I dont live here, but I can say that its one of the best maintained mobile home parks Ive ever seen. Yards, streets, Parking and signs are all excellently maintained.

Its a quiet community that caters to the young and old, Singles, Families, and the Elderly. The sparkling pool is inviting, and the recreation facilities enjoyable. There are probably 200 spaces in the MH Park. The rents depends on the type of space you rent. Wood Creek also has homes for sale but I dont know any info on that. Its a very nice place to live, they are pet friendly, to all those who have them but they do have restrictions on the breeds (I think it pretains to pitbulls) All in all its a great place to live, with all the amenities to fill up your day!

Kind of confusing to find. Some GPS dont have this in their databank or whatever you would call it. Nice place, close to your neighbors.

Great community, the management is very helpful. Quite and not busy at all.

Quiet and the amenities are Great! Friendly management. However, parking situation has become difficult for some.
