to do away with guests and expedite closing procedures. I could not even read the words on the page right in front of me! Had I been walking, I surely wouldve tripped. They also make no effort to silence loud guests or children who disturb other reading members. This could be an excellent library if only the employees made an effort to care about their guests, but unfortunately their sense of apathy is painfully apparent.

I have been going to this library for around three months and every time i go the staff is always very friendly and helpful; they actually have the wish to help you, not just because its part of their job. I highly recommend this library, I was very satisfied with their service.

Nice well maintained library. I used to come to use the computers with a guest pass but I found myself coming often so I recently decided to get a library card. The process was really easy and the staff is always very helpful. Now with the library card I can go to any library in the city of El Paso and check out anything. Love this library I never thought Id be someone who owns a library card. Im excited to start reading more mangas on a regular basis. Going to check out my first manga tomorrow.

Very rude and unhelpful staff. My 8 year old son asked for help on graphic novels and they directed him to adult graphic novels. When I asked for further help they said it was his fault for not asking for the juvenile section. Then we finally get to the right section and cant find the book. Books were not in alpha order by author. Such a bad experience.
