Really enjoyed this location. Very nice staff. The main maintenance man was extremely awesome! Not everyone was following the pandemic rules but the staff tried and there was plenty of room to spread apart.
Sharp management, very clean RV park and amenities. Easy access and easy RV parking. A gold mine of a find for RV parks!
Beautiful little RV park. My parents seem to like it a lot.
We reserved this place as a last minute find, and I’m so glad we did. Its tight as far as the layout, but everyone so far has been welcoming and very nice. They have everything you need and its tucked away so its quieter than the city and they take good care of the park. They are limited on big spaces so definitely check if they have availability for your size.
Clean, friendly staff. Residents are polite and pleasant unlike Circle RV their sister property.I would recommend this place to anyone. Will stay here again if i am in the area.
A very nice resort to stay at with modern amenities and extremely clean. Easy access and friendly people.
For California the spaces are very tight, but the park is very clean and friendly. Very quiet.
We love Oak Creek Resort. We have been here over a year. Staff has come and gone. Some have been easier to deal with than others. The entire facility is top notch. We want to give a special shout out to the young lady that was just hired in the front office.. Her name is Marquita and she is so customer friendly.. But she also enforces the rules and shows no partiality. She is wonderful and we hope she is here a long time and becomes our new GM.. She would make such a huge difference! Everybody here loves her and respects her!
I love how well kept the resort is very clean and peaceful. My family and I love how the employees make us all feel welcome. Thank you Jim & Keith for everything you do.
The view of the beautiful mountains with rock formations is beautiful. The park is super clean. The remodeled women’s bathroom is very nice. Pool is great. Laundry room is clean and updated. And the staff....Hanna and Keith have been a total delight. They are fun and professional. We had trouble with Cox cable. Keith got on the phone with Cox and totally got things right. Cox transferred him 6 times!!! But he was patient and wouldn’t give up until Cox fixed the problem. Hanna also helped us with a problem. She totally went out of her way for us with a smile on her face. We loved our stay and would totally come back here again.
We stayed here for one month and decided to try another Park let me just put it this way we counted every day so we could come back here because we consider this place the people who work there and the people we live next to our family our home.
My friends dad lives there. Seems decent, just drove in for a moment.
Very nice Park and staff.
The RV Resort is a clean, well kept, and well managed resort. It caters not only to the retired, but to singles and families as well. The sparkling pool is always inviting and the shower available to all comes in stalls large enough to shower, dry, dress, and impress. So my advice is to come on out for a weekend or for a year, you wont be sorry.
Nice place to live everything is close buy
Be careful where you park! Even if you are there to work. The manager has no social skills by the way he talked to me! I am a professional business owner and NEVER do I treat people like a tough guy! But when the owner responds with care this place is worth coming!!
During the past year or so there have been so many wonderful updates too the park. It has made positive changes. The staff is friendly. Management is always approachable and willing and able to help. It doesnt matter if you are long-term or short-term visitors everyone wants to get to know you. You can almost count on some kind of get together happening during the month from the management. Go to the front desk and book the recreation room for a get together or birthday party. Make some lasting friendships at Oakland Creek Resort, we have!
Nice, quiet place with a warm pool and nice residents
As I did not get to stay here like wed hoped due to being pretty booked. I was very disappointed for that. Beautiful landscaping gorgeous pool with palm trees in January it looked like July. Spots were tighter then we like not much privacy kinda on top of each other. Only complaint.
Beautiful..quite..secure..just and awsome place to stay
Friendly staff clean grounds. Most of the site leave your camper nose high and are built for campers under 35’. Some long term guest but the sites are maintained. Good Verizon we stayed using Passport America.
Nice place to park your TV and live for a while
Nice place. They are always doing construction projects, which is Great, but need to complete one project before starting a new one
Its a nice park and worthy of your staying there. Weight room, pool and jacuzzi to work all the stiffness out.
Nice and quiet place to relax. The people here are all so nice. Everybody waves Hi and bye and you feel like family here. On the not so good aspect the electricity is a seperate charge and some folks get up to 400 and 700 a month in electric cost. I got hit with over 200 in just electricity on top of my 1200 spot rent. Not a cheap place to stay by no means.
Good spot lots of nature but the parking is super limited FYI go see before you move!
Nice place Quiet.
Very nice resort/park. I think the grounds are clean and well kept. Definatly will be staying as long as possible. Alittle pricey only due to the time of season it is at the moment. But well worth it!
The pros: clean park with beautiful mountain views. Laundry facilities, hot tub, heated pool open in December/JanuaryThe cons: very expensive, small sites, vehicles/RVs smashed together-cant even put our awning out. Charge for everything (bigger RV = more money) and dont give exact price per night...changes daily.
Quiet neighborhood with lots of stuff for families to do.
Nice place, lady at front desk wasnt very polite. But not a bad experience. Maintenance people were nice and keep up on park good! Clean place.
Very quiet and well managed.
The entire park smells like sewer. They have 6 sewer vents all over the park. We stayed here for 10 days and prayed for a breeze to rid the smell. The lots are extremely pitched and out of level. Took multiple blocks to level the front of the coach. The 1st day we stayed I told the front desk I was going to have a package sent NEXT DAY AIRED to them in my name. She said not a problem. Turned out they denied signing of the package and then lied and told me it never showed. The 2nd day we had 28,000 ants in the coach. The 3rd day we spent trying to find the best way to kill ants. On the 3rd night we discovered we had a rat or rats in the coach with large rat POOP throughout the entire coach. The neighbors told us the park had an ant and rat problem. Then I noticed that everyone places ant powder around their jacks and tires and they all use rat poison. This info would have been nice to have been given to us while checking in by the management! Speaking of the management. My wife spoke to Jim (the manager) to figure out why they rejected the USPS package and he was completely rude and blew her off like a real tuff guy. Then I spoke to him and he was ready to call the sheriff on us. This so called man doesnt have the competence to manage a 7-11 let alone an RV park. I hope this review gives you a good picture of the place! Dont stay here!!
Beautiful but pricey
Really nice, clean, quiet, well managed place.
My kids and I enjoyed our stay there... We were there for 1 year and meet many great people!
Havent stayed there yet, so this review is based on looking at the place. On the plus side it looked clean and well maintained. The spots were reasonably large for a commercial RV park in So Cal.On the other hand, when I got there the office was locked and a sign on the door said theyd return in an hour. This was on a Sunday afternoon. We waited and nobody showed up, so I called the number listed and left a message asking them to call me when they returned. That was about three weeks ago and Im still waiting. Appears that other reviews that talk about office staff must be dead on.
Had some work to do there. Didnt get to stay but the place looked great
Nice park. Quite for the most part unless next to the road. Cox HD TV adequate WIfi.
Hope this will be are new home for a while
Lived there 12 years. Could not afford 4 lot rent increases in 2 years. While that is legal according to them it is too many for us retirees. No activities. Not enough parking. Slabs you park on are very uneven or cracked. Spaces can be very small for rv size. If you are very rich And dont expect much for your money its ok. I will never go back.
Built like a parking lot. Which was ok for a few days. The people there are very few. The surprises caught me off guard. Absolutely no antenna reception for tv. There is cable, free they said. But there is a $60.00 deposit for the cable box you have to have.
This place is a parking lot living experience. An office staff which is a drama queen lair. There is a reason they always have vacancies. Avoid if possible, if not, be aware of an office staff who can give drama lessons in spreading hate and discontent ...
Very nice park that I visited my friend in. Very clean and spacious
Nice place.
Nice neighborhood
Nice clean quite place
Good park, Ill be back.
Ashley made our stay fantastic!
Pretty little spot from just looking at it
The park is clean and quiet.
Way over priced
M?mmm
Its very expensive and there are an awful amount of purple living here full time. Is starting to ruin missy campgrounds. Plus they charge extra for everything, kids pets and more than 1 car or truck.
Sucks... they show palm trees but this picture is reality
Ok
Staff, ground crew, quit
Quiet
Friendly and clean.
N i C E
Nice clean place
Clean park overall. Management seems to discriminate a little, not on race or anything, just on fees etc..
Great location
Fun
