Went to Michaels to check out what they had left over as far as Halloween decor. Not much was left. They are stocking it with Christmas. They had some really cute Christmas villages. We went around 4:00 on a Friday. And it wasnt very full.

Halloween items were a little disappointing this year. The only item I really wanted was very expensive; $199!!! Customer service was not very knowledgeable nor helpful.

I ordered something online, and they were quick to fulfill the order which I appreciate. However, when you go to the store there is NO signage or direction on where to go to pick up online orders. So I get in line for the registers. The registers took forever and the line built up bad, fast. Then I get to the front only to find out I was supposed to wait by Aisle 1. Apparently the lady behind me did the exact same thing as she also did not know where to go. Theres nothing that indicates to go to Aisle 1. Theres no associate anywhere around Aisle 1. So you either magically know that is where youre supposed to go and hope an employee even notices you, or you wait in the long line. Bad customer service for online orders.

Wow. Went as soon as they opened on a Sunday and their Halloween section was depleted( this was Oct. 3rd). They hardly had any ribbon and the simple one I chose was 10 bucks. I also needed a greeting card and it turns out they dont have any. Ill just go to hobby lobby next time.

Variety is limited for being a specialty craft and project supply store. And some prices are nearly outrageous. But its still great to come in and get some awesome craft ideas. The sales and coupons are great perks. The gentlemen in custom framing are awesome!!

I always go for ONE thing and end up leaving with half the store, basically. Haha. I love this place, always has the best things to buy! Customer service is always great as well, they always know what they’re doing and quick to help if in need.

Unfortunately, Michaels does not have a 40% off coupon on regular price items. On regular price items its only 20%. Time to shop at hobby lobby more often as they still do have a 40% off all regular price items. So sad because I enjoyed shopping at Michaels but I not anymore unless an item or items are on a good sale. ️

Im learning how to draw and went to this store and found all of the supplies that the YouTube video recommended for beginners.

I always get bad customer service when I go. You can tell by the employees that they hate being there or helping out customers by the tone of voice or the look on their face. Once I used the curb side pick up and they never went outside so I got off instead and made me wait 30 minutes out by a little office and the cashier never told anyone that I was waiting until the person in charge of that office finally acknowledged me. A second time I used the curb side I had called and the lady that picked up the phone sounded rude and very rushed however she took all my information including my order number, later to see 3 more cars park next to me and they all get their orders and left for the exception of me and the representative didn’t even acknowledge me she just walked past my vehicle and I was parked in the designated area for curb side. I had to call again and talk to a manager to express how frustrating it is every time I order something with that specific location. She has responded that the employee was in a rush. If that’s the case they need to hire more people if they’re understaffed and have a pep talk about their attitudes towards customers. If they don’t like providing good customer service they shouldn’t be working there. Also, on their website they should list where they have the items by isle so we don’t have to bother the reps looking for something since it’s such hard work for them the way target has it would make a lot of the customers lives easier knowing that the website has the number isle of where you can find the item.

They wouldn’t allow us to drop off our UPS items for return. The manager first stated we needed individual labels for each tire we were returning. Then when we told her UPS only gave us one for a shipment of 5 she changed the excuse. She then said that we needed to contact UPS. We called UPS while in the store and we’re told it only needed one label on speaker so the manager could hear. She change the excuse the weight and then said we needed to box the tires, etc. Very poor service for someone who is a third party vendor for UPS.

Although customer service staff on the floor is really not there, if your a project person you wont care. Very clean and always offering great deals.

Now my first impression was NOT a good one because the sales associate deliberately avoided assisting me. I waited along as I could and decided to move just out of her sight to see what shed do. Sure nuff! She came across the very place where I stood to simply ask her to point me in the right direction. She looked me in my face and turned beet red because she knew she had been busted. I knew that I would be emotional and upset with her if I spoke to her because I was in a terrible rush. So I did us both a favor and walked away.Another associate approached me and provided guidance on where to go and wait for a different associate to assist me. Lemme tell yall how awesome Fernando in custom frames was to me! He asked me all of the right questions and listened to me very carefully. He didnt rush me and took his time to take excellent care of me and gave me the best old fashioned customer service experience! If yall are interested in the real thang when it comes to customer service, go see Fernando! Period! If it werent for him I wouldve taken my business elsewhere. Give that young man a raise! ️

I was trying to look for cord stop plastic for masks and when I called I had one guy helping me out and then a lady answer saying we don’t carried that instead looking for it and all..they really need to look before giving an answer to customer!!!!

Cant say enough good things about this store. Its always clean organized and good prices. They usually have online coupons as well. My kids love this store!

This is a great place to shop for hobby supplies and art with a nice selection. But the lines for the cashiers are ridiculous abd always with only one cashier. The waiting for 10 minutes just to pay can be tedious

I went to pick up an online order on a weekday when there were hardly any customers. I went to the cashier and she said someone would be with me shortly. I waited @5 minutes. the cashier saw me standing at the online pick up and still no one came. I finally pushed a buzzer that was near the online pickup and someone finally came. he proceeded to tell me he would be right with me and went towards cashier area when he returned, he apologized for the wait. I can understand when its super packed with people, but in a Wednesday, at 8:30pm...when I saw maybe one other customer? I wont be ordering online at Michaels again.

I love this store because they usually have everything I need and what its fairly priced, especially when it comes to comparing their prices with online prices. On this particular visit today they seemed a bit understaffed or busier than usual and I noticed because for the line of 13 people that I was standing in, they only had 2 cashiers.

The site advertises curb side pick up, the store windows advertise curb site pick up, they have spaces reserved for curb site pick up. I was allowed to place an order online for same day curb side pick up and I get to the store and they tell me one, they dont offer curb side pick up and two, my order wont be ready till tomorrow. Dont advertise what you can do. Had to wait outside the store for the manager Alex who sent an employee instead of dealing with the customer concern himself.

Had what my kids needed make some paintings for my birthday. On a side note their easels are super expensive and look cheap, plus they werent clearly marked on prices.

I dont know if it was because we arrived one hour before their closing time, but service was really slow. We came to pick up some stuff we ordered online and ended up spending about 20 minutes just waiting. But there are a lot of pretty seasonal things and a great selection of crafts so its not all bad.

The store manager from here is so rude. We went looking for some crafts for a project several weeks ago and we encountered the manger, Julie. She was so rude when we asked her for assistance. She seemed uninterested and her tone was unwelcoming.

I love going to Michaels but I dont always find harvest mesh that I need... Plus when I try to look for sale its usually not what Im looking for... cashiers are needed there they take long plus when a price check is needed it takes longer have at least 2 or3 opening holiday season is here and people are chopping more.....

When a business or anyone for that matter is looking into ordering online for store pick up and you say you will let us know when our order is ready which would be before 5 and by 4:30 you send an email stating that we will be getting a refund due to the store not having that specific material available in their store THEN THERE IS A PROBLEM DUE TO YOUR WEB SITE STATING YOU DO HAVE IT AVAILABLE!! in this case it was for a business and that set us back! if you would of had your web site updated then maybe we could of tried shopping for them some where else and it would have save us a lot of wasted time just waiting for your response!!! so unprofessional! i love this store for my own in store shopping but for business i guess you cant deal with it. and i highlighted one star because it would not let me post without highlighting anything! but no star for you this time as far as Im concerned.

Manager was super rude as well as guy in framing both raised voices at me because they didnt have order ready. I asked her at register and she told me I could pick up in back then comes to back of store and tells me none of the orders are ready and that I was being inefficient for showing up to pick up my order.

I only visit because my wife crochets a lot. Well organized but had a problem finding assistance on this day. We had to look thru the store to find someone to help us but when we did they were courteous and polite. Thank you for the info.

I am an art student and I have to say l, that its decent in its stock of art materials, if perhaps a little lacking in both quality and quantity. At the very least the prices arent bad

Its always fun to walk around and browse the different seasonal items. You can definitely get creative here. I especially like the kids area for small crafty projects.
