Sand is amazing soft white sand. Can take a while to find a parking spot. There was alot of people on the beach but very easy access to shops and restaurants. We saw dolphins jumping following boats around dinner time. And they have beach showers to rinse the sand off before you head back to your car. All around great time at the beach

North beach is a beautiful stretch of Honeymoon Island. There is plenty of parking, although it does fill up. There are bathroom facilities. There is a long stretch of beach to walk north along the shore, however depending on the tides, there can be branches and mangrove growth that you must navigate around. It is close to the picnic area and playground of the park.

Best place to enjoy the day, with sound of the sea, not so rush. This place also offer great sunset view. If you wanna do fishing, you have that option here

The water is perfect and not to cold. There is space to social distance and not have to worry. Parking is available and you pay $2 a car for at least 8 ppl.

North Beach is an okay beach. If you go on a crowded day it may be hard to find somewhere to land at due to the ratio of sand being smaller than other beaches. Its costs $8 to park at the time of this post. Parking was easy though. Nothing special about the beach but Id go back no problem.

Amazing alternative to the more crowded beaches. Its peaceful, beautiful, and one gets an occasional visit by a manatee or two. The most underrated get-away, in my opinion. You can kayak, paddle board, take a nap, have a snack, wade, bird-watch, people-watch, ANYthing... but without the crowds. Glorious, serene spot.

Love how serene the beach is. The water was very warm and it wasnt crowded at all. It is rocky but it had plenty of space for you to swim without the rocks. I just really like how quite it was and how warm the water was. Overall its a great place to spend at the beach but its not your typical blue water beach with lots of waves. But I consider it to be a good beach without the over crow.

Nice sunset views. Bring your repellent or long pants and sleeves for the mosquitos and nonseuums or however you spell that

This is in my mind the best beach on the island. I would highly recommend seeing how far north you can make it!

Decent spot to watch the sunset however there are some man-made obstacles present if you are going to take pictures, unless you are on a small portion of the beach. It was less crowded because its the furthest from the entrance to the park. There is a bathroom and shower house by the parking lot.

Plenty of parking. Multiple beaches. Nice sand. Not very crowded. Calm water. Good for kids or non- swimmers.

The atmosphere was relaxed laid-back the beach was gorgeous on both sides of the causeway . If you didnt want to relax on the beach you can rent a kayak, paddle board, or sailboat. The causeway is the road to get to Honeymoon Island in for $8 for a car load of for you could go into honeymoon Park and spend the day. it!

Beautiful place. Fantastic white sand, clean, peaceful, not very crowded (although could get busy during peak season), plenty of parking spaces. Entry fee is very affordable, well worth the money. Just a quick note: some people said they were disappointed because of the lack of seashells. This not the best seashell beach. That one is a few miles south: Sanibel. The restaurant is also pretty good here although not the cheapest. If you want to relax and just enjoy nature Id highly recommend this place.

Absolutely the most beautiful beach in Florida. Honeymoon island is hardly ever crowded and since its protected there is so much marine life in the ocean. My husband and I had fish swimming all around us in the water.

This is a small beach, it fills up fast so go early. There is a bathhouse. Food truck was there on Saturday.

We liked this beach. It had some pretty nice shells and we were able to see fish near the rocks. We went on a weekday but it was still very busy.

It looks nothing like that now. Im a resident and have been for 52 yeats.My beach is full of rocks. A little walk out to get to even waist high and then big rocks. All of the Honeymoon Island. I have been hurt 2 time because of the boulder to were I was bleeding and had to leave for obvious reasons.The shells are so scarce now and broken up. I used to collect great shells but not any more even a low tide.Makea me wanna cry and angry at the same time

Excellent beach to spend the day at. They have a gift shop and restrooms close by and outdoor showers to rinse off when your done. There is a small fee to enter the park but its well worth it!

Love it. It’s quiet and beautiful. The water is clear aquamarine usually. The sand is soft white powder. One of my favorite places to relax on a weekday. Weekends can be quite hectic. In fact on much of honeymoon Island during the weekends it sounds like a Harley Davidson race because of all the boats that are trying to squeeze through the pass and all the wave runners that are racing right near the beaches.

I’ve been going to Honeymoon my whole life. It’s one of my favorite beaches in the area! A breeze to park and find a spot to set up, and I like how it’s more of a natural beach than places like Clearwater. There is also a dog beach!

North Beach is awful. Dont even bother. Rocks everywhere and no room between trees and water to set up. Also the no-see-ums were relentless (nats that have a stinging bite).

This is a unique one. Less crowded, little fee, nice British restaurant in 7 miles away. The best moment is SUNSET. Very clean BTW. Seems no one is aware of this beach :)))

Gorgeous beach! Bathrooms arent too far away, there is a food truck that has burgers, hot dogs, ice cream, and drinks at a good price (might only be on the weekends, not sure), and there is plenty of parking.

This beach is amazing. Highly recommend If you want to relax yourself and enjoy your time with family. The spectacular sunset is breathtakingly beautiful. We also found several dolphins, maybe they were watching the sunset together with us.

Its great therapy and a beautiful view. North beach has a hot dog vendor that I highly recommend. They have burgers, dogs, brats, drinks and ice cream.

Plenty of parking, spacious beach. Crowded, but not on top of each other. Not that I am not a Greek Adonis,...but,...for those of you who do not have perfect beach bodies,...you will not be out of place. All shapes, all sizes, all having fun together. Nice !

Nice relaxing beach without the big crowds

This is a cozy natural beach with a sea wall. So when the tide is out there is a long beach with shallow water and when the tide was in there is a large amount that is not very deep. So if you have young children, it is perfect to watching them near the edge of the water as well as in. The sea wall has rocks with barnacles which the kids find fascinating.

Great, low-key beach for those looking for sand, ocean, and beautiful sunsets. Its very popular but not so bad that you cant find parking or a spot to set up for the day on the beach. There are breakers that keep the water near the shore calm and perfect for small children. Bring sandals or other water shoes though as there are tons of broken shells and it is easy to cut your feet walking or running barefoot.
