Nice, quiet, clean mobile home park kid friendly and convenient to the 67 freeway. Walking to parks, stores and restaurants.

Literally cant get these dwellings any closer to each other. Hope you like your neighbor.

This place is cool. Its quiet and seems low-key.

You literally cant have your car parked outside for 1 minute because tow truck will be there, management has always been super rude. Even told me we couldnt have our dog because its too big, even though we have proof he is a service dog. And I see all these other neighbors with huge dogs as well. Dont recommend living here at all.

This mobile home park is very poorly maintained, over priced, not friendly at all except a few mobile homes. Parking is a nightmare. Fyi you park here and your not a resident or your with out approved parking sticker you will get towed

I have live here for 16 years and I love living here.Oh my you should see some of the homes are so nice and some need some cleaning but over all its nice here.I have never had any problems with management. I here some residents hate that they are told what to do, but they should clean up.I love it here.Thank you Villa Cajon.
