The worst management EVER! After almost 12 years of residing here...I HAD to leave. What’s ironic is what is fair for one is fair for all. Not in this case...”the meanagers” definitely played favorites and are not only unprofessional....but unfair. So unfortunate because the area is so beautiful in so many ways.

Management is beyond professional. All these bad reviews are from problem tenants who cant follow the rules and regulations that they signed. If you follow the rules and keep your home properly maintained....youll never hear or see management. Beautiful park that is upgraded constantly.

It is a nice park but I only wish my parents didnt live there so far from us.

Its really a beautiful place to live but the managers are just incredibly awful and just flat out rude. Its to the point where im reviewing anonymously because im terrified they would treat us even worse than they way they already do, if they see this knowing who I am. Ive never experienced worse managers in my entire life. For future residents, its just better to find another place to live.

I love the houses, good size backyards, but neighbors arent very friendly

The managers there are b****** and it is very nice and quiet but the managers will stab you in the back as quick as they can and as hard as they can did not like them

The neighborhood is really nice. And the neighborhood has nice people. It even has a pool. And about a minute away there is an elementary school called Rios Elementary School.

Nice and quiet neighborhood in a good location. Pool is kept clean and management trys to be professional. Beach is close by.

Mostly quiet mobile home park.

Terrible place to live the manager is a freak who has no life and will call and complain about everything please dont move here you will regret it!
