Its just such a beautiful place and has some of the nicest people youll ever meet living there and the the on-site staff do an amazing job at taking care of the park. No to mention the hidden gem in the back their own private natural water fall thats a modest 30-40 feet high just an amazing place

Resident since 4/1/17They wont take care of the common area around my home.

The new management is really bad. They are pickie on everything. Can not park anywhere and they are rude. They love to show that they are in power. Treat us like we are in prison.

Villa Novia is an active senior community. Very well maintained and nestled in the base of Mt. Helix

Good location, new management if terrible, they wont let the resident to park anywhere except their own drive way. A lot of rules for nothing. They do not allow you to enjoy the park either as resident or a guest

A friend just bought a large 1400 sq ft mobile home and we visited the complex for the first time last week. Weve now been the twice and every time the neighborhood has been clean, quiet, respectful, and has a gorgeous view.
