This is one of the prettiest parks in eau Claire and the one with the most to do. Especially when you consider that its right along the river and even has its own band shell with seating, playground, tennis courts, and simply beautiful giant white pines and oaks spread all throughout it.

Great place to play Pokémon Go. Had some events today to complete and completed them here at the park. Very clean and friendly place to be. Definitely will be returning to the park again. These are the Pokémon that I got to catch. The one in the middle was the event Pokémon caught at the park.

This is an awesome park with lots to do for all ages...playground for the littles, hang a hammock for the older kids...tennis courts and its along the river. Normally during the Summer months there is a lot going on at the Band Shell/Stage but due to the pandemic not much is happening in that respect.

Its a beautiful park with fun equipment and an exercise area with gym like equipment with full workout routines printed in them. We went to see a church band. Wasnt my sons style, so it was awesome he was able to play while we enjoyed some adult time

Love this park, located right in the heart of Eau Claire! You can walk everywhere from here, Phoenix Park, UWEC, banks, shopping, walking trail along the Chippewa River. Whats not to love!?

Love this park, and in the summer, there is Blues music to listen to. Quite a nice place, right in the center of Eau Claire.

Huge, mature trees, riverfront views, bike/walking paths and close to everything down town! Ive only been once but it is a beautiful park.Apparently there are new bathrooms and a pavilion in the works, construction to start this year yet.

Great place to exercise, let the kiddos play, walk your dog, or walk /run /bike . Just minutes away from food and fun. This park is all inclusive as far as things to do . Has picnic tables in the shade as well as benches .Perfect place to take a quiet stroll

Nice playground for toddlers to elementary ages. Gorgeous bike/skate/running trails. They will be making a new performance space and adding a family bathroom this year.

A big park (three blocks long) right along the river, and walking trail, and connecting to downtown and water street. There are tennis courts, and a concert area with blues on Tuesday nights in the summer. There is a large playground that is usually pretty busy. The older kids will have a blast, but younger tots may be a bit overwhelmed. Also, there is a calisthenics area

It was a good park my kid liked playing there. Thought it was cool they had a work out area and had instructions for different work outs posted.

Chippewa trail is handicap accessible, plenty of places and space to reconnect with nature, hug a tree, and get grounded. Check out the Chippewa River banks for epic rocks and unique washed up treasures. One of my favorite urban places to write and chill.

Very nice well kept park. We appreciate what it has to offer & enjoy bringing our children here. Walking along the river & playing on the playground!

I love this park.so beautiful.many full mature jack and white pine trees that shade this huge park.it has a childrens play area,an amphitheatre,on site restrooms,a few permanent public use grills,a tennis court,not to mention the beautiful chippewa river in front of entire park.great fishing and a makeshift boat landing at times of low water levels of river.it has many opportunities for family gatherings,including several weddings done here.a great place to go.

Owen Park is perfect! It is close to everything and always so nice to hear the water while there!

Just wish there were bathrooms closer to he park ... Get ready to Sprint 200 yards when your kiddo states they gotta go ha! Otherwise a fabulous park, good shade too and awesome spot by the river.

This park is beautiful. Tuesdays day blues are held in the band shell all summer long. Lots or sun and shade. New benches make it a great place to sit on the river or people watch. The tennis courts are kept up okay too.

Nice little playground with potential for outdoor concerts at the clamshell but the bathrooms tend to be locked. There is a fitness area as well.

Its a great park. I would put a flood garden under the bridge, but its old shade trees and grass and the band shell and a great playground for kids and now a diy fitness area right next to the playground so parents can stay healthy while watching their kids. On the other side is a much grassy park and passed that is a path to the university. Its a hub and a main thoroughfare for pedestrians and cyclists.

Lots of green during the summer. Entire park borders Chippewa River. Usually quiet unless a scheduled even is going on like a Blues concert in the bandshell, or other community event.

We love this park. My only concern is how easy it is to access the water, and as a mom of littles its a fear of mine that they would get in the water too easy.

Owen Park is a wonderful open area that includes, a playground, open-air amphitheater, walkways, tennis courts, and a newly installed exercise area. Its a fantastic place for children of all ages, adults, and dogs alike.

Tuesday night Blues was amazing tonight! Great music, good food selection, crafts, a beautiful park and a welcoming feel shared by all!

The music is free, the Acoustics are great, fun fair Style food, lots of seating on bleachers or bring your own chairs or blankets and its a dog friendly place in a beautiful setting right on the river!

Owen Park is a large park with a band shell for music, playground, outdoor workout equipment, river for fishing and swimming, and many trees for a beautiful ambiance whatever the season! Feel free to bring your four-legged friends to this gorgeous park!

I like the kid friendly playgrounds. I also like their new addition of the excersize area or Adult playground

We were driving through Wisconsin and stopped for our children to play. The playground is modern and has some fun and unusual moving contraptions along with tubes, slides, climbing stuff, and swings. There is a restroom a short walk away from the playground, on the other side of the small ampitheater. You can see the Chippewa River from the Playground.

Great place to look for unusual rocks! But bring water shoes because the river is VERY rocky!!

Nice park to take the kids to. The adult fintness park is right next to it which I think is a bit of a bad idea since I see kids running over to it to mess around with the adult workout things and could get hurt easily, but thats why we watch our kids when they play at the park, right?
