The librarians are always very friendly. I love how they always have activities and events going on for the community. We love our library.

If I could give it zero stars I would. The workers were incompetent with their printing system. Making me feel like I did something wrong at the printing station. Making my print job a spectacle amongst 3 workers. After, as I was trying to peruse the books, I could hear the librarians still talking about their faulty printer. (Loudly!) Horrible experience. I told the silver haired male librarian to lower his voice and he replied with malice.

It is close as of now. But it is nice.

A great and free place. Librarians have always been polite and patient. If they dont have the book youre interested in at their location, theyre more than helpful. You can also monitor your checkouts online, place a hold on a book youre interested in, and request book transfers from all over the state.

The workers here have no concept of library voices. They were talking very loudly with each other. I asked the old white haired man if hes ever heard of library voices and he looked at me confused as ever, and asked whats that? Then he said I had an attitude because I had brought up the fact that they were speaking very loudly. They are oblivious and slow.

The staff is what makes this library so nice: they always greet you when you come in, and if you have a question, they find the answer. It isn’t always easy to find a place to sit because the “regulars” have their chair-desks staked out, but I have found the selection of books is good while we wait for our NE library to be renovorated. I love the ease of retuning books outside during off-hours, as it is very hard to find sparking spot some days.

I like this library not only cause its at a great location but they have something for everyone. The kids have their own reading section and computers as well as their very own reading time. The library employees have there own special time where they read a book to the kids and interact with them. The kids seem to love it and the adults can do what they need as well.

My new favorite library. The staff are incredibly nice and will have a conversation with you about anything. They’re incredibly helpful and make useful recommendations. A great experience, and a well kept library.

I thought the point of a library was to be able to do what you need in peace and quietness. Unfortunately, kids are running around unsupervised, talking loud, multiple kids on 1 computer. I feel like Im at a recreation center instead of a library

Its a great place to read they have a lot of books on many different subjects. I was able to find books that I wasnt able to find in stores or at other libraries. Plus they are willing to find a book(s) for you and put them on hold.

This place has books. And inside of them are words. Yessiree it’s a full fledged library. Like Barnes and Noble without the cash registers.

Wonderful staff. There is a warm community feeling there. We crochet and knit there every Saturday and love it.

Its very quiet and quaint.

This is one of my favorite libraries in El Paso. The librarians are so kind and helpful. They also have really great childrens programs!

I am new to the area and this was the first library I came to. I like the atmosphere and the staff is always helpful and sweet. They also have a big selection of used books for sale at a good price I dont know if other locations have this as well.

Nice staff here but this library is always crowded and usually loud. They offer great programs and services. Not a good place to study. It is more of a community center vibe. If that is what you are looking for this is just the place. However if you need quiet, go someplace else.

Great service and very fun for kids

This is my favorite library, the staff are super nice and helpful. They have great things for kids as well. My daughter loves tween and Lego nights.

Wifi is very fast Digital El Paso. Has some comfortable chairs. But it is too small. Its very close to home, but because it is so small I prefer the library on Yarbrough, which is much larger. At this Cielo Vista library, the parking lot is way too small as well. They should have made a larger library and larger parking lot at this location.

This is my favorite library location. Its fairly new and has a nice atmosphere. They have PCs for use, or wireless, if you bring your on laptop or device. Always able to locate, and find, something to read at this library, and the staff members are really helpful and polite.

Very nearsighted on customer service, far sighted on helping people and blind on selfless duty to the public. I only go there because its close by.
